everything was amazing..the staff was extremely professional...I would like to praise the young blonde waitress in the restaurant the most (I don't know her name) she was perfect and helpful. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday thanks to you and your hotel

Stylish and unique

My stay at Chopin Boutique in Warsaw was way above my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. I had a great room and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a huge apartment, which made the stay even more special. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, combining elegance with a very cozy atmosphere. A complimentary breakfast was also included, which was an excellent bonus and a perfect start to the day. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

As a small downside, I personally prefer quiet mornings and a calm breakfast, and there was live music during breakfast. Many guests seemed to enjoy it, but for me it was a bit too lively early in the day.

Not much but if I had to point out anything - the part of Smolna Street where the hotel is located is a bit shabby and doesn’t fit the way the hotel has been developed

Great location near the Main Street from the new town to the old town, easy to walk to the old square in 30 minutes. Delicious breakfast, freshly prepared. Beautiful room with restored furniture, and a really decent size. I felt very cosy here. I also enjoyed the evening concert (there is a surcharge for this- well worth it) and the music that sometimes accompanied the breakfast.

All perfect! Perhaps a larger bath towel but this is a minor thing. And perhaps a milk carton for the coffee.

Soundproofing was not ideal as in any classical building but given that other guests were quiet, i was able to relax.

Great and charming little hotel! About 20 mins walk or a short tram ride from Centralna station, decent and large rooms all with their own quirky individuality, lovely organic breakfast, helpful staff. Fresh coffee in the rooms. Great location for Warszawa nightlife.

Lovely unusual style hotel. Helpful staff. Breakfast is great. Fresh food and coffee. It’s very different to an impersonal hotel chain and I loved that.

I loved the style. But some minor things like no bin in the room could be improved.

One of the best accomodations we have stayed in. We loved the old worldly theme, the amazing breakfasts and it's central location - we walked the whole city! The breakfast had traditional Polish food as well as normal western food and lots of it. We also a dinner in the restaurant which was great. We were so impressed with the variety and their focus on ethical sustainability. The Chopin piano recital is also well worth it.

Location was on the edge of the 'old town' but in a quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was 10/10.

The bathroom could have used a shelf for toiletries close to the basin. The restaurant was very busy and noisy at breakfast. Maybe timed sittings could be introduced so that availability of tables could be managed?

The location is unbeatable, close both to the train stop for the airport and to Warsaw’s main tourist attractions; the entire staff is extremely kind and attentive; the vintage furnishings make the atmosphere truly unique, and the room is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In short, the hotel exudes very good vibes. The coffee was truly delicious (and coming from an Italian, that’s a real compliment!).

Nonetheless, there are several aspects that could be improved: I understand that the hotel’s charm lies in preserving its antique furnishings/fixtures, but a window—no matter how old—can certainly be repaired (the ones in our room, for example, didn’t close properly, letting in icy drafts, despite the draft stoppers provided.). The water from the bathroom sink drained in a mere trickle; we loved the old-style bathtub, but we appreciated it less when we realised that taking a shower inevitably flooded the bathroom floor. Another point that needs improvement is the room cleaning: the bed was always made very poorly, and the overall cleaning was quite superficial. The shower curtains were dirty and definitely needed a good wash. One last negative note concerns breakfast: I understand that in Poland and other northern countries the savoury side is preferred, but the sweet selection was truly minimal (only one type of jam—good, but still just one—and croissants/pancakes that, unsurprisingly, ran out quickly and were not restocked). Guests who come down for breakfast at 9:30 should find the same selection as those who eat at seven. Briefly I believe that, despite the high product quality, breakfast buffet could also be improved.

Amazing, unique place to stay. Gorgeous piano in the background and we loved our room. It was beautifully decorated and huge.

Chopin Boutique is usually my primary place when staying in Warsaw. The reasons: - downtown location, - reasonable pricing, - very friendly staff, - impeccably clean rooms, - "on-site history lesson" (rooms don't have numbers - instead they are named after famous historical, mostly Polish figures, and one can usually find inside a mini library to deepen your knowledge about the room's patron), - daily Chopin's recitals on premises, - hearty breakfast, to name the few. And this time I was not disappointed - again. The place was quiet and cozy (despite full occupancy that night), and Julia and Ola were perfect and friendly hosts at the reception desk. Very large room by Erupoean standards. Nicky decorated. The location couldn't be more convenient to public transportation, food and the National Museum is right across the street. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator is tiny. But not really an issue for us.

