Over-priced
Okay location, 24h reception, nice garden is attached to the loft, safe locks.
The apartment is very badly maintained. A lot of broken light bulbs, broken electric front gate, old furnitures, shower had oily floors, torn mosquito nets and the list goes on. Payment process was hard as well, I had to give me credit card 3 times. I'd give it 3 stars max.

Fabulous visit to Palma!
I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but for this place, I had to. It’s a gorgeous little hidden away property with maybe the prettiest staircase I’ve ever seen. Upon arriving, you are greeted with a complementary glass of cava while you are checked in for your stay. The rooms are clean, roomy, and super comfortable. The staff is what really makes a difference though! They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful hidden gem off the beaten path, truly special!
This was a beautiful hidden gem of a boutique hotel. Gian Luca and his team were awesome, very accommodating and made our stay excellent! The room was unique and well equipped, they made you feel special, and organized a boat trip with a local guide, to see the not so touristy side of Venice. We are definitely coming back to see them one day, hopefully soon!

Proactively emailed to ask about parking needs, if a sofa bed was required, provided early check in without us requesting
There’s only one air condition for three rooms but actually it cooled the whole apartment so not really that bad

The location is good, a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and water taxi station.
When I booked the room I didn’t notice that it is not in the hotel but an separate apartment few minutes walk from the hotel, the room looks basic nothing special,
The hotel rooms are more pretty!
But this kind of room is more suitable for a family and not for a couple.
The air conditioner was not so strong,
In general the stay was okay but not what I expected
