Great location: we could walk to most tourist attractions, and the tram is right outside. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. There was also a water dispenser on our floor, very useful!

The speaker in the room beeps lightly, which becomes annoying when you are trying to sleep. The room comes with ear plugs but we would have preferred that they change the speaker altogether!

Central location - and easy reach to Old Town if using public transport (tram out the front and super easy to get a ticket - via app)

Depending where your room, can be quite noisy (gave out ear plugs) but well insulated windows alleviates most things. Also no fridge in case you buy milk for your cup of tea (or beer).

Good breakfast, very good restaurant services.

The rooms were quite cold and there was no way to raise the temperature. Instead, we were given an extra blanket. The taxi services requested through the hotel caused problems: check if you can pay by card and whether they give receipts.

The room was tidy and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hallways felt a bit dated, especially compared to the more modern look of the executive floor where my friend stayed.

Location was ideal - very close to the metro station and just around the corner from the Palace of Culture. The hotel was clean, our room was lovely, breakfast was great as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was going from warm to cold in the morning making it difficult to wash.

Location is perfect, best one in Warsaw, rooms are very clean, staff is great, brekfast is wonderful. I highly recomend Metropol.

Breakfast was diverse and very tasty. Room and bathroom were clean and warm. Location is excellent.

The breakfast is excellent with a lot of local dishes. The hotel is located in the middle of everything, so it's very easy to get around the city. The room was very clean.

The is no fridge in the room and the street underneath was very noisy, so we had to use the ear plugs provided by the hotel. We also kept the window open so that the air would change inside. The water preassure was so low that it was practically impossible to wash our hair, so if you wish to do so, choose another hotel.

Location perfect, simple, all you need is in your room, perfect for short stay, might be noisy during the late evening and night - as it’s next to main junction but they give you earplugs 🙌🏼👀☺️

The TV has very bad channel reception. Only few channels works - that could be looked after

Close to train station and within walking distance of Old Town. Lots of eating options in all price ranges nearby.

If you aren't used to the city it could be a bit noisy (street noise) however it wasn't a concern for us. Difficult hotel for getting dropped off by an Uber (you will get dropped off behind the hotel and will have to walk a ways to get to the hotel).

Good location near Warsaw Central train station with many eateries nearby. Staff were reasonably friendly and drinking water dispenser is available at every floor. Clean and comfortable room with good basic amenities.

Not so close to tourist attractions but many nearby public transport, such as metro, bus stops and tram stops. The hotel is located at the busy crossroads with noisy traffic from trams and sirens from the police cars. Ear plugs are provided but not-so-ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the Palace of Science and Culture and central transport links. That staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied.

The staff was very accommodating. But very rare that the hotel of this status doesn't have housekeeping services.

Night staff very rude n not aware of things like if there is no tea n creamer in the room...she was unable to provide me...neither tea nor the creamer...n was really rude n said I dont have any neither I know.

Breakfast catered for everyone. We had a two single beds in our room with a great bathroom. Location is close to the main road, so gets a bit noisy but it's very close from the metro and bus stops. Room was ready for us when we arrived from our journey so that was awesome.

Proximity to train and city center

The location can’t be beat! The rooms were darling and comfortable. Brunch was worth every penny!

Sliding barn doors never work on bathrooms- unless you are REALLY comfortable with your travel companions if you know what I mean!

Hotel is quite new and everything looks new and clean. Staff is excellent. Breakfast area is a bit small /crowded. Breakfast itself is nice with some variety. Location is really good with many public transport options right on doorstep.

Room has a balcony, but it is completely covered by a huge advertisement. Hence, you can see hardly anything else than a white background. Would have been nice to have a drink and enjoy the city view but alas, this is not possible.

Great location! Right in the center. You can do everything on foot.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful – something that, sadly, isn’t always the norm these days. They took the time to explain everything clearly and went out of their way to accommodate my specific requests, especially around storing my luggage and arranging a few things in advance. I really appreciated that level of care. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos – which is always a relief. Comfortable, quiet, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast service was also excellent: great variety, fresh food, and attentive staff making sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It’s rare to find this combination of great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are fair, the breakfast was very nice. We appreciated the extra despenser for water and a coffee corner in the room.

The hotel rooms are a bit small but for a short term visit they are enough. The airconditioning was not working properly and switching off by itself without reaching the wanted temperature,so it was a bit too hot in the room.

Everything was excellent and the accomodation was very good. Recommended!
