Excellent hotel! Perfect location right in the heart of the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The accommodations are new, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We received welcome chocolates, which was a very special touch. Another highlight is the delicious café attached to the hotel. Without a doubt, a great choice that made all the difference in our stay in Vienna. Highly recommended

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner selections were excellent. Four free bottles of wine in each room which can also be used when taking dinner in their restaurant.

We were twice squeezed onto a table for 4 for breakfast, when we were 6 people. Would have preferred a dressing table rather than the couch in our rooms.

The guest house was excellent in all way but expensive. The location was ideal, the room spacious, comfortable and clean: the staff were very attentive to all our needs.

Wifi wasn’t secure.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a prompt and friendly staff, making us feel comfortable immediately. We received all the necessary information and guidance about the surrounding area, attractions, and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with Austrian wines, water, and other complimentary beverages in our room, along with a dessert and a handwritten welcome card from the hotel management—this already confirmed that our choice was the right one. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The staff also assisted us with reservations at the restaurants they recommended, even securing a special table at a Michelin Guide restaurant, which impressed us even more. In short, highly recommended. Congratulations to the hotel team—you are doing an outstanding job!

Nothing major that detracts from the hotel overall, but the bathroom has a glass partition separating the toilet from the bed area. Currently, the toilet light is linked to the sink and shower lights, which can be disturbing at night for someone who is trying to sleep. I recommend separating the toilet light from the sink and shower lights.

Fabulous location, very close to all the best sites and easy walk to the underground, giving you access to the whole city. Room was modern, spacious and comfortable and most of the mini bar, including the great wine, was included.

We would have liked help with our luggage at arrival and departure, as there was no ramp and we had to lift heavy cases into the property.

The room was very nice, the largest non-suite I could have expected. Very comfortable and spacious bed. Great coffee machine and complimentary wine and beverages! Fantastic location, right next to the Opera house and the main pedestrian street, and within walking distance of most inner city attractions. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The bathroom fixtures are nice and modern but it lacks shelf room and towel hangers.

Absolutely superb. Staff very friendly and wrre quick to attend to anything you needed. Location is incredible, right in the heart of district one. Little touches like the book nook and the complimentary wine/beer made a big difference. Loved it. Will be back.

Rooms were cleaned a little late around 4.30pm which was a little disruptive when trying to get ready for dinner.

Great location and amazing staff where no task is too small for. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was reasonable prices and delicious. 24 hour room service too :)

The aircon is terrible on the 7th floor and needs to go much cooler in summer (yes I read the instructions and asked the staff too) we gave up halfway through the night being so hot and sweaty and were lucky the windows opened on a cool night. The TV setup is also quite small and old with no streaming - considering they make a point of saying “Bang and Olufsen TV” in the listing you would think it should have been great.

Located just a very short walk from the Opera House, the hotel is in a great position to reach both the sights of central Vienna and transport to places like Schönbrunn Palace. The room was very comfortable and we felt that we had plenty of space. The airport pick-up as part of the package was very helpful, although reaching the hotel using public transport would be straightforward (the nearest metro station entrance is only 5-10 minutes walk). A minibar that actually contained a good selection of (free!) soft drinks was great. The wine would have been free too, but we're not drinkers. We didn't eat at the hotel but there was plenty to offer for breakfast and beyond.

Having a hotel named "The Guesthouse" slightly confused our taxi driver, with "which guesthouse?" being his immediate question! The view from the room wasn't great (an inner courtyard) but we weren't expecting anything particularly special, so that wasn't really an issue.

Everything was just perfect.

The location and the friendly staff were excellent. Also the beer, water, wine and snacks from the mini fridge were complementary.

Our room was spacious, had a seating area and the real bonus was a bay window where one can seat and read facing the city view. Breakfast was great and so us the location .

The Guesthouse is superb. It is opposite the Albertina’s and in the middle of town. No detail is overlooked from providing guests with personalised cards showing the Guesthouse as their address to 4 complimentary and very tasty bottles of wine and fragrance spray for the pillows.

An amazing experience from the moment of our booking. They were very helpful in arranging our airport transfer. We loved the location- just steps away from Old Town and shopping areas. Our room was so clean and extremely comfortable. Another bonus was having room service available for breakfast. We loved everything about our stay here.

Great central location, very comfortable bed and quiet, even on the first floor. Minibar is free for most items and staff are super welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and attentive, the room is nice though it could have been cleaner upon arrival. Also, we got the double deluxe which I think is a great room for two but we were three which made it a bit tight. They did provide us with a comfy rollaway bed though. The restaurant downstairs has very good food and nice staff. Very fresh juices! They also gave us complimentary red wine and water in the room which was a nice touch.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival and the sink is very shallow which caused a little puddling but pretty minor issues overall. Also, for some Reason getting them to give us a box of tissues Was a bit of a project. And they need to be mindful to have someone answering the reception phone. Often when we called, we got no answer.

Room was clean and comfortable and had a nice couch and coffee table for relaxing at the end of the day. The TV included a radio, so we listened to music as well. The Jura coffee maker and complimentary wine and beverages in the room were a great bonus.

The bathroom was a little small. There was nowhere to place my toiletries and space to hang towels was limited, but it was clean, modern and we made it work.

The rooms are so comfortable. I loved the window boxes! The free (delicious Austrian) wine and beer was totally unexpected! And they replaced anything we consumed from day to day. Amazing! Made our stay extra special. The location was perfect! We walked to so many of the sights.

The lack of lobby and public area is disappointing. The duvets are too hot for summer time. Need a sheet! The bathrooms don’t allow one person to turn on light without waking the other person. The Taps are too hard to turn on and off. Bad design.

The hotel is well equipped with friendly staffs. Very easy and convenient to access to all places in the downtown. The breakfast plate is big and the egg dish is quite fresh. The atmosphere around is so chill for your enjoying the all day there.

Location was great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even prepared a little surprise in my room for my birthday. Definitely recommend this hotel.
