The receptionists were super helpful and kind, they helped me solve every problem and responded to all of my questions with great care. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area so getting in and out of the hotel is easy. Really close to certain historic spots in the city and has shops and restaurants all around. Air conditioning works very well.

You can hear sounds through the walls sometimes.

Location was perfect. Coffee and tee available the whole day.

The bed was very comfortable. We lived on the top floor, the shower and water pressure were perfect. The air-conditioning was very effective - we needed it for the heat. The kind staff left a little bouquet in the room. Receptionists from 7am to 11pm.

There was no fridge in the room.

Location was amazing, the staff were extremely responsive before the trip and very accommodating and nice while I was there. The room was big, bed was comfortable, AC was efficient, nice sized walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and safe included. I had a great stay, would definitely stay here again.

I had the room right next to the entrance. It was a bit noisy. I use white noise during the night, so it was fine, but I would recommend getting a room in a different area of the hotel if you are noise sensitive. There are some aesthetic things which could be polished off, but all extremely minor.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff is friendly and attentive. We did not encounter any problems. I can recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location. So close to everything, including a bus stop to get to/from the main train station and lots of places to eat. Room was huge and had AC which was a huge plus.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit wonky on when it decided to work or not but besides that everything was great.

Very good location, close to the Setas and other city attractions, all within a short walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. While breakfast is not provided, there are several bars and cafés nearby. Convenient checkout time at 12 PM. We selected a room with a balcony and street view. Be aware that some rooms have windows facing only the interior corridors, which offer less privacy.

The room was lovely, so much space and the breakfast was excellent.

The shower was separate and if you didn’t cover the glass door you could see people showering.

This hotel is so welcoming - the staff are absolutely amazing and really make you feel like family. Beds are so comfortable, hotel is bright and super clean. Complimentary teas and coffees available during the day. In a fantastic part of town - slightly away from the crowds but only a 10 minute walk to the most of the main attractions. This was my 3rd visit - I don't really want to stay anywhere else!

Great location in the old town about 10 minute walk to the city center and cathedral. Quiet. My room was basic but it had everything I needed plus a small patio.

This place found me at my worst and nurtured me back to life. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. In addition to upgrading me to a better room without me asking for it, they also provided free coffee and tea the whole day. She made a fresh patch just for me! The room was super clean and spacious with high ceilings. The beds are so so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps of my life. The location is perfect as well. It is right at the city centre and perfect for sightseeing on foot. 100% recommended, and I will absolutely stay here if I ever come back to Sevilla.

The location was perfect, very centric you can reach most of the interesting point of the city just walking around, the room was very clean and they also prepare something special for us as it was for Valentines day as a surprise, chocolate and rose petals. Perfect location, able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were lovely and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room with a balcony but we didn’t get it. No big deal though, the room we had was lovely.

All the elements considered in this review score as exceptional. The staff was amazing, the job was well done up to the details, the approach was better than a 5 star hotel.

Great location, great value for money!

Nice and clean hotel. Simple, but perfect for short stays. From here you can easily walk around city center. But main bus station is also not too far - ideal to get to the airport or if you plan some bus travels from Seville.

Great location, comfortable room with a little balcony that overlooked the quiet street outside. Air conditioning was good and there were tea / coffee making facilities too.

The rooms are spotless, the location is perfect. Everywhere is walkable. Lovely little bar on the corner. Staff were so friendly and helpful- Rosaria deserves a special mention for everything she did for me during my stay including my daughter’s emergency printing!

The first room I stayed in had no plug sockets by the bed which would have been handy but it didn’t really bother me.

No wine glasses and corkscrew in the room when was a mini bar in room available to use it [ With extra charge of course]

The shower is very small. One way to improve it could be to put in a telephone-type shower, so that it is easier to control the water, given the small space of the shower.
