The car valet service was very slow

Excellent bed, very clean, updated room and lovely pool snd workout area.

Nothing.

Staff, the entire hotel greeting people, valet, decorations, room, bathroom, amentities etc.

location....we were on the 9th floor and every hour on the hour there were sirens from the street below which woke us up. The city is pretty much out of control with the crime in the vacinity and we were even told the following morning that someone kicked over a planter in front of the hotel. This is not the hotels fault.

Very beautiful inside

The heart of Seattle is very hard to navigate and get to.

Place was great. Beautiful and clean. Spacious rooms. Hotel bar was lovely.

We had a leak in our room but the staff handled it well.

The entire staff of the Founder's Club made our stay! They treated us like we were special guests. We will return because of them. Shuckers was also excellent as it has always been.

The George did not meet our expectations. Breakfast service was poor, slow, and the meal was cold. They kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for (milk for the oatmeal, OJ, etc.). Very poor. We won't go back to the George.

The front Desk Manager M Steffen Lee was of great help in solving our issue, a very friendly and competent person.

Great location

Great location - we took the LINK from Sea/Tac and had just a block to walk. Beautiful corner room with view of the harbor and wonderful staff who had us in our room by 9:30 a.m. when we arrived after our Alaskan cruise. 100 year anniversary of the iconic hotel and we loved everything about it!

Amazing space, wonderful service, comfort and clean. The pool is exceptional.

There was not bathroom exhaust fan in our suite.

Good vibe all around, have been here many years ago, continues the history. Shuckers is the best yummy dinner one could ask for! Brent, the tender at the Bar was so kind, keep him!

Great location beautiful grand hotel

The staff is wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, and engaging. The lobby is beautiful, and the room was one of the quietest we’ve had. The George offered delicious options, both via the restaurant and room service.

The staff is second to none. Kind and caring very personable. The building is a grand old building very classic

The swimming pool area did get very dirty - as well as hot tub but we were there during a holiday where parents brought their children

Valet parking and front desk staff are excellent!

The bar service didn't match the service in other areas of the hotel. For example, there wasn't enough staff to cover all the clients, so you would have to go to the bar to order your drinks. Another example, would be the lava cake we ordered for our room was uncooked. Fairmont is known for their attention to details, it was the small things on many occasions that were missed!

Beautiful old hotel with a new remodel.. the lobby space is loud and vibrant with the bar in the center . Beautiful rooms and close to everything in Seattle

The loud lobby was a bit overwhelming and difficult to have a conversation...

I’d like the breakfast, but I wish you had more on the menu

Room with dated carpet, bed. No answer at room service for multiple calls

Very kind staff, they were polite and exceptional. Staff helped with my young kids and helping me set up WiFi to be able to finish work on my laptop. Will recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed there for one night but as my flight was at 17:30, I requested an additional half day with half day rate. Regular checkout is at 11:00. The recipient gave me a late checkout until 14:00 free of charge. She’s so nice!! The concierge booked for me a ride to the airport. He was extremely helpful too.

The windows are small.
