Close to most of the important sites in the city. Cozy and just what you needed to know Seville.

The only drawback was the remodeling they were doing. In the morning around 8am you can hear the hammers, which were very close to our room. Although after notifying everything was good.

Location was great, room was very small for two people and place doesn’t look as cute as the pics. I’ll recommend not booking the room on the first floor, gets loud and too close to the main door. Overall this place is located in a great location

First floor rooms

It's in the center, everything is right there in front of you. Tourist attractions, souvenirs, shops, supermarkets, self laundry, practically EVERYTHING. You just need a good pair of shoes. I highly recommend the place.

We spent a good time here. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. The location of the apartment is great so you can reach everything on foot.

It would have been nice if our room had a window to the outside. So it was a bit dark.

Although our stay was short, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's interior decoration was elegant and the reception was particularly friendly, making us feel warm in this Spanish city. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great quiet location to base in to visit the city. Seemingly ever present staff at the front desk always friendly and helpful. Freshly brewed coffee and hot water with a selection of teas prepared in the morning in the shared atrium area. Room has kettle fridge, wardrobe and (secured) safe. En-suite shower. A/C. No breakfast facilities but lots of fabulous local solutions including restaurants for evening within short walk. On a partially pedestrianised area so Taxi drop off about 200m from front door. Nearest rail around 30min walk for other cities such as Cordoba.

Room small (we were in #8) but expecting this from earlier reviews. Just enough room to walk either side of double bed. That aside perfectly suitable as a base for city break.

Rooms 4 and 5 have a fantastic shared terrace on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor our room had a great pair of Juliette balconies and their is a cool shared rooftop terrace for all. Awesome value!👍🏼

Great location, the room was lovely and the hotel itself is beautiful.

On our first morning there, they started drilling on the opposite side of the wall - not necessary maintenance, but to hang a picture.

Comfy and cozy accommodation in the city center and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Very cozy hotel, clean room, everything you need is there. The terrace is great. The staff is very supportive and nice. And it was very nice to have flowers and card with my name in the room.

Easily accessible from both the train station and the bus station. Located on the edge of the old town. Nicely presented, lovely atrium area, roof terrace. Powerful shower.

Only thing in my room was no hand shower so couldn't wash feet unless I took a full shower . I like to wash my feet before going to bed Location is perfect

The shower was a bit tight but it was possible to take a shower once you were inside.

Loved being near the heart of Seville! We left our car at a parking garage nearby during our stay and enjoyed all the great walking the city has to offer. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

As we were on the ground floor, there was some street noise at night.

The location of the property was perfect, the room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The room was not too private as there was an open window out into a courtyard but in all honesty this added to the charm of the accommodation.

Great choice for a base while exploring Madrid. Basic but very clean with a type of riad feel about the place. Rooms we’re comfortable and staff were attentive and friendly.

Interior room had no window, therefore no fresh air. This we knew in advance as it was described as “interior”. However, it was also very small and no room for luggage or clothes storage, so we refused room service as we couldn’t unpack or keep it tidy. It wasn’t cheap either. We wouldn’t book this room again.

Bed was not comfortable. Not enough room for clothes etc for longer-stay guests. Advertised patio needed more amenities other thsn 2 tables.

The hotel was in a great location and the check in process was easy considering I arrived after 22:00. The room was fine and had everything for a quick 1 night stay.

The property had a lot of character and was really maintained well and very very clean. All of the staff there were so nice and helpful and super friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a special place.

I wish they would consider serving some kind of rolls or breakfast of some sort because there’s not very many other options for breakfast in the area. It would be more convenient.

The more we travel using booking.com the more we realise how good this pension is. The location and value for money are excellent for a short stay. We have stayed a couple of times before a flight home from Sevilla airport and it's perfect for a few days. The staff are always really efficient and friendly and the room well air conditioned, very clean and perfect for our needs.

Booked with 24hours notice having been let down last minute by another hotel in the area. We were DELIGHTED with our room at such short notice. Beautiful terraces, very clean, nice decor, central location, helpful staff. Could not have been happier.

Great value for money, helpful and nice stuff. Stayed there for a couple of nights and they tidied up our room and changed towels which is something that usually doesn't happen with this frequency at budget hotels.

Tea and coffee in reception rather than rooms

Great location in the middle of the city centre. Very cute room with a little patio to go outside. Comfortable but small bed, for a couple it was good tho. Airconditioning was great.

The shower drain was stuck, but other than that it was a good bathroom. It would be nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed, so that both can charge their phones at night.

Only thing was that the drain in bathroom smells so better close the door when you are leaving.
