Staff, good & accommodation.

Location of the fitness centre. Very difficult& no assistance when attending fitness facility. Treated like a nobody at the fitness centre. Thought we would get some sort of priority.

Great services! Asked for a travel adapter and got one immediately. Food is superb as well and hotel is beautiful.

I used to visit Taiwan 2-3 times a year, usually stay at Taipei Regent because of the lavish breakfast! Moreover, the rooms are very spacious and location is very good.

The lift lobby and floor corridors are a bit dim, the marbles of bath room are aging, need to do something to revitalise the marbles.

The hallways and rooms were calm and soothing. The bathroom was spa like. The Christmas decorations were cheerful. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Like the size of the room and since we upgraded we had a corner room at the 17.th floor so the view was magnificent. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

The aircon made our room either freezing cold or greenhouse warm. Some how we always to turn on the sign we didn't want cleaning so we didn't get our room clean for days - should be another option that a lightswitch for that

Wonderful stay. Quite surprised about the quality of the hotel, from the room, the facility, the breakfast, and the staff. The price definitely is not cheap but the experience precious. Swim lovers should visit the nice pool with outdoor movie.

Reception staff were very friendly, from check-in, to breakfast, to gym all the way to check-out Sauna and gym were really good. Loved the breakfast spread. Room size was big, toilet was spacious and clean

My husband hit his head in the pool couldn't get any help for awhile. My daughter tripped in the lobby. ( many hazardous areas).

I host my proposal party in this room. The space is sufficient for 12 ppl and layout is compatible for simple decorations. Excellent service and experience.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never had bad experiences.

I found just one negative thing: the hair dryer at my room was very old and poor functional. I did not think it would suitable for the hotel at this level.

- staff in the restaurant (temp?) were not well trained. They didn't know how to clear the table. Should ask the guest first before touching the dishes.

Hotel lobby and the room were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also relatively convenient, within 10mins walk from Zhongshan train station.

The rooms are not fully sound proof, so it can get noisy when there are people moving around or talking loudly in the corridors.

1) The conditioner should be the same as the bathing gel and shampoo size instead of such a small bottle 2) The toilet roll holder was loose and everytime it’s in use, if not careful, the paper roll would fall but so far, the chamber maid did not bother to do something 3) When checking out, the receptionist appeared blue about whether the room charges were paid and did not even arrange for refund of the deposit

Wonderful location that's very close to Main station and Zhongshan MRT station. Lovely hotel with shops (very expensive ) and restaurants (equally expensive 😅) Great bed and comfy.

This was our second stay and decided to book a room on a higher floor. It was a downgrade and such a huge disappointment as this was our 5 year wedding anniversary. No nespresso machine (hubby was HUGELY disappointed) compared to the last room.

Super Service minded Staffs; especially hotel concierge. Check in was smooth and fast. The room we stayed was Large, Clean and Cozy. Make sure that you choose the room with breakfast. We found that the breakfast here is really worth it.

If we have to say what we did not like. It is the room key. It is not the key card, but the traditional golden one.

The bed can be softer. Breakfast is a bit crowded.

The staff helped us with our needs (baby stuff, late check out), they even left a small stocking filled with candy on our door!

Very crowded, but it's not the hotel's fault. Everywhere is crowded in Taiwan now since the pandemic. We will stay on a weekday next year to hopefully avoid crowds

would be good if they addressed their plastic waste, many hotels we stay in nowadays have a water filter machine on each floor rather than loads and loads of plastic bottles…

location is good. surrounded by various shopping options and not too far from mrt station staff is patient and reasonable. some mixed up on breakfast booking but they are able to rectify.

The location is great. with walking distance to Zhongshan subway station which is the change station for two major metro lines in Taipei. There are lots of eateries and bars nearby as well.

The staff did not clean the room on the first day when we returned at 4pm, causing some inconvenience. Also facilities (Spa especiallly) is fully booked during our 5 days of stay there. I understand it is famous and popular but if the hotel could send any reminder or offer to keep any reservation for hotel guest it will be a better reason for us to stay.

The room on 18th floor I stayed for one night was great. The bed was a bit hard but comfy, I slept very well. The bathroom was better than Hyatt Taipei.

The service of restaurant Azie has spaces to get improved.

The location is pretty nice since it's really close to Zhongshan Station. Lots of convenience on traffics.

Only one thing is, the sound proof facilities might need some upgrade or improvements. During the night, even chatting would go through the wall impacting next room.

It was a wonderful stay in our queen beroom with a balcony overlooking the park and Taipei 101! We stayed as it was our anniversary and we were attending a wedding at the hotel. Amenties, staff and hotel was amazing!

The teeny tiny bakery basket from room service was very diappointing and did I mention small? Don't order that or you'll be sorely let down. Otherwise, great stay!
