H15 Boutique Hotel, Warsaw

Excellent location, and excellent quality-price ratio. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly staff.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Warsaw. Splendid in every way it is! Ambient rooms and we stayed in 5 or 6 different ones over the time, lovely atrium under the glass roof, great food and a Michelin Star restaurant as part of the hotel. And a very accommodating, polite and helpful staff. What more one could wish from a hotel? % star place without a shadow of a doubt!

Absolutely amazing!

We were fortunate to have a junior suite (an upgrade), which we enjoyed. The hotel has been fitted out throughout with quality fixtures and fittings. It seems that no expense has been spared. The location is good, within walking distance of many cafes and quite a few good restaurants. The excellent taxi and public transport facilities brings everything into easy reach. The reception staff are efficient and keen to help. All in all, this is an excellent example of how a quality boutique hotel should be.

The charge for breakfast is surely excessive - we far preferred to walk a few steps to the several excellent establishments nearby. Our one visit to the bar and restaurant revealed that there were very little used and lacking in atmosphere. Hopefully, this is not a normal state of affairs.

Loved the location. It is situated on a beautiful, leafy street with superb restaurants just a short walk either to the left or the right after exiting the hotel. My room (C41) was beautiful and private and quiet and well appointed.

There was no milk in the room for coffee/tea. Minor issue but I don't really like black coffee. The patio, as they call it (actually the central atrium) is also a bit austere...if you need a quiet space it will definitely serve you well. But it can be a bit dead by way of a vibe - maybe the hotel could stream some cool music into the atrium (patio).

Excellent location and super friendly stuff. Hotel room was cousy, nice and clean, very comfortable bad.

Staff were very helpful and attended to any issues promptly. Excellent location in a fashionable side street in the downtown district. Very good breakfast buffet too, served in the glazed courtyard.

The design of the central courtyard was a little impersonal. Intended to be impressive, it lacked a human scale. No doubt it is great for events and receptions, however, it felt empty with only a few people taking breakfast.

The Staff and the room was very nice

The breakfast was very good, as was the location. A wonderful seafood restaurant nearby.

We paid a lot for the room and didn't expect to be woken up both mornings by loud footsteps from room above. Even though we comp.ained after first night and were told they would look into it, NOTHING CHANGED

The room was outstanding! It felt like I was staying in wealthy friends upmarket city apartment! The hotels location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars out the front door. I had dinner directly across the road at a place call Beirut which was lots of fun with delicious food. It is also only 10 minute walk to a great shopping plaza. During the day there are great little cafes and bakeries as well in the general area.

No USB charging port in the room or the availability of power adaptors at the front desk. There is no excuse for a 5 star hotel not to be able to provide an adaptor to allow guests to charge their tablets and phones no matter where they are from! If the guests keep stealing them (the excuse offered) than the hotel needs to charge a security bond. Once again I was saved by the generosity of one of the staff at the front desk the delightful Gabriela who loaned me her own phone charger overnight to ensure I had a working phone. l was in five cities over five nights in Poland and without exception wherever I was, the friendliness and willingness of the hotel staff to make my stay enjoyable and trouble free was amazing! Well done Poland.

Everything was great, really. Room, cleanliness, breakfast, staff.. will probably stay at H15 again next time I visit Warsaw...

When booking I asked in a private message to get a room with a large dining table. Instead we got a room with an extraordinarily small dining table, only enough space for 2 people. The table was smaller than in the pictures, and it was impossible for 3 people to sit and work with our laptops as we had planned. Instead we used the lobby, and it worked out fine. But would have preferred that you had listened to and fulfilled the request.

Designed and clean rooms. The hotel is centrally located, however some 20 min. from old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast in glass covered inner yard. We enjoyed our stay!

We had room service for a late night sandwich. The club was delicious and the French fries were nice and hot.

The standard rooms are fine - good materials used in construction and nice finishes all around. Bathroom spacious, bed comfy. All requests were fulfilled by the staff who all spoke good English. Overall a good experience. Great location - walking distance to old town and shopping.

Minor thing: It's not AS fancy is they try to seem. The standard rooms are fine, but nothing too outstanding.

Pretty much everything is great. The hotel building itself is a piece of art. The location is perfect to explore the city. The room is extremely well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and so on. Very friendly personnel, especially the girl at the reception. Stayed here three times already, and will return with no doubt.

The only thing that could be a little better was breakfast.

