Nice, clean hotel in the city centre of Warsaw..

It’s a central location and it’s very busy and noisy

Hotel was very close to central station, there were many shops nearby. Staff was friendly and helpfull, we could leave our lugagge after check out. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and with lot of space to sit, we never had to wait.

I would welcome a minifridge in the room. The AC was bit too much, sometimes it was really cold in the room/in the breakfast room. Maybe I would like a little bit more of a choice for breakfast - bigger cheese selection, some sweet pastry (for example cinnamon buns),but it was not that big of deal.

Nothing in particular, I have however stayed there many times in the past and they are clearly cutting corners to save money, for example the breakfast choice is not as good as it used to be. It is now more expensive than it was and so I can no longer say that it is the excellent value that it used to be

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, and there's an ac. There are blackened drapes so the sun won't wake you in the morning and the breakfast is good. There's a water bar in every floor with cold and sparkling water.

The balcony is quite small and there is an advertising sheet that blocked our view. The outside noise is very noticeable all day long even with ear plugs. There was no coffee machine or mini fridge.

Double price in comparison to the ordinary pricing

Room 812 from 05.07.2025 till 07.07.2025 had a terrible smell of fresh paint, even 24/7 opened window did not help

This is my favorite hotel in the city, not least because of its location, comfortable rooms, reliability, and budget-friendly price. Speaking of location location location - right across from the Palace of Culture and Science, walking distance from the main train station and major public transportation lines, and even walking distance to the city center. The staff are always super polite and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the AC was efficient (so important in the summer!). The internet was fast. I would stay here again and again.

First and foremost, the location is vibrant and centrally located with abundant transportation options within a few block radius. We selected the location as being just a short walk to the central train station (Warszawa Glowny) where we would catch the EIP train to Gdansk (Krakow and other major cities). We LOVED the water filtration stations in the elevator lobby on each floor, which enabled us to refill our water bottles for free (with cold or room temperature water). We opted to include the buffet breakfast during our stay and were very pleased with both the quality of the food and the very wide selection available. And we loved the balcony overlooking the street with great views of the roundabout below. The hotel staff were highly responsive to our questions and requests (for more towels, etc.), and two packaged sets of earplugs were provided free of charge.

The noise and vibration of the trams crossing the tracks in the roundabout below are loud and strong. The first night it woke me up and I thought we might have been experiencing an earthquake! The earplugs help but do not eliminate the issue. Once we realized what was causing the vibration and noise we were able to ignore it for the most part. The view of the city from our room was worth the tradeoff of the noise.

Convenient to downtown..shopping..museums...has a nice restaurant and the food was good..offers a happy hour with drink specials. Lots of people available for check in..easy to get in and out of shower ..u don't have to climb into a bathtub...

Lacking places to put stuff in the room..it needs additional shelves..unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work in my 1st room and there wasn't anyone around to fix it so they moved me to another room.. still never got cold enough..then in the morning maintenance came up and fixed the a/c so it worked

Since it is super central it is true that there is outdoor noise but we were not bothered!

Very good breakfast. The room is normal size, and bathroom meets the need of a disabled person. Location of the hotel is perfect ~ at the city center with well-connected public transport network.

May be due to some major construction/renovation, the balcony & hotel front were covered. There was no view.

I liked the location most of all, not too far from the train station, and not far at all from what we were in Warsaw to do. The room having AC was a great help due to the weather being very warm.

The only issue I had with the room was that there was a giant advertising hoarding covering the balcony. I would have loved to have sat out on it and had a drink whilst watching people pass by.

The location was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect, close to bus, metro, and tram stations, as well as shops and restaurants. I especially appreciated the free water available at all times, which is a rare but thoughtful touch.

The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy from the public transport outside, but it was totally manageable and didn’t affect the experience.

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of foods. Great location, very close to public transport. Also, not so far from the city center. Some stores near by.

Some noisy neighbours, probably drunk, tried to open the door during one night. Not the hotel's fault, but an unpleasant experience, nonetheless.

Great location for city centre and stary miasto, cleaned every day. Amazing choice in breakfast. Even had an evening meal here which was very nice. Comfy bed. Good sized room.

The empik outside had bright lights that shone through the curtains all night, the curtains also let a lot of daylight in so was quite bright in the room when trying to sleep.

My sister and brother stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The staff were really kind and helpful. The location was great, in the city centre.

Room is renovated, good. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of products. Location is perfect to explore the center of Warsawa. Plenty of cafes bars and restaurants all around.

When you open the window in your room it is very noisy, feel like tram or train are going every 10 seconds all the night. But there are earplugs in the room. And also - it is better not to open the window during night. Then you could sleep well.
