great location, very helpful staff

There is no room for chairs or a table in the room, there is nowhere to put your belongings, the lockers do not have padlocks, each service is charged extra (towels, luggage storage)

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were helped and guided very well by Promise and Radj.

The older staff were very unfriendly

The location is a 2 minute walk from the water bus stop.

Dormitory with too Noisy objects; Lockers making creepy noises and seem like moving boxes of 50 kg, so every time someone wants to take an object, you wake up. Bathroom; 4 toilets and 4 showers a floor, this for at least 60 persons. Completely used and funghi in the shower.

The property was trendy and there were comfortable facilities.

The hostel itself was off the main island. So if you are travelling with limited funds. It’s important to know you have to buy passes to the water taxis. Something that’s not well advertised in Venice. Obviously the location isn’t the hostels fault. But, worth knowing. The dorms are relatively large. Especially when compared to the female bathroom facilities available on each floors.

I liked the building style, the entrance, the chill area. I liked the area it was in. I liked the staff.

The bathrooms could be more modern and clean. Towels are not included like other places I’ve been. No curtains for privacy.

The location is great and well connected to Venice and other must-see places like Murano The bed has a plug and light

The bathroom can't be closed or locked so when you take your shower, anyone could enter There's no natural light coming into the building There is no kitchen If you want to make a laundry, you have to pay ELEVEN euros (4,5 laundry, 4,5 dryer AND 2€ for detergent). This is too much

Friendly staff, nice quiet area, easy access for travelling between islands.

Enough showers and clean beds. Great coffee as well

Lights by the bed weren't working

The space between beds is very small and not comfortable washrooms.

Quick check-in, low price, clean toilets and showers, free Wi-Fi, co-working space and bar, laundry facilities.

In shared rooms, storage boxes are located under the lower beds – if a person in the upper bed needs to get their belongings, they will disturb the person in the lower bed. The beds do not have shelves for charging laptops, and if you place your laptop on the side of the bed, it may fall down. To get to the hostel, you need to take a vaporetto. To get to a room on the third floor, you need to take the lift to the second floor and then walk up the stairs, which is inconvenient.

It was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the common areas were quite nice.

The location was quite inconvenient if you are planning on spending a lot of time on the main islands of Venice. At night, you had to wait a long time often, to get a boat across to the island where the hostel was located. Staying in a hostel is great if you want to hang out with fellow travelers and meet new people, but if that's not really your vibe, the lack of privacy can be a turn-off.

Wonderful funny staff and place. I come here since ages and I am afraid that Guidecca is not safeguarded anymore. Amazing spot in Venice.

The beds light did not work. The wonderfully historical place does not need six televisions in the lobby with generic stuff running. It lessens the experience.

It is grand for a hostel, but I think attention to detail is required. The rooms (we were in an 10 person dorm? maybe more actually) were great, good airflow and spacious with good lockers. We had access to bathrooms and they never felt crowded. + we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay eg, towel, our own lamp, a small shelf

The bathrooms are very tired, I’m not even sure a good clean can spruce them up in the way they need. The limescale has been built up too much, and there is mould in the corners. Some showers don’t have privacy and the bathrooms themselves are tiny. Especially for the amount of people, these bathrooms need an upgrade

Nice atmosphere. Location a bit harder to reach since it is on an island (most boats were on a strike when I arrived). However, the location is less crowded than the most popular tourist areas. Clean, good facilities.

The dorm feels quite crowded compared to some other hostels as there are 16 beds in one room with not much space in between. However, it was still good to sleep. The bar is nice.

The location is excellent. Service was nice. Everything was mostly clean.

There are not enough showers for the number of people. Showers could be cleaned more often as well. It is not so great for a hostel not to have the option for washing water bottles in a decent kitchen sink and not to have even a microwave. The eating options were alright, but people who stay at places like Generator (there are more in Europe), are people who have to hold their money together. So a microwave or two, a kitchen sink, etc. would go a very long way.

Great staff. Great common area. Games, console, pool. Great value breakfast. Osterias just up shoreline. Close to 1/2/4.1/4.2/N Boat. The Alilaguna airport drops at the Hilton 1km but you could instead travel to san marco and change to another boat to zitelle. Views across to St Marks Sq. At sunset the shore opposite glows. Great room view

Curtain was hanging off rails so didn’t cover window so Had to fix. Only 1 pillow which were on thin side. Asked for another which they gave but was dependent on empty beds

Great hostel with everything you could need, easy to navigate to and from the island with water buses.

