Awesome stay!

The view, the grounds and the spa

The all day dining is too small and cannot accommodate all guests, it gets very crowded at breakfast. Also you have to take one lift up to reception then take another lift to your room.

Beautiful place, very nice rooms. Great breakfast and tasty restaurants close by (especially the Italian one right next to the hotel). Very nice staff. A lot to do at Sentosa with kids) We had a perfect stay

- Excellent location- great set of restaurants a short stroll away. - Room was spacious and clean. Good room service. - Staff were attentive and friendly. -Great facilities- pool, gym, Woo bar all excellent. - Buffet breakfast had a large selection of food- both Western and Eastern dishes, pastries, eggs made ro order.

- Shower didn't drain sufficiently causing overflow to bathroom floor.

From the minute I arrived, I felt very spoilt. Plenty of friendly and attentive staff always available to meet any request. Beautiful, large pool with luxurious sunbeds. The hotel's location gave it a real luxury feel - like a mini Monacco. Lovely choice of restaurants just a short stroll away. I can't wait to go back there.

If I try really hard to find a fault, it's that the chair in my room looked a little tired. But compared to everything else, it was insignificant.

Our door look was broken. the tec and manager were extra concern in helping us ti get us out. they broke the lock. they even extended our stay for about 3 hours.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to do things at sentosa, there is a free shuttle bus that comes every 15 minutes and pick up from hotel to most sites. There are plenty of restaurants outside. The stuff is super polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and we loved the pool too. The Best part is the breakfast! The best buffet you can imagine,!! If you love to enjoy an excellent breakfast that's the place, there won't be any fallout here. The selection is amazing, both for adults and kids. From huge range of pastries, cakes, deserts, fresh expensive fruits, pancakes, waffles, notella bar! Salad bar, marinated vegetables, Hummus, many salad sauce, inidian section that includes Indian breakfast food too, ramen corner, Chinese food, Asian food, eggs in all sorts, smoked salmon, many breads, jams, fruit bar... The selection is huge from Asian to western in high quality. Loved our stay, would definitely come back again.

There is no kids menu for hotel restaurant at lunch or dinner. That was a bit of a shame.. But there are many restaurants outside.

The fridge didn’t have a good variety of drinks and the room service menu was not very great.

Modern decor, very comfy beds and sheets, excellent breakfast buffet and coffees.

Lack of privacy in bathroom- family bedroom could see through to bathroom. Needed to hang towels to close gap.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus available for us to travel within Sentosa is really convenient. Kids really enjoy the pool slide.

Surroundings

We had requested for a late checkout which was confirmed by the front office guy Ryan, so much so that the late checkout time of 2 PM was written by him on the key card holder. But on the day of check out someone from the hotel came to the room to enquire abt our check out time. Even after telling him that we have been given a late checkout by this particular gentleman from front office, our both key cards were disabled which was extremely surprising! This was something that should not have happened. Rest the stay was great. Amazing F&B staff, pool is great. Overall I would rate it 9/10. However this particular instance left a very bad taste.

A lot of privacy and felt like we were in our own private island

Nothing major, wish there were halal options for the in room dining (but highly unlikely) so or at least more vegan/seafood options to choose from

Location is tranquil yet has lively eateries. The staff went a second mile to make our stay memorable, starting from the check in (Ranjit sent balloon and cake when he realised it was our anniversary).

From the moment you arrive you feel like the centre of attention. Great, quiet location for a romantic get away. Near by restaurants are excellent. The pool and the gym was next level. I highly recommend staying in Sentosa cove to get away from the tourist attractions.

The restaurant didn’t properly state the buffet was not open mid week for dinner. We arrived thinking it was available and realised it was a set menu selection.

Breakfast is huge, varied and well staffed. Noodle station was highlight. Spacious room 24 hour pool.access, had great early morning.swims.with pool to ourselves. Water pressure of shower in room is excellent. Location good for couples without kids.

Personally I didn't love the coloured lighting and some of the decor. But it wasn't awful by any means. Price point is high. Decided not to use spa due to cost.

We had a room with a balcony. A ceiling fan would be helpful.

Staff in the lounge were distracted and didn't get the details of the order.

Weekend rates expensive

The staff were courteous and took time to explained the various activities and amenities that were available. The room were fantastic with just 1 minor issue. Pleasantly sursurprised to find the water in the pool to be heated.

The pillow were too soft. Had a fickering overhead light that caused some difficulties falling asleep

excellent quiet location. room size was fantastic and views over marina were lovely. Staff were super friendly and more than happy to help with any needs. Pool amenities were fantastic and Breakfast variety was impressive

Had a wonderful experience staying at W Hotel Sentosa. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and clean, breakfast is great served as a buffet with lots of choices. Pool area wonderful never too busy, excellent service by the stuff on the wet deck area and the kids pool slide. Located at Sentosa cove always close to local restaurants and coffee shops easy access to everywhere. Definitely recommended!!!

I love my whole experience at W Singapore! I had booked my staycation here at W to celebrate my birthday. I had the most amazing 4 days 3 nights at this hotel. I loved the room and how all the amenities were easily available and necessary for my stay there. The room was very well furbished with items that provides for a comfortable stay there. I loved the idea of the pool being 24hrs and I enjoyed my late night swims. Although the location was very far in to be driven via car, I do not regret my decision as my morning views really made my day. All the hotel staff were very polite and greeted me every day. Room service also provided a great care with the room daily. I also enjoyed the cake provided by the hotel on my birthday and also the surprise pancake birthday celebration on the morning of my birthday at the kitchen table.

The suite was awesome, beautiful, clean, and perfect. The service was great. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good.

For a Singapore 5 star hotel, in a suite, i was expecting the toilet to be equipped with a bidet or at least with a water sprayer.

the hotel Staff in general were helpful and hospitable.

the old chief in egg station is really racist, against arab and Muslim. He was really nice and polite while talking and dealing with Asian people, but every time a Muslim lady approached him to order her egg was rude and grumpy. this is unacceptable.

Coincidentally it was our honeymoon staycation and as the room ran out , we were upgraded to the room with an indoor pool which was perfect and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at W Hotel for sure !!! The room was beautiful and comfy . The staff was also really kind and helpful throughout the whole time we were there !!!

More of a Singapore thing rather than a W hotel thing was the air con having to be on the whole time in room, a fan would have been more pleasant to sleep under.

The pool was huge, clean and had plenty of sunbeds, chairs, daybeds and hammocks around it. Pool service was efficient. The pool towels were large and you could help yourself to them. The staff were very good and when our teenage daughter left her handbag in our room but only realised a few hours after check out, they quickly relocated and returned it to us.

There were a couple of day biting mozzies around the pool, but repellent wipes were provided. The food was expensive.

The hotel's location and my room's view were excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

The reception staff were not friendly.
