Fabulous hotel and amenities. Exceeded our expectations. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

The garden was our favorite place in the hotel. The room was perfect, very confortable and relaxing.

The roof area was very small and the gym area also is small even though it has the equipment to do a basic routine which is fine

Everything! This is an excellent hotel. The staff are amazing and hugely helpful. Our rooms were very high quality and immaculate. Breakfast was lovely. Great location. We travel a lot in Europe and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while

Staff all round were very friendly, polite, happy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, reception staff very helpful with suggestion choices of restaurants to match our style. Even with our on going journey if they knew the area.

Beautiful building full of history and character set in a perfect location just a short walk to the city centre. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. The breakfasts were simply superb with enormous choice. This is one of the few hotels we have stayed in where we cannot find fault with anything. Expensive, but as they say ‘you get what you pay for’.

It can be a little bit noisy, but to be honest that just adds to the atmosphere.

The beds were extremely comfortable! and the cleanliness of the rooms were amazing. The space and size of the rooms were fab, and loved having a large TV in the bedroom for late evenings.

There was no bed side menu to call down to reception too, so you didn't know which number to call (for example making a reservation for the restaurant or calling room service, that information was not clear. The lights in all rooms were very confusing and you couldn't have the bathroom light on without having all of the other main light switches on.

Everything and everyone perfecto 👌. Room as described wish we had longer will return .

A really nice boutique hotel. The service we received from all of the team was always attentive, even in responding to queries, requests, as well as making reservations and providing a list of local restaurants. The hotel is in a quiet location which is perfect to unwind at then end of the day and yet walking distance to the cathedral and the centre.

If I had to be picky, it would be that the lighting in the living area of our bedroom, could be brighter, rather than relying on some wall lights and a lamp.

Breakfast was a delight with a good menu and served to you hot and fresh, wonderful .

More coffee in the room, this is being petty because if asked for more coffee it was delivered to your room, but it would have been good to have it there.

The best staff - always so friendly and accommodating, which is not what we experienced elsewhere in Seville, even in top-rated places. Amazing history of the place. Also quality of food is amazing- we came back after a disappointing dinner elsewhere because we had dined so well here before and second time did not disappoint.

Na- it was great. Just be aware it’s a 15mim walk from the “tourist centre”, though still in the old town

The Porcelanosa’s sjouwer crane it’s to complicated in room 315 also from the bad ! Bud this the only negative thing the rest is perfect! Also the car parking service is perfecto

Within easy walking distace of city centre. A very atmospheric hotel to stay in. Very friendly staff.

The bar is very limited in that there is limited seating and the bar attendant is serving in other parts of the hotel at the same time so you do have long waits to place an order, or sign for your drinks. For some reason, our room keys stipped working before our check-out time on the final day (never had this happen before) which was quite frustrating.

Parking on the facility, but you pay 30 euros a day to have the car parked at the hotel. The last day my car was very dirty because it stayed outside.

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

An all round excellent experience. Staff were great, good restaurant andfacilities.

Driving through the narrow streets

Super hotel, very traditional style and very comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff. The location is absolutely perfect to walk around the city, we also hired bikes and did a 3 hour private Bike tour which was so much fun.

The CoolRooms is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated retaining much of the hotels historic charm. It is an amazing building, with external atrium areas (bit chilly during our visit in Jan), which lend to the character. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed over New Year and had dinner on NY Eve which was excellent. I have got to mention the rooftop area which gave us some very welcome winter sunshine after our days exploring the fantastic city of Seville.

welcome, afternoon local treat (chocolates etc.), wellness space, gym, the location, christmas decoration, the view from our room, the view from the rooftop, the quality fo the cocktails, the garden/terras/ the bar, the entrance, the service of the cleaners.

the bathroom has no extraction, the bathroom walls + doors needed a deep cleaning, there were not enough hooks for the bathrobes & towels, they didn't mentioned my birthday during my stay.