Everything was the most wonderful experience!! The room!!!! The hotel!!! Just fantastic, and the staff, especially Allan was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great, and the coffee is the best since I’ve left Australia!!! The Chopin Concert was an added bonus!!!

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast and good location!

Interesting to be surrounded by Chopin music. Rooms were designated by artist names with info about the artist in each room. Walkable from train station. Staff was extremely helpful about public transportation.

Elevator was not available when I departed. Lights, video equipment was being moved in. That could have been done before 7 am instead of after when people needed the elevator for breakfast or departure.

A charming quiet corner in a busy city. Facilities were very good indeed.

A very unique, boutique, bed-and-breakfast. Located within walking distance of many attractions in Warsaw.

Room temperature was a little hard to control.

The atmosphere, well designed interior, very friendly personal, saloon with grand piano, scenic view from the rooftop.

I wanted a room with piano and thought I booked a room with the one. But I was unlucky. It's better to have a separate category saying "room_type with piano" instead of having just "room_type" in order to avoid false expectations. And the blanket was too small — I couldn’t wrap myself properly and kept sliding out of it at night. It would be great to have a bigger one. But it wasn't critical)

The decor. It’s beautiful and full of character. Each room is different. Hidden secret bathroom!

Breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent--good breaks, granola, fruit--all I could ask for. Apples too. I asked for a room far from the elevator, but was given a room close to the elevator. However, the "room" was actually 3 rooms, and in the back room-bedroom, I could never hear the elevator. Much room, with chairs and a desk. The nightly piano recitals were great! Wen to two our of three. Though the performers, especially the second one talked too much, instead of playing, the music was fine. Chopin permeates the city--go to the Chopin museum!

The hotel offers a wonderful experience beyond your average hotel stay. The vintage furniture, the building itself, the Chopin concerts every evening is a great way to feel the true spirit of Warsaw. The location is excellent, close to Krakowskie Przedmieście which is quite lively, but at the same time quiet and peaceful.

The bed could be a little better, maybe change of mattress would help.

The hotel's aesthetic is truly its highlight. I absolutely loved the charming mid-century interior design, it felt stylish, warm, and unique. The room was fully stocked with all the necessities: an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Having these essentials made my stay incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic. Being right in the city center made it super easy to walk everywhere and explore. A huge shoutout must go to the staff; the personnel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze.

Unfortunately, the noise insulation was poor. I could clearly hear almost every sound and conversation from the corridor, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

I enjoyed my stay in a traditional house setting. It put me in a different world, Poland! They care about food: organic, free range chicken eggs, great honey, etc. Very good quality nice food with a variety and great bread! I wished that I had time for a piano mini concert. It started at 7 and it was hard to make it to come back without supper. Great location, close to main points by walking, but not too busy.

This is a period property converted into a hotel it has great character with a courtyard for eating outdoors and very helpful staff. There are Chopin piano recitals every evening and they roast their own coffee

Nothing notable to dislike

This wonderful place came highly recommended by Rick Steves. Location was perfect for exploring Warsaw on foot or catching a bus to Lazienki Park, other destinations or going to the airport. Our room was spacious and comfortable, full of light and we enjoyed having open windows at night. Breakfast was varied and delicious; ladies working in the kitchen spoke Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian. They were patiently amazing as they prepared eggs multiple times for an elderly gent who wanted to replicate his childhood memories; God knows what he wanted:) We looked forward to nightly concerts in the Chopin Salon, “ an evening of beautiful music, wine, and cheese hosted by Jarek Cholodecki, who runs the recommended Boutique B&B. Each evening, a small group of locals and travelers gather around Jarek’s big, shiny Steinway grand to hear great music performed by talented young artists in a great city”(Rick Steves). Sorry to say, we were always out till late catching up with Warsaw friends and never made it .

Our stay in Warsaw was too short, so we missed a nightly musical recital in the Chopin Salon. Look forward to coming back.

I had a noisy room.

An excellent location in the city center, close to the river and neighborhoods of small shops and bars, on a quiet side street. Beautiful facilities, kind and attentive staff, and an excellent breakfast in house. Truly one of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended.

The staff is wonderful; friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and really cute - the whole place has a such great character. And they have a free Chopin recital in the lobby that's just so magical. It's really a great place. This is my second time staying there (3 or 4 nights each time) and it's my favorite hotel in Warsaw. Also it's a great walking location to most of the city.

Great hotel with rooms with old furniture, clean, atmospheric, stylish. Very friendly staff, good breakfasts, all the staff at breakfast are also very friendly. Great experience, will stay again
