I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel with an art theme, decor is stunning and luxurious. Staff were very helpful. We arrived just in time for the free wine tasting in the reception which was a lovely bonus. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Really liked the option to order complimentary filter coffee and real milk to be delivered to the room in the morning.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early, kept our suitcases for us all day after check out as we had a night flight. Every morning they bring fresh coffee/tea to your room. And everyday there is a complimentary wine tasting.

Room is slightly dated but very comfortable none the less. I believe the hotel is being refurbished later this year. Location is great next to lots of good Asian restaurants and close to Stanley park. Didn’t have to walk more than 15-20mins to get anywhere we wanted.

Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. Lovely property with museum quality art throughout. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable.

Restaurant had limited hours and menu. No vending machines and no way to get any drinks or snacks when it’s raining and you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Restaurant meals were of high quality and some unusual items. When they were out of a special mushroom sauce for one dish they offered to adjust another one and substitute mushrooms. Very accommodating. There was no room service but they packaged up dinner to go for me.

The hotel is beautiful with original artwork everywhere. The location is very convenient to Stanley Park and the sea walk-in both directions. The customer service is exceptional — if you book one of their “gallery” rooms, they bring hot French press coffee to your room each morning at no charge. We chose this hotel because of the 3 hours daily free e-bike useage, and that was fabulous.

The view from our room was not great. Looked out over a parking lot and nearby apartment buildings. Also, the e-bike checkout policy could be smoother. There are only 6 bikes and unless you book them in advance to use by 9 am or earlier, they have to be charged before they can go out again. The person at the desk couldn’t give an estimate of how long that might take and told us we needed to remain at the hotel while they were charging or risk losing them to another guest. She said she could not call us on our cell phone if we left to go get a pastry at a nearby breakfast place. It seems to me that you should be able to put your name on a waiting list with the understanding that your 3 hours begins as soon as the bikes are available.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Easy walk to Gastown, quick drive to Stanley Park and Granville Island, and SO many great shops on the street (especially loved eating next door at Cora's!). And for being on such a busy street, the inside of the hotel was so quiet! Absolute dream. Comfortable beds, wonderful service, great value compared to similarly located hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

We didn't really know where to park, so it would be smart to email ahead for parking instructions.

Very kind staff and a nice location inside Vancouver. The room is pretty large and the bed comfortable.

The hotel feels dated, with clearly some of the furniture being pretty old.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is very central to the downtown area and free shuttle buses to the Capilano bridge, good restaurants and Canada Place. The bed and pillows are heavenly. It was a very spacious room with a good shower and spotlessly clean. One of the things I loved most was it has filtered and sparkling water free on every floor of the hotel. We stayed for three nights and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It also had a 12 midday checkout time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was not a fan of the shower over the bath with a shower curtain, but it was a minor detail.

Property is old and shows its age. Room Furniture is very dated. Not worth the price I was offered. Will not trust Booking.com for future stays

Good downtown location with easy walking distance of Stanley Park and city centre. Friendly and helpful staff

Traffic gets noisy during the day, but road quietens down later at night. Aircon could be more effective. There is a planning application signposted on a side street to demolish and rebuild hotel, so I expect maintenance will take an increasing back seat if it gets approved

Super friendly, helpful staff. Very comfy beds, excellent location (right in downtown, walking distance to Coal Harbour), free French press coffee delivered each morning, free e-bikes for three hours which we used to bike around the Stanley Park seawall and waterfront area (was one of the highlights of our whole trip). They also have free wine between 5-6pm but we didn't get to try as were too busy doing other things!

If you are bringing a car, overnight (valet) parking here is expensive and it is difficult to find other options. Minor item - The toilet and shower room was quite small (only just fits one person).

Great location and comfy beds; hotel is quite outdated for the price though. The manager at checkout was great and let us use the showers later in the day before an international flight; the woman checking us in at night was quite strange - didn’t explain any charges and wasn’t particularly friendly.

Very helpful and professional staff. Really nice seeing all the art work and having the wine tasting for sun down.

Bed covers have feathers in them, which is luxury but very warm.

I got off a cruise ship early and they were able to move some things around and give me my room at 9 am! Much appreciated ! ! ! ! ! ! Took advantage of the complimentary 3 hour electric bike availability. This was a great feature of staying at this hotel. Staff were very kind, patient in explaining how to use bike, where to go (went to Stanley Park sea wall). Really like how they provide glass carafes in your room for filtered water available on all floors. The beds, bedding were very comfortable. 10% discount at their Forage Restaurant was nice. Great location!

Prime location in the middle of shopping and entertainment. The building was clean and kept, and elevators were quick.

Excellent hotel, comfortable and well located. Spacious rooms and great service, overall very good value.

Beds are very comfy and big enough. All staffs are very kind and helpful. (They also have Japanese speakers) Location is just perfect to go to the main spots like 15 to 20mins away from the hotel by walk.

If you have big and a lot of luggage, you might feel far away from the nearest station to the hotel. Calling Uber is also an option. However, it was no problem at all with one suitcase!

Location great for exploring Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park.

We were given a room (626) that had this very large terrace with comfortable patio furniture. The view was wonderful. The staff was very nice and very helpful.