It’s the second time I book this place for my dad. Hotel staff is absolutely amazing! The suits are adorable, everything is super clean and comfortable. No any dust or dirt , girl on the reception was super understanding when I had some issue with my bank account and she let him in (it was 4 am when he arrived, very tired) and next day she called and we fix the payment problem. The pillows and covers ARE SO GOOD that they (my father and his wife) barely could leave the place, the best sleep ever! But the most IMPORTANT!: AM VERY GRATEFUL to Magdalena for her help at my first time I booked the hotel. Unfortunately I was not able to leave the review that time and I want to say BIG THANK YOU for all she did for me and my father. I asked her to help me entertain him and sent me so many places/restaurants/tours — she even CALLED THEM and made everything for him to feel happy. I can’t wait to see her in person to bring her the flowers and I WILL ABSOLUTELY 100% stay there every time I come or my parents come! THE BEST EXPERIENCE with the hotels in my life!!!

Very nice hotel.in city center, super comfortable for families and anyone looking beyond usual hotel rooms

Breakfast can be a little hectic on weekends, as stuff struggles a bit to attend to all guests coming in last hour of breakfast to not so big space. But overall nothing that would ruin your experience

I got a room facing inner yard / the entrance wall, it was dark and no view, this is the I my concern. Facilities, staff, hotel location are good.

I have traveled to many places. I have been all over the planet many times for many years. From the kindness of the staff to the owner of H15, these people know what they are doing. Previously, my favorite hotel was the Royal Club Dubai until they merged with Bonvoy. H15 is everything that you want in a relaxing stay. I can't stay out of the restaurant. Everything on the menu is beyond excellent. Every attention to detail in the room exceeded my expectations. The staff, ALL of the staff are engaging, intelligent, professional and very kind. As originally from Texas, it should be noted that the steaks were perfect. Also, I am quite comfortable in saying that they offer the very best hamburger in Europe. My room was silent and comfortable, and my sleep was very deep. I will now return to this hotel as often as possible while in Europe. I thank everyone at H15 for the perfect stay.

Loved everything about this hotel. It's a fair distance to the Old Town, but that was ok as we saw so much on our walks there. Great restaurants nearby.

Wonderful facility? Great rooms, Restaurant and bar excellent! Our guest relation manager Magdalena made our excursions and dinner reservations. She was amazing. Helpful! And organized our stay to perfection. I will return because our excess do good

This is a wonderful boutique hotel and we would definitely stay here again. However, some feedback for the hotel management below.

Some feedback for the hotel management: there’s a large discrepancy between the hotel building with its lovely spacious rooms and the inconsistency in service. Some of the reception and other staff (particularly young women on reception) were polite and very helpful. Others, whilst pleasant, had a studied air of indifference. For example, when we pointed out that one of the hotel bikes had a puncture, the gentlemen on the front desk showed little interest and made no effort to sort out. Similarly, an elderly gentleman in the hotel bar was quite rude when I wanted to take some teabags as none had been replaced in our room. The previous evening, a young waitress in the same bar had been extremely helpful in the same situation. This inconsistent and, on occasions, poor service is surprising in such a high-quality hotel. However, these minor issues did not take away from a wonderful hotel and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is great, rooms comfortable, breakfast fantastic, service super. It’s quite, clean and cosy. I’m so happy that I have chosen this one and not branded big hotel

The Superior Junior Suite room on the top floor was wonderful: quiet and spacious. Good options for vegan breakfast, would have been even better with some cold cuts / cheeses and pastry as special vegan treats. But thankfully there were two great vegan restaurants on the same street: a mexican and a mediterranean. They very quickly also brought up pillow options from the menu, great service. The pianist was a lovely touch for live music in the evening.

The TV was not equipped with smart option to wirelessly connect with Apple devices. Would have been great to have a bath tub, not just a shower.

Cozy hotel. Wonderful rooms with everything you need. I want to commend the work of the manager Magdalena! She is a wonderful specialist in her position. Create organized birthday present for our niece in the room and always provides excellent assistance in any matters of accommodation and takes care of the comfort of guests ! Thank you so much

Noise coming from the last level of the building during some nights. We coudn't recognize the source of the noise (ventilation?, laundry?,...) .We had a room at the 4th floor and we could't sleep more than few hours on 2 nights.

A great hotel, well located, reception and courtyard nice. The gym was good and the room (executive suite) super nice and quiet. We rented bikes from the hotel and cycled around (the bikes could have been in better condition (and free!)).
