One of the best hotels I stayed. I was celebrating birthday there and I got complimentary cava and cake in a room. Also we got a really good room with private big terrace. Amazing - not buffet breakfast. Perfect staff that made our stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back

Great location, fabulous service. Lovely wellness facilities and massage. Garden bar and restaurant very good.

On a couple of occasions the room service was inconsistent-glasses and dressing gowns not replaced. This was instantly resolved by reception.

The hotel was very comfortable with lovely staff - very friendly. Loved the decor esp. in reception. The room was a good size as was the bathroom which was really well stocked with toiletries. Bed very comfortable. Water left in the room every evening.

While, I didn't mind, the window in the room was tiny though maybe this is a plus in Seville in summer. The breakfast was tasty but a little expensive.

A beautiful building. Very comfortable room. The best shower ever invented. Extra quiet, away from central hubbub. But a leisurely 10-15 min walk to all the attractions. The staff was very attentive.

Oh my gosh - what a wonderful place to stay!! Felt like a princess. Staff was amazing. Beds were unbelievably comfy. Location is outstanding. Food and snack areas were wonderful. Outside space is so charming. Rooms were beautiful. We didn't not do the breakfast there as it was an add-on.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel Wonderful and well appointed rooms The staff are welcoming and really make an effort to ensure your stay is pleasant. Nothing felt too much.

I feel the breakfast was overpriced but given you could have as much as you like it would be great for those who can keep eating alot. The choice of the breakfast menu was fantastic though and the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

I loved the concept of modern, comfortable rooms set within a beautifully preserved old palace. The attentive staff, convenient location, and nice breakfast added to the experience.

A truly beautiful hotel. I fell in love with it from the moment I stepped in. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and were incredibly kind and friendly.

There was nothing negative—it was all perfect.

Historic building and beautifully restored architecture. Great location, 10-15mn walk from cathedral, perfect and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and high quality. Bar looked amazing but didn’t get enough time to try. The pool is tiny however the top floor overlooking the spectacular views over the city. Absolutely stunning!

Firstly, we were greeted at our car before we had even entered this magnificent hotel - and upon entering we were again greeted so warmly. From the decor, the splendor, the attention to detail, the friendly and professional service, the location - all was truely wonderful. We will indeed return.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, just a short 5-10 minute walk from all main sights, restaurants etc. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The courtyard, bar and lounge were all absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself was stunning.

The plunge pool was smaller than expected, however absolutely fine for a quick dip to cool off.

The garden was our favorite place in the hotel. The room was perfect, very confortable and relaxing.

The roof area was very small and the gym area also is small even though it has the equipment to do a basic routine which is fine

Everything! This is an excellent hotel. The staff are amazing and hugely helpful. Our rooms were very high quality and immaculate. Breakfast was lovely. Great location. We travel a lot in Europe and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while

Staff all round were very friendly, polite, happy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, reception staff very helpful with suggestion choices of restaurants to match our style. Even with our on going journey if they knew the area.

Exquisite and unique property. Staff were fantastic and beds extremely comfortable.
