Beautiful property and facilities. We chose the family room with courtyard and that was perfect for the four of us. It gave more space than a traditional hotel room and the room setup for the kids was so special and thoughtful. Extra features like fresh fruit in the room, children’s pool towels was a nice extra touch. Pool and splash park a great feature meaning we could properly relax while also plenty for the kids to do. Room service options also very kid friendly making it easy to accomodate our family.

Would love it if there was a small convenience store or products available at the hotel like toiletries, snacks, sunscreen etc which we’ve enjoyed in similar sized hotels that aren’t located near a convenience store or shops. Just helpful for those things you’d need after arriving.

The hotel is comfortable with good facilities. The swimming pool is nice and relaxing, and the bakery and restaurants are convenient, enjoyable, a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel shuttle bus to the Orchard Road is much helpful. The hotel room is clean and nice. Breakfast is yummy, with many different styles and options to choose from. Very satisfying.

The shampoo provided is not very good and makes hair feel sticky. The air-conditioning is loud. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, the best way is to call taxi or take the hotel shuttle bus, but the shuttle bus only starts at 11:00 a.m which is a little it late.

Facilities were great for my toddler! She loved Splash (water park) and bubs (indoor play).

I wasn't able to log into my Shangri-la Circle account so I wasn't able to use the services easily via the QR code. It was frustrating as the service desk couldn't help so I had to email customer service who didn't reply until the last day of my stay.

We returned to the Shangri-La just over two weeks after a previous stay. The experience was just as exceptional. Despite arriving at the hotel before 10:00am the Shangri-La made our room available to us immediately (standard check-in is from 3:00pm). We were also presented with boxed orchids to take home when we checked out.

As per my previous review there isn't a single thing I could find fault with the Shangri-La Singapore. All of the staff provided a very high level of service and the quality of the facilities and food/drink were exceptional.

From arrival in Singapore to departure our Shangri-La experience was exceptional. We were met airside by a member of Shangri-La staff who directed us through arrivals and assisted us with or luggage. Our transfer to the hotel was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel we were taken to our room where the check-in process was undertaken. Our luggage was delivered to our room while this was in progress. We were then taken back down to the Lobby Lounge where we were served champagne and canapes. Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Canapes in the evening were all excellent. We will be returning as soon as we can find an excuse to visit Singapore again!

I can't think of a single thing the hotel could improve on. All of the staff provided exceptional service and the quality of the accommodation and food/drinks was superb.

The location is just ideal. A 5 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of orchard YET felt like a sanctuary without noise and traffic. Also they had amazing festive spirit with carollers everyday during the festive week

So family friendly and everything little detail though of, kids included like robes, slippers, kids tooth paste etc Pool area was excellent, and sun lounger service. Thick blankets on beds meant one was very hot unless blasting air conditioning at night to sleep.

Impeccable as always from Shangri-la. The alcove bed for my son to sleep in was both convenient and super adorable.

Location is not the most convenient as shuttle service is quite limited

We really appreciated the fact that it’s a heritage style hotel. The ambience was traditional with a mix of modern. The staff was very nice helpful and polite , as well as very attentive. The reservation and Consierge very accommodating . Well back for both business and leisure stays this coming year. Thank you !

As breakfast was not included, the only option we had was to have local breakfast a la carte at the lobby. We would have like to have a place to eat continental breakfast within the hotel. On our last day we were told the Italian restaurant also serves breakfast , hi wee when asked at the check in we were not informed of this option. This left us having to leave the hotel in the morning to find a standard breakfast in other restaurants in the city.

The hotel itself is top class ,Very tranquil place you can compared to other hotels in Singapore with its eloborate garden area ,The amount of childrens activities within the hotel is also impressive

I stayed here right after my stay in Kerry Shangri La in Hong Kong which was outstanding House keeping in the room was really average ,We are all for water conservation but to leave a room in a bad state just because the bed linen wasnt changed is inexcusable ! We literally used room service every day but the food in some ocassions was tasteless !
