Location is great, and room overall pretty nice.

I really could not open or close the super heavy curtains and i am a man! I arrived late for one night business stay and departed the room early next morning. As a result of not being able to close the curtains, the Sun woke me up the next day.

The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Old town. The hotel decoration is very luxurious, the bar is also very nice and the rooms very comfortable. Overall the staff is kind and helpful.

Everything was very pleasant

The staff was kind and sympathetic. The breakfast was large and great. I just felt in love with the fishes and the vegetables and the fruits and the polish dishes and especially the breads.

The staff during the breakfast should be more active with the guests and ask the guest for any wish for drinka or special breakfast or eggs whatever. It annoyed me a bit to call to a waiter by myself in morning but at all you did a great job there and i definitely will come back.

When I was reviewing my options in booking.com I used the filter for parking, and the hotel was there. When i can driving from Budapest I asked to park the car and the said they have no parking , it’s full. And it was not , there was signs for reserved on some slots and when I checked in I asked again they said they don’t reserve parking!

Such great service, especially from the concierge, Pavel, who gifted us with a few souvenirs for our Hotel Bristol collection. It is truly a remarkable hotel with a fantastic past history. Professionalism of the highest quality.

It was a shame that the swimming pool was not available due to its annual maintenance.

Incredible hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights for the New Year’s Eve and to visit Warsaw and we definitely enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is unbeatable and the Christmas decorations are just perfect. The staff is very professional. Our room was huge with a great shower. And although the hotel is very central, we slept very well, we didn’t hear noises even with the réveillon party going on. The breakfast buffet was excellent: a lot of choices and a tasty and fresh selection of products. Transfer service from and to the airport also top notch. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet could be open until later and the shower water pressure could be stronger.

One of the best choices in Warsaw. The location couldn’t be better than that. Very clean rooms with super furniture.

The elevator is a bit old and smelly. Although it is good to maintain this old elevator as a heritage but needs some improvements and enhancements. The resturant a bit gloomy with no enough lights.

Everything! It was perfectly located and the rooms are very spacious and so comfortable.

Hotel Bristol is exeptional , very good service , location is premium in Warsaw. Everything close by . Hotel rooms are exeptionaly designed . Highly recommend Ten stars Hotel. Brekfasts are exeptional.

The only advise and suggestion is in the brekfast shall be a lactose free choice. Milk , jogurts or similar products . Please kindly note.

For the price paid, this is excellent value. The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. Facilities are great, location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious, we were on the top floor and had a great view. A nice little extra is that they did a turn-down service which was brilliant. We'd come back to the room in the day to find it cleaned, and then after coming back in the evening they'd returned and tidied up everything, left out slippers etc - very nice touch.

We didn't come to Warsaw for in-room dining, but if you did want it, just be warned it's very pricey.

Definitely the most beautiful, elegant, traditional hotel in Warsaw . From the smooth check- in ( they let us check in earlier than the regular time) , from the beautiful Christmas decorations , great bar, spa, breakfast - everything was just perfect . Steps away from the old city, it was a dream stay!

Room on 6 floor had little natural day light having only a half window.

Really a splendid hotel with a truly exceptional team. We've stayed at the Bristol serveral times ( and at other top Warsaw hotels) and now probably won't stay anywhere else on our regular trips there. Although the regular breakfast it too much for us we very much enjoy a simpler breakfast in the charming cafe, with its collection of historic Warsaw photos and really excellent coffee. Order a cappucino just to see the marvelous design created in the foamed milk.

The point is we like everything about this hotel.

This hotel is gorgeous. Not just the rooms but the rest of the hotel too - every area is beautifully appointed and so elegant. The restaurant served great food, the bar was fantastic, the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and the BYREDO amenities were a very welcome touch!

A modern version of old world charm; exceptional design, carefully maintained with a well managed staff that seeks to delight their clients. The hotel has a well equiped fitness center as well as a spa with sauna and swimming pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the charming adjacent Bristol Cafe. The hotel does offer a extensive buffet breakfast in another area as well, but the simpler Cafe offering suited our particular needs.

My only suggestion is to provide smart TVs in the guest rooms. Our room could not easily access Netflix or Youtube or other services commonly found on smart TVs.

This hotel was a great location, super clean, flowers everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful. Took a taxi both ways to train station. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff at Vines bar are only staff experienced in Poland or elsewhere recently that were pushing for tips..completely unnecessary and stopped us using the bar as it was just too much and embarrassing

Hotel Bristol was centrally located, very nice staff, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower and the bed was more than comfortable. We were walking distance to restaurants and the old town area.

Location and the beauty of the building are hard to match. The room itself was spotless. The toiletries provided were also very nice.

Leaky shower head and a pretty run down hair dryer. Nothing terrible but it did not match the impression the hotel wanted to create.

Charm and grandeur without pretentiousness. Spacious room with view, super comfy bed, stunning bathroom, dazzling public spaces, stellar breakfast, wonderful friendly staff who treated us like royalty (shoutout to concierge who helped with our roots tour and arranged a driver to my grandpa's village). Cafe Bristol not to be missed.

Beautiful property, gorgeous finishings, extremely courteous staff, very comfortable mattress.

The room was quite small, it was hard to find a way to unpack 2 luggages. Also, prior to arriving I received a message from the hotel saying that they would do something special as we were celebrating an anniversary, however nothing was done. I replied letting them know we are here (in case they forgot) and they simply said enjoy your stay. Not a make or break but wish they wouldn’t have promised something.

Location, luxury, hospitality and the excellent staff. The wonderful breakfast is beyond compare.

We were informed a few days in advance that the sauna was closed. That was disappointing.
