The W Hotel Sentosa Cove, Singapore

I love my whole experience at W Singapore! I had booked my staycation here at W to celebrate my birthday. I had the most amazing 4 days 3 nights at this hotel. I loved the room and how all the amenities were easily available and necessary for my stay there. The room was very well furbished with items that provides for a comfortable stay there. I loved the idea of the pool being 24hrs and I enjoyed my late night swims. Although the location was very far in to be driven via car, I do not regret my decision as my morning views really made my day. All the hotel staff were very polite and greeted me every day. Room service also provided a great care with the room daily. I also enjoyed the cake provided by the hotel on my birthday and also the surprise pancake birthday celebration on the morning of my birthday at the kitchen table.

The suite was awesome, beautiful, clean, and perfect. The service was great. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good.

For a Singapore 5 star hotel, in a suite, i was expecting the toilet to be equipped with a bidet or at least with a water sprayer.

the old chief in egg station is really racist, against arab and Muslim. He was really nice and polite while talking and dealing with Asian people, but every time a Muslim lady approached him to order her egg was rude and grumpy. this is unacceptable.

Coincidentally it was our honeymoon staycation and as the room ran out , we were upgraded to the room with an indoor pool which was perfect and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at W Hotel for sure !!! The room was beautiful and comfy . The staff was also really kind and helpful throughout the whole time we were there !!!

More of a Singapore thing rather than a W hotel thing was the air con having to be on the whole time in room, a fan would have been more pleasant to sleep under.

The pool was huge, clean and had plenty of sunbeds, chairs, daybeds and hammocks around it. Pool service was efficient. The pool towels were large and you could help yourself to them. The staff were very good and when our teenage daughter left her handbag in our room but only realised a few hours after check out, they quickly relocated and returned it to us.

There were a couple of day biting mozzies around the pool, but repellent wipes were provided. The food was expensive.

The hotel's location and my room's view were excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

The reception staff were not friendly.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An oasis of calm. As always everything is immaculate. The W team are very good. Friendly, welcoming and with a lightness of touch but at the same very professional and helpful.

climate control is loud and not comfortable adjustable.. some sealings at balcony are not working properly (age).. so you have high humidity and sometimes moisture on mirror etc

The staff are INCREDIBLE, they went above and beyond at every opportunity!

Some things need to be fixed. Nespresso machine in room 328 was broken, TV sound would only come through speaker in bathroom (didn't watch TV at all while there anyway) and bathroom portable mirror was abit dicey (base wasn't secured and dropped on my toe).

We really enjoyed our stay.

Service standard has dropped quite a lot. I have stayed there many times in the past and this is the first time I felt that service was inferior. No special touch, left a plate with cutleries when I checked in but no fruits, no turn down service. Service at wet deck also lacking and a preference towards western tourists instead of local staycationers. Towels and water brought over to them. When I asked to take some towels from the counter on my own, they begrudgingly passed towels to me. Receptionists were good though. Only saving grace. Property also need some level of refresh.

Great location lots to do in Sentosa ,transport is included around Sentosa which is a great bonus ,hotel is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delicious too

On the evening when we arrived the lobby was very very noisy with lots and lots of children running around and shouting. so much so we couldn’t hear the instructions being given to us by the staff who were checking us in.

Beautiful location and great swimming pool. The breakfast was very good too.

It was super busy! Breakfast was hectic (but tasty).

Modern, funky, great aspect on the marina and next to the restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and choice. Pool was large and waterslide for kids.

Love the spa. Food buffet is really good. And very neat and clean. Staffs are friendly.

There is no kids play ground. And check in is super time consuming, it took more than 30 min . And lift is slow.

Breakfast was great, Chloe was fantastic remembered all our names and our coffee preferences and remembered our kids also. Pool was fantastic.

Location was a little far out but ok for restaurants around the marina and the bus service was good

The room which accommodated 2 adults and 2 children was excellent! We loved the large pool with slide and many different areas. The food in the restaurant was very good and room service was also great. Santosa has a very relaxed island vibe and is great for a beach and outdoor holiday.

Wish there was a health faucet in the bathroom.

The room has a nice interior design and the bed was comfortable. We also loved the lobby area.