I was in a female dorm and it was a bit cramped. Hard to get ready without getting in everyone’s way but other than that it was perfect

The hostel has no kitchen. They have their own restaurant, but sometimes it is closed because they have group events.

its second time here, i really dont like sleeping near conditioner, its pretty cold and made me sick. Next time i will ask bed particulary not near the conditioner, because it not possible to rest. asking to regulate it in the reception really depends who is working and how kind person is.

Nothing to mention

The building itself and the shared area in the ground floor are beautiful. I had a problem with my bed and the staff solved it easily and without a problem. The view from the female dorm is just amazing.

The female dorm could use q couple more lights. Even with lights on, some beds receive really bad light and it was hard to find my stuff. There’s no shared kitchen like other hostels and while there’s a bar offering meals, coffee and snacks, it’s not allowed to bring outside food.

Great Location. Good value for the money. Staff help me out we the change of dates. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom could be bigger

Good food options available. Very helpful staff. Great pizzeria and other restaurants just outside the front door. Close to two water bus stops with easy bus and boat access to and from the airport.

No view from our room. But aircon made the place cool for sleeping. So mustn’t grumble.

It near the ferry station

There's a nice common area where you can meet fellow travelers. There's plenty of stuff to do, ranging from free boardgames to guitars and even a PS5. The hostel is located in a quiet part of town with a beautiful sunset and somewhat cheaper restaurants nearby which is very nice! The staff is very helpful

The rooms are pretty noisy, especially the chest in which to keep your valuables is annoyingly loud. I was on the third floor, where the rooms got really warm at night and in the early morning. There's little privacy as the beds do not have curtains or any other method of obscuring your bed. You'll have to invest in an (pretty expensive) water bus ticket to get to Venice, so keep that in mind if you budget travel. Lastly, the showers and bathrooms are together, but there's little privacy here as well. The doors are glass (not fully see through but still, it's glass) and anyone entering the bathrooms can see you showering. Lastly, the food and drinks at the bar are pretty expensive

Usually hostels have a general refrigarator but here doesn't have. 14 beds in room makes so crowded and noisy.

Shower didn't drain well. Could have done with a couple more pillows and a flat sheet as well as a duvet. Lack of breakfast choice unless you were with a group

I liked that the hostel provided only women's rooms, and I enjoyed using the waterbus to reach the Island of Guidecca. The scenery and canale are perfect. Esceping the cramped and noisy Venice and reach the tranquil island were nice. The Hostel is new and suggests many feautures.

The rooms are a little bit cramped, and the lockers were hard to use. couldn't use the restaurant as it was already booked by the group of students beforehand. The room had a specific smell. The receptionist did not warn me to take my room card with me everytime I go outside.

good location, mind that you need to take the boat to cross, close to the boat / transport. super comfortable bed, very clean, location right on the canal, lovely view.

Very quiet residential island. Good vaporetto connection to main attractions. Groceries nearby. Cafe on premises. 24/7 desk open. The bed was comfortable. Hot water had good pressure.

Very loud AC unit right near my bed. It was on 2 nights out of 3. Only one vanity in the toilet, where also the shower is. hence always occupied by make-up users and hence not clean most of the time. ,Showers are super small and very inconvenient.

Great location, a few restaurantes right outside, easy to go anywhere with the vaporetto, shower wasnt so clean, and the shower door didn’t work so good, what i don’t like it at all it was they charged 5 euros for renting a towel it’s a joke!! No where else is that much, usually 1 or max 2 euros is a reasonsble price!

If I come again, I would stay here. It was very clean and had a nice view.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak and didn’t work properly, but apart from that we had no issues.

I’m in a 10 Bed dorm There are only 3 toilets for ladies here and 2 showers And there are 5 dorms in total on this floor . So Not enough facilities for all of us

Very close to the boat stop Zettelle. Many restaurants around and this island is not packed with tourists like the city center. The bed was comfy only the lights at the bed are very poor. The big light was not working my entire stay and when I got home in the night when everyone was sleeping I couldn’t see shit. Toilet and showers clean and never busy. But I missed some hooks and shelfs in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The area was quiet but also with cafes and local markets. It had a very beautiful view. The lobby was very atmospheric, nice area to rest, chat with people, play games and enjoy some food or drinks at the bar. Staff members were very nice!

The beds were to close to each other even though they were constructed in a way that you are not seen that much.

Venice on a budget. Fair price for the location. Good installations. Vending machines with items we all need like shampoo, towels, etc. 24/7 desk reception.

Staff were great. Venue was awesome although difficult to get to.

Lack of bathrooms. There's 2 male showers per floor with about 6 dorms using them.

It would be good if they added curtains to the beds.

I had to take the top bed that wasn't comfortable and also the price is not reasonable
