Room design layout poor. E.g. chandelier hang too low at shoulder level! Glass partition and door not so obvious cause bumping, shower faucets and pipes setup imitate old fashion, not effective. A lot of superfluous things, lighting power switches unclear…….

Layout of the rooms is extremely strange, dust in the bathroom and stains on the curtains, bathroom separated by a curtain. Very inconvenient layout where you have to look for sockets to charge your phone!

Room and lift area were too dark. There was this metal structure outside the window which made the room even darker.

Great place with cool rooms and a fresh look. Attentive and very friendly staff.

The breakfast. Only two options and one type of juice. This was quite shocking actually.

Amazing location, so much to explore right at the hotel's doorstep. We arrived late at night and were still able to find delicious food just down the street. The rooftop pool was also lovely. Staff were also very helpful in giving recommendations and making reservations.

The room corridors were very dark, and the room doors very heavy (hard to push open). The showers had great water pressure but were shaking / vibrating a lot while the water was running which was a bit unsettling, but I'm sure with a bit of tweaking it can be fixed!

loved the room design. The location was great and the service excellent. the Staff was very helpful. For sure I will go back if I go to Taipei again. The views of the room were also very nice. A lot of small cafes and restaurants around.

Love the room, it is spacious and the washing counter has sufficient space to place a makeup bag.

Excellent location, beautiful and quiet room with a huge bed, very efficient and friendly staff. Special thanks to Spud who was always so helpful and booked a great Japanese restaurant for us !

We were truly disappointed with the breakfast. Very little choice, no sliced fruits, no corn flakes, no pancakes or cakes, just a croissant and a small piece of bread+ one individual platter; tea served in a small cup, no tea pot. No buffet, so that we had to to wait endlessly every morning ( during CNY there was only one cook and one waiter in the morning; the waiter hardly spoke English).

Location is well situated. Even in an animated area, still having the quietness during stay. The choice of bedding & the cocktail bar in hotel is one of best experience.

Having Chinese breakfast for guest is better than only western one, as it’s one of important culinary in Taiwan that you can’t find nowhere oversea (congee with different side dishes for exemple). Then the problem of USB have to be solved as it become a norm for traveler nowadays, annoying of not having USB plug in room. Finally for traveler only visit Taiwan in winter time, having a pool with warm water will justify more the price, the roof top swimming pool is well designed & pity that the pool become kind of decoration that we can't fully enjoy the facility.

The location was great, near lots of food, shopping and train station. The staff was superb! Very accommodating to helping us recommend and book restaurants, tours and transport. The rooms have separate sleep and rest area. There is also free drinks (water, tea and coffee) at the bar.

A nearly perfect stay! Locations, Hardware and software, comfort, cleanliness and service are all very good.

Personally I think the one thing that can be improved is the breakfast (was included in the package). There are only 3 western food options - salmon/veal/bacon sausage with egg (pretty heavy). Given that Taiwan is so famous for their local cuisine, suggest hotel to provide a simple Chinese breakfast (congee for example). Also, offering decaf would be even better.

Hotel was located at an amazing location, right in the centre near everything and very comfortable beds. the staff were great and attentive, in particularly Roy, who went out of his way to make sure we had all our needs attended to.

Staff was excellent. All of them were so friendly and took care of all our needs from start to finish. Rooms are so nice and clean. Bed is comfy and spacious.
