From lobby to room the cleanliness is excellent. The morning buffet has wide range of selections.

Housekeeping could be improved - wardrobe door was left ajar, and a used water bottle from previous guest was left in the bedside drawer. Some items were also not replenished. Despite informing on this being an anniversary stay, there were also no amentities offered (first time from a hotel; all other hotels provided cake, wine etc during our anniversary stays).

Unfortunately the bathroom has no bidet

Huge space in the room, doesn’t feel cramp, amazing view, cleanliness, secured access to the rooms.

The fact we could not order food or drink from a menu by the pool at 9.30pm when we had checked in from a late flight.

The BEST hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept on!! After 5 weeks of travelling, I was yearning for my own bed, but this one came a very, very close second!! So comfortable and relaxing.

Only thing I could criticize was some noisy hotel room guest neighbours, however the staff dealt with them swiftly and discreetly.

I only have one area of improvement to suggest, and that is the service by the pool. It took an extremely long time to get even a bottle of water.

Great location to do business in Marina area, good access either walk or MRT.

It must be still new but looks bit old room facility perhaps due to poor construction quality. Breakfast is generous but not gorgeous (vs gorgeous room price).

The stay was wonderful the room was nice however I would've preferred a better view in the room than of people at the pool. The price is quite steep but it's a nice location and a beautiful place.

The staff could be a bit more pleasant and the concierge could have longer hours but that's about it

I love the room, it was spacious, comfortable. The bathroom was incredible! The location was also great, close to Lau Pa Sat which unfortunately I only discovered on my last day. It was also great to be able to use the shower facilities as I arrived early morning before attending my work conference.

It would have been perfect if the hotel was closer to an MTR station via an indoor path, as singapore si so hot! But thats not the hotel's problem, more my issue with humidity and heat!

Check in staff Filipino lady was abrupt and rude kept Telling me not to smoke in room when I kept telling her I was asthmatic. The China clean staff on floor 42 was dismal - stained thanks tops, bugs on the carpet and bed. Mattress so over used that had back pain - the house keeping managed and team had to put a plank for stay . Loose plugs sockets, cracks in the ceiling At USD 700 per night this was outrageous . Beverage manager and house keeping managers were great trying to make amends to what was a dismal bed and dirty room. Don’t bother with the spa - overly priced . Masseuse for 1 hour massage spent 10 mins walking around ringing a bell and washing her hands anything but massage. The only thing that redeems this hotel is the location to work and the CBD area. But not worth the premier rates paid to stay. Other hotels in the group much better ritz Carlton and Marriott . Have no idea how this hotel gets a fabulous rating !

Great staff who really make you feel welcome. Rooms were clean and very classy. The restaurant had a great variety of food and the staff were very friendly. We will be returning in 2 weeks

Our stay here for an overnight (on a long flight) was just what we needed. The breakfast was excellent and a dream buffet, included in the room. Great for a short stay in SG.

Location for weekends isn't ideal.

Larger room size than most hotel. Nice view from most rooms

The hotel no longer lives up to 5 star quality. When dropping off the luggage at the reception it takes half an hour to deliver to the room (one has to call several times). There just about 20 TV channels, you can watch golf at midnight but not football world cup.

Room was big and spacious. Very clean and new. Bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows and bolster. Lovely rainforest shower with huge bottles of shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. Lovely breakfast at the coffee shop with good service and ambience. There was a choice of 4 juices and variety of fruits. Not much choices on main courses though.

Location was not ideal. Not easily accessible to MRT station. At the rate I paid, it only comes with 2 bottles of water. At the least it should have some juices in the empty fridge.

I like the bathtub, the view & the swimming pool.

It was hard to navigate the hot water pipe esp for bathtub. For the price I also expected more tools to be provided.

- Cake and card was presented for the Bday Guest, and it taste good too. - Comfortable bed, White Tea toiletries that comes in big bottles. - Decent variety at the breakfast buffet, the laksa is very good.

limited choices for in room dining, power outage from 9pm to 10pm affected a lot of occupants who wanted to return to their rooms.

one of the highlights of the stay would be the spa for hotel guests and the hot whirl pool was so comfortable. i was very relaxed in there and even accompanied with a great view of the cityscape. another favourite would be the congee from the bfast menu. the congee was warm and soothing on an early weekend morning.

one thing which could be improved would be the complimentary parking. wished that the hotel can offer one free complimentary parking ticket per day instead of per stay. another improvement which I hope the wonderful mgmt of Westin can consider would be to allow breakfast to be served in the room for bookings which covers complimentary brkfast. was disappointed to be told that in room dining could not be done and additional fees apply. was not expecting that.

Maybe Complimentary bath salt for the bath tub Location: Is a bit out of the way, not much choice of restaurants around the area are open since its a weekend. Breakfast: Wasn't that of a fantastic but would rate 6.5/10
