Everyone was so nice. The front desk staff, the bartenders and waitresses, and all the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with travel plans and other needs.

The was nothing to not like.

The staff blew us away with the service and courtesy. Excellent service is when they ask or do something before you even think about it.

It was in town, out of the way, but still close to things. We walked to the water, Stanley park, train station, busses and restaurants.

Everything was top shelf. From the welcome bottle of wine, interconnecting room with the kids room, the evening turn down with lightly flavoured water treats, to the beautiful beds, top toiletries and delicious food at the restaurant Tableau. Lobby was an oasis of luxury with alternating hot drinks and Christmas goodies including fresh apples. Staff were always happy to help and very friendly. They even onforwarded my daughter’s delayed parcel to our location in Whistler after our departure. In comfortable walking distance to some great shops. Loved everything about our stay.

Very accommodating when it was a last minute booking

Nothing really, the room was great if traveling as a couple, but as I was with my mum, she got the king bed and I used the trundle bed. Still comfortable. As I said last minute booking.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share this experience because the hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The Loden is a small, luxurious boutique hotel with a Michelin-starred French restaurant. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, spotless, and filled with high-end products. Cleanliness has always been a big issue for me in hotels, especially in the U.S., where even luxury hotels can disappoint. However, Loden was exceptional.

The housekeeping staff were impressive. They cleaned the room perfectly every day and added thoughtful touches without me asking. I was shocked when they brought water infused with citrus and snacks like pistachios, almonds, and pastries daily.

The staff were extremely polite and made me feel truly valued as a guest. On top of that, the location is perfect—right in the heart of Vancouver and only 5 minutes from Canada Place.

The Loden delivered an outstanding experience and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Great front desk service and wonderful location.

The Loden was excellent. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and our experience was fantastic with shops, restaurants and the water close by.

I feel this was the best hotel service we have ever had! The staff were warm and accommodating. The breakfast in the Tableau restaurant was hot and delicious. We really appreciated the turn down service.

This was an exceptional hotel. As part of a 3 week holiday staying in numerous places, our 5 day stay here was easily the best! The room was a great size - so comfortable and beautiful! The staff were so friendly and accommodating!
We absolutely loved coming back to the hotel each day after exploring the city to free snacks and chocolate waiting for us in the room. The bar on ground floor of hotel was also amazing with incredibly lovely staff and amazing drinks. We loved it and would stay at this hotel again - highly recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver. The downtown location is great!

Fabulous, friendly service. Room was great and very clean with great amenities. Hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Great location. Absolutely fantastic stay.

Didn't love the tiny squeeze bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc., but a minor detail in the grand scheme of everything else being fantastic.

All the essentials were in place but the extra touches like a complimentary welcome glass of wine, courtesy umbrellas, and tea/cookies in the lobby made it feel like a luxury hotel. The adjacent restaurant was actually quite good, too!

Coffee in the lobby (large carafe versus the individual pods) would have been great.

I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. Excellent hotel, great location and very pleasant and helpful staff. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Big rooms, huge windows and on a quiet street. Very pleasant staff.

Great location for our first visit to Vancouver. Hotel room was lovely . Bar was great . The staff were all friendly and helpful making our stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast was not available with our booking.

We were not given info about any spa facilities or breakfast available in the hotel. Behind the beds and tv was very dusty/dirty (we only looked as we were searching for extra sockets).

The room was amazing, with excellent views. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat and what was happening around the city at that time.

We had breakfast at the French restaurant next door...wonderful! Both days for breakfast, and one night for dinner!

It would have been nice to have a larger room. And more of a view.

The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed their breakfast one morning and it was excellent. It was easy walking distance from the water and from the main shopping street downtown

Everything was excellent there was nothing we would change. The staff was great.

Elegant finishes, smart design, comfortable beds, and thoughtful snacks at every turn! Staff was notable for being both helpful and genuinely friendly. We enjoyed both the deep soaking tub and the walk-in shower and liked the clever bathroom design with sliding wall. Felt like a true luxury to stay here one night before heading up to the mountains to ski.

Nothing I can think of! Not the cheapest option but lives up to expectations for the price.
