The rooms deco are tired and not very polish

Great location. Easy to walk to main sights of Vancouver

Didn’t know about the 3 hour free bike hire until we were leaving

Location was awesome. Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Room was nice but bathroom on small side. I expected a slightly more luxurious room for the price we paid. But otherwise room and amenities were adequate and no real complaints.

It was to my daughter's apartment.

It was a little bit expensive

The hotel is well located, a short walk or cycle from stanley park and beautiful cafes as well as having cheap eats around the area. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The French press coffee service was the best part as well as the free wine tasting each afternoon and free sparkling water on each floor. The free e-bikes were a great activity and way to see Vancouver. We found the staff very helpful and always chatty and accommodating. Would recommend to my friends & family.

Alot of homeless people outside of hotel all day and night. We were in a first floor room right and the street corner with alot of outside noise all night it was very hard to sleep.

The staff n hotel is great, we unfortunately had a couple hiccups during our stay. Would consider staying again, mostly for location n the team of staff that they have! The filtered water, great 👍 idea!!!

The room overall was quiet clean, some garbage was left behind from previous guests in the drawers. Was issues with their elevators, one evening riding this, brakes slipped or something that it jerked n dropped myself to the parking instead of the main floor. The staff reacted quickly when explained what had happen! Curious why a daily fee for pets? No bed, bowls, accessories (like many other places we have stayed). Price is steep, when it's only cleaned once for the dog having been in the room (my opinion).

Hotel was in a great location with lots of areas walkable. Rooms were big and clean. Filtered water tap on each floor was lovely. Staff very friendly.

Having booked a 'quiet' room our room was very noisy also noisy extraction equipment on the roof of the building below Unable to move us on the day we arrived but moved the next day

Too pricey and found out same accommodation for the same number of nights was offered a lot cheaper than what we have paid for.

Great location and very comfortable. Older style with plenty of charm and very good facilities. Short walk to all the attractions of Vancouver

I loved the fact they gave me two glass bottles that I could fill with chilled still or sparkling water. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to check-in early (and got a room with a wonderful view) and check-out late. The hotel was quiet and located in a great location

I'm bummed that I missed out on the hotel's scheduled wine tastings

Wonderful location. Professional friendly staff. Pristine comfortable bedding. A very nice facility. I will recommend and return.

Liked everything

Great location, close to the shopping area but still quieter, close to water, Stanley Park, cafes and restaurants. Spacious room with large comfortable bed. Couch near the window was nice to relax. Glimpse of water view. Water server both still and sparkling each floor. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the stay.

A little dated but will be rebuilt in a few years time.

Would have loved a second work desk for my wife who was also working. It would have been great to have had a microwave.

No coffee shop open for visitors.

Big room, very comfortable bed. A bit dated but made up in cleanliness, size and facilities. Also had a room with great views down to the sea.

Only 1 lift operating the entire 3 nights we were there so often had to wait. Otherwise all good.
