Excellent location, 5 min walk to the station. The room is excellent: the bathroom is comfortable, the plumbing is new. There is free drinking water.

The in-room fridge was making a lot of noise . Also - the coffee maker was unplugged and i could not reach the socket to plug it back (way behind the fridge) and had to move it around the room to get some coffee going

Very central location close to everything The house is a very clean hotel, good breakfast, very courteous service.

Overall, everything was fine. There were some problems with the room, but the staff responded immediately, even if they didn't fix it, they changed the room. There was a problem with the water in the shower and the heating in the room, but the staff gave a great response. I recommend it. This is my second time there.

Location superb for travellers 300 metres from.Central Railway Station .The room was modern ( seemed newly renovated )spacious light and airy with a very comfortable bed .

Several reviews have mentioned an inconsistent pressure ( and water temperature )from the shower .I had the same issue but it was only a minor irritant .

The hotel is located right in the city center. I had a nice view of the city from my room’s window. The room was clean.

Perfect Location! I recently stayed at this hotel, and its location was absolutely perfect! It is conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything you need is just a short walk away.

Noisy and Poor Insulation While the hotel has a great location, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped due to the noise levels. Despite requesting a quiet room since I am a light sleeper, I was still placed in a room where I could hear constant noise from cars, trams, and even a persistent beeping sound in the hallway. The hotel provided earplugs, but unfortunately, they didn’t help much, as it seems the rooms lack proper sound insulation. Additionally, the curtains were not effective at blocking out light, making it difficult to sleep, especially with bright lights beaming into the room. Even though I was placed on a high floor, it did not make much of a difference in terms of reducing noise. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this hotel may not be the best choice.

It was central so easy to get around. Breakfast was good and room was clean and nice!

The room was close to a busy street which was a little loud in the evening/night. There was no drinking water at breakfast, only juice.

Everything is perfect. Location, Staff super friendly, tasty breakfast with good choice, free drinking water, clean and tidy. Really can not recommend more.

Maybe a little loud but it is a heart of the capital so very understandable. I even liked that feeling to be honest.

Overall, it was good, but I would add more description to what is served. For those who is vegetarian information wasn't enough (moreover more description should be on English)

The hotel looks lovely and it is very close to the city centre. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely lovely! I definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was right next to public transport. Beds were very comfy and there was a good food selection for breakfast. We had a nice view from our room on the 9th floor.

The location is perfect - near the main station and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are clean and spacious. The 24/7 reception is very convenient. We were glad we didn’t opt for the free breakfast, as there were plenty of nice cafés in town to enjoy instead.

In my opinion this property is the perfect example for "value for money" - the location is great, the room was clean, the breakfast was tasty and varied. Don't expect to a five star hotel facilities, but no doubt that if you're looking for a nice, comfort hotel in a central location this is the place for you. Another advantage is that inside the hotel there is a great Italian restaurant, so if the weather is bad you can eat lunch / dinner without going out of the building.

I had an early train to catch, so the location was excellent. 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is located a short walk from Warsaw Central Station - a great, central location, with easy access to Warsaw's sights. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, and the bathroom was well-equipped. Breakfast here was fantastic value for money - great variety and more than enough food!

There is a 'soundproof' indication for the rooms on booking.com, but this is far from true. We could hear our neighbors speaking very clear. Then our window was not closing properly (open space between frame and wall), so all the traffic noise from outside kept us awake all night. The staff solved it in a good way though, we got another room the second night.

The breakfast was good, the location is near the Warshawa Centralna, it's very good. The bed is very confortable.

a little bit cold in the room, water in the shower changed so quickly from cold to hot and back, so it is not easy to take a shower, every time you just concebtrate not to get very cold or very hot. So this should be definitelly fixed.

This hotel is very convenient and just across the street from the train station/tram. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The big plus for us was the "small playground" which is what my 2 small kids referred to it in the lobby. We got the suite and it was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and it also comes with a kettle. The breakfast was also very good with quite a selection. We stayed here for 3 nights and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!
