Great location, nice room but no view. Drinks very expensive in lounge. Lots a good restaurants near by. I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant unless your company is paying for it.

Included breakfast would have been nice. Down the street was a much better choice- Bellagio Cafe

Rooms needed updating. The hotel is charming, but room furnishings and finishes are in shabby.

The service was brilliant and the staff was very friendly. I called it colonial style because it has so many vintage things for decoration. If you are instagramers or XHSers this is your place to go. Excellent location, close to everything.

Lack of power bars. The room is dimmed. The light switches are old fashion style so you can tell the facility is old.

Fantastic service. Felt extremely valued by every member of the staff. The bellmen were wonderful and very hard working. Liked the complimentary steam room. Great location within walking distance of anything you could need.

It’s such a cozy, charming European style hotel with exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and make your stay a special experience. They just won an award as the best hotel in Canada- and kudos to them!

Great Staff, loved our suite(1402), hotel is beautiful, very clean, great food

when staff are knocking on door, they must give guest time to answer and NOT walk into the room.

The staff , especially Yurii, were very well trained and very helpful and polite.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Most comfortable bar & restaurant in town. Fantastic service

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The location of the Hotel is wonderful, close to Sky Train station, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Thr restaurant in the Hotel was excellent.

The pressure of the shower was a bit low. The air conditioner took time to adjust temperature.

Warm and excellent hospitality… Hotel has helpful and efficient staff, almost all our expectations were exceeded including Netflix connectivity to the classic TV set of my room. Delicious food at Room Service!

The only facility that my child missed was a swimming pool.

The decor was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Your staff were very helpful and met all my expectations.

Double glazing on windows is pretty ineffective resulting in garbage collection noise in the rear lane -

Beautiful interiors - spacious comfortable bedroom, but the best thing is the staff. Every member of staff takes time to make you feel very special. This was our second visit and we will certainly be back.
