Room design layout poor. E.g. chandelier hang too low at shoulder level! Glass partition and door not so obvious cause bumping, shower faucets and pipes setup imitate old fashion, not effective. A lot of superfluous things, lighting power switches unclear…….

Layout of the rooms is extremely strange, dust in the bathroom and stains on the curtains, bathroom separated by a curtain. Very inconvenient layout where you have to look for sockets to charge your phone!

Room and lift area were too dark. There was this metal structure outside the window which made the room even darker.

The hotel staff were great and very helpful. The bar at the hotel was really cool too. The room and facilities were new and well maintained. Pool was really nice.

The room was very small and cramped for the price. The TV in the room is in need of an upgrade.

Good location, close to metro so easy to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The outside grill, architectural ‘feature’ impedes the view. I found the room cold and no one seems able to adjust the room temperature. They gave ma a heater, which i appreciated.

The location of the hotel is wonderful and it is surrounded by great food options. The hotel has a great design and it was a pleasure to stay here. Each evening we enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel bar, which had very nice cocktails. The minibar is well-stocked, with a coffee machine, a selection of teas and snacks. The staff is very helpful and it a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel has not many facilities. In the winter months, the pool cannot be used, and the hotel does not have a gym.

Absolutely the finest hotel I’ve ever been at the service. The personal service was beyond anything I would’ve ever expected.

Outstanding property the rooms are great and the property is in a central location. Great local restaurants in the area.

the location was perfect there are hair saloon, F&b, local clothing boutique and massage places within walking distance from the hotel. staff are super helpful, breakfast was nice too. the hotel lounge Steve very nice cocktail and very cosy to chill at nite… highly recommend.

the design of the room, the bed extremely comfortable, the coffee machine and the mini bar, very quiet, perfect location, adorable staff, from front desk to cleaning ladies, swimming pool, the lounge bar on 3rd floor is also amazing, dont miss it.

the breakfast, i was expecting a buffet, and some croissants... Would have liked some towels at the pool

The breakfast. Only two options and one type of juice. This was quite shocking actually.

Amazing location, so much to explore right at the hotel's doorstep. We arrived late at night and were still able to find delicious food just down the street. The rooftop pool was also lovely. Staff were also very helpful in giving recommendations and making reservations.

The room corridors were very dark, and the room doors very heavy (hard to push open). The showers had great water pressure but were shaking / vibrating a lot while the water was running which was a bit unsettling, but I'm sure with a bit of tweaking it can be fixed!

i love the hotel a lot especially when having my drinks at level 3 bar, food was unexpectedly nice and the staffs was the one that made me come back everyday

loved the room design. The location was great and the service excellent. the Staff was very helpful. For sure I will go back if I go to Taipei again. The views of the room were also very nice. A lot of small cafes and restaurants around.

Love the room, it is spacious and the washing counter has sufficient space to place a makeup bag.
