Absolutly nothing all brilliant

1. Paul, the main person serving us was exceptional in providing advice to avoid the hotel crowd, and the available services we have access to. 2. The evening spread at the horizon club was superb. 3. The room is fully equipped. Layout is splendid, providing a cosy bed for my daughter.

There was a delay in the check-in although Paul did provide a $50 voucher as compensation.

Amazing hotel. Pool was great, shuttles run regularly and breakfast is outstanding. Kids loved it too. The staff made our holiday regularly greeting us and assisting us with our stay.

This is very much a family hotel,so expect hundreds of children,the pool area is not peaceful!

The balcony in Garden room was brilliant , lovely place to sit . Also loved the green spaces in hotel and decorations in the lounge .

The temperature everywhere inside the hotel was too low. In the main lounge several people were sitting with warm sweaters . Be prepared ! Doesn’t encourage you to sit there for long .

Superb hotel, excellent staff, genujne five star service, food and facilities. We very much enjoyed using the cocktail bar on a couple of occasions, just the right tone of lively but not boisterous

Breakfast a little busy with 5 minute waits at the weekend but this is a very minor thing and breakfast itself was very good.

Staff was very helpful, special thanks to Kumar. He was always interested in with us.

Great for kids with splash park and shallow part in pool. Lovely friendly staff.

The buffet was noisy and crowded. Evening if you arrived After 20.45 and still eating at 21.15 the food was being put away and cleared up.

Breakfast was very good although it was super crowdy that makes me feel like in the school cantine. I exepected more from 5* hotel. A noticeable musty mold odor in our room. Location is very nice, however for the pure touristic purposes I woulnd't choose this hotel again, was 20/30 minutes away from the city center. Kids club is not included in the room price, you need to pay extra for it!

As always, Shangri-La gets it right everytime. The quality of the food, the cleanliness and the efficiency of staff. Will be back.

We loved the hotel, rooms, facilities, pools and kids offerings.

Didn't like having to pay in full 2 months prior, breakfast isn't included and is very expensive with no other breakfast options close by.

Had a room in the horizon club....well worth it. Lovely for breakfast...the lounge offers lovely cocktail hour with delicious food and drinks. Only little downside...too cold 🥶 with the Aircon probably on 18C😄. Organic cosmetics in the room and water! All staff very nice and friendly! Doorman in his special uniform very very helpful 🧡. Can only recommend this hotel.

The price of the buffet. It was outrageous

Impeccable service and total luxury stay. Enjoyed the valley wing private area for complimentary breakfast and high tea and canapes and cocktails. Felt so exclusive and special. Room was spacious and high end luxury feel. Perhaps a bit dated but still quality and spacious.

I think the valley wing needs a private pool area Just outside the breakfast room on the large grass area. Just way too many kids at the main pool cheapened the experience a bit. We didn't use the facilities in the other areas of the hotel at all. Valley wing was fabulous.

Additional payments of playground to our kid, as one we book the hotel and prepared sofa bed for her but asking additional payment and promising us to give access to facilities for her birthday party but not moody. That’s why we changed hotel and stayed 5 days in another hotel.

Beautiful property and facilities. We chose the family room with courtyard and that was perfect for the four of us. It gave more space than a traditional hotel room and the room setup for the kids was so special and thoughtful. Extra features like fresh fruit in the room, children’s pool towels was a nice extra touch. Pool and splash park a great feature meaning we could properly relax while also plenty for the kids to do. Room service options also very kid friendly making it easy to accomodate our family.

Would love it if there was a small convenience store or products available at the hotel like toiletries, snacks, sunscreen etc which we’ve enjoyed in similar sized hotels that aren’t located near a convenience store or shops. Just helpful for those things you’d need after arriving.

The head of the door man Vijay is so kind and helpful for us.

Great location. Beautiful property. Rooms lovely.

The hotel is comfortable with good facilities. The swimming pool is nice and relaxing, and the bakery and restaurants are convenient, enjoyable, a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel shuttle bus to the Orchard Road is much helpful. The hotel room is clean and nice. Breakfast is yummy, with many different styles and options to choose from. Very satisfying.

The shampoo provided is not very good and makes hair feel sticky. The air-conditioning is loud. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, the best way is to call taxi or take the hotel shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus only starts at 11:00 a.m which is a little it late.

Hotel is not located near public transport or train station. Not sure whether the hotel provides shutter bus to nearest train station.
