Location, friendliness of the owners, atmosphere, price
It is a bit rundown, compared to the description. The terrace, the outside stairs and area, the rooms and the living room, it needs a refurb. On the other hand, for this price in the heart of Seoul I'm not complaining.

The room was simple but cozy and clean. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. You don't have to worry about keys because the doors are openend with keycodes. The location ist excellent and very quiet.
