The location was perfect and the view of the church was amazing! The staff were very helpful :) I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Venice!

Missed a walk in shower

This boutique hotel is sublime. We stayed in room 112 (The Moorish Suite) with the canal-view balcony and couldn't be happier. The hotel's decor and signature scent are elegant and memorable. The staff goes above and beyond to make every moment enjoyable. They were also knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Venice amidst galleries and residential housing. The Traghetto and Vaporetto stops are nearby. We were greeted by the very personable hotel owner and welcomed with a round of drinks. The traghetto to St. Mark's Piazza costs about 2 Euro a person and is about a block away... a much cheaper option than the Vaporetto. We chose to walk everywhere, but remember that doing so puts you about 25-30 minutes from certain areas as the Grand Canal only has three bridges. The hotel's restaurant recommendations were excellent. Breakfast is a la carte, and you can order from a long list of options. Everything was delicious. We will stay here again in the future.

The only thing I wanted to change was the mattress. While spacious, the bed was extremely firm bordering on uncomfortable. Can benefit from a plush mattress pad.

So nice not to have a buffet for breakfast. The staff everywhere were excellent. Well trained, friendly, considerate, helpful without being obsequious. The location is the best as still close to the main centre but also accessible to other areas on foot. Very classy and inventive decor. Overall it was more than a pleasure to stay there. Like being in a friend's house. A friend with a splendid house.

If I had to be critical it might be for the steps that lead down to the room (339). Maybe the bath shower was in the way of taking a bath as my husband had to lean on it. But these are very superficial considerations.

Ca Maria Adele is a gem! The staff were so friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. The rooms were spacious and hotel is immaculately decorated. The windows in our room opened up to the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, which provided the beautiful sound of church bells. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the crowds but close enough you can walk or take a boat to anything you would want to see. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s beautiful and romantic

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the shower was blocked so was leaking onto the carpet.

We loved the location, a little quieter than the high tourist areas of Venice, yet easy to get around. The hotel is beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were exceptional, they were all very passionate, obliging & professional, nothing was too much trouble. They would go out of their way to make sure you were happy & even recommended beautiful local restaurants. I would definitely recommend Ca Maria Adele.

Great hotel with excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. Beautiful location and also very handily next to an important waterbus line (1). We loved the room a lot.

Barely nothing to mention here, just that the beds were a bit harder than I was used too. The bath/shower was also a bit slippery.

We loved everything about this hotel. The welcome, the room, the breakfast, the location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center (a few minutes by Vaporetto) yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The churches and museums around the hotel are absolutely worth paying a visit.

Staff was amazing!!! Really made it possible to relax and enjoy our time. They were available at anytime and made our stay exquisite!

The property was in Dorsoduro so it was quieter and less busy than San Marco. The property itself was a beautifully decorated boutique hotel with the most incredibly kind, helpful and pleasant staff we have come across in a very long time.

This property is like nothing I’ve ever stayed in before. Amazingly decorated, perfectly located with 100m to the nearest ferry stop and the most helpful staff I’ve ever met!

Where to start, one of our favorite stays on our trip! The staff were so kind and helpful and always available-making check in and check out easy and RELAXING. We were so so lucky and got our room upgraded and felt like kings and queens for the few days in Venice. We really appreciate whomever checked us in. The room and bathroom were so spacious and the turn down service and communication throughout our stay was really welcoming and luxurious after a few weeks of little apartments/kind of on our own. They carried our luggage to our rooms, offered daily activities and transport via their personal water taxi if we needed. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better either, it’s quiet but also close to everything in Venice. We will be back

Located in a calm neighbourhood, facing Santa Maria della Salute, the tip of the Punta della Dogana is just a 2 minute walk where you can watch the sunrise. The hotel is luxurious with richly ornamented room interiors.

The bed was a bit too soft - just to write something here.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great array of choices. Great views from my room and the terrace. I appreciated that water and other choices of drinks were always in my room. I felt so cared for…All the staff were excellent and attentive.

Two things we loved about the place were the staff and location. The staff managed to secure us a last minute booking at a very sought after restaurant, and the location is quiet, but feels very much in the thick of it.

It doesn't have a lot of communal areas. It would be nice to have some spaces to hang out other than your room.

The choice between continental and American breakfast. Tasty dishes. There were no fresh vegetables and it should be.

Ca Maria Adele is in a wonderfully quiet location which feels slightly off the beaten track. Having said that, it is really quick and easy to either walk or get a boat over to St Mark's Square. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and the hotel is lovely.

Unfortunately we had a very early departure so we didn’t get to have breakfast but when we went to check out a beautiful take away breakfast box had been prepared. The hotel is a beautiful, we received a very warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco and some nibbles, our room was stunning, the location was perfect and we would definitely return.

Breakfast was good value for 20eur per head, we took it in their dining room, well set with space for four groups. Silver service, good quality table setting, food, drink. Staff were VERY attentive.

I couldn't find any faults with the service offered.

If you come across this hotel you must book it. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and the décor and feel to the hotel is very chic and homely. We also had the great honour of meeting one of the hotel owners, Alessio, who is such a lovely person. Whilst staying there the amazing staff helped us with private boat tours, restaurant bookings and transfers and made us feel at home for our entire stay. We stayed in the Annex, in an amazing room looking out to the cathedral opposite. Couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you Ca Maria Adele!
