Pan Pacific Hotel, Seattle

Spacious room and good location. Both showers and bathtub. Free tea and water in the lobby. Expensive without breakfast included.

The shower had no separate shower head to hold makes it difficult to not wet hair. Door to shower a bit tricky, not possible to get the water to warm without having to stand in the shower and ice cold water.

Great location, helpful staff! Really made the effort to make it a special experience.

The sliding doors to the bathroom made it not totally private

The valet took nearly 45 minutes to get my vehicle and considering we paid $59/day for the service. This was unacceptable. Also the car service was always busy and was a minimum 45 minute to one hour wait

The view, room, location

I thought the $225 hold for incidentals was a bit much but other than that it was good

The room was spotless (and I’m picky about this). The bed was soft and comfortable. The location was really good…central and walkable to the Space Needle and Pike’s Place Market. The staff were outstanding: friendly and went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about them.

It was quiet, comfortable, the scenery outside was brilliant from my room. Tbh wasn’t to adventurous enough to try the restaurant. But it looked good.

Excellent beds, excellent location it was really closer everything. You can walk to everywhere, and the service was perfect attention.

The location is really central for all the attractions with approximately 10 minutes walk to Pike Place Market, the shopping district, the museums etc. The room as very comfortable with a big bed and bathroom, big TV etc. Also located adjacent to a Whole Foods!

The breakfast was really good! We had a newly hired young lady as our server and my family thought she was fantastic. She has incredible communication and customer service skills. Please share these comments with her.

After a long haul flight it was perfect to recover. Staff were excellent and we generally had a great stay. It’s a little out of town but we found our way around ok and the chauffeur service was excellent

Distance to most tourist attractions

We wanted a one night luxury stay. We got it! Our room with view was lovely and worth it! Hotel drove us to our excursion complimentary. They allowed us early check in. Treated like royalty! We’d love to go back!!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Next door to a grocery store and walking distance to nearly everything.

This hotel is in a great downtown location, the staff are all very friendly and attentive, and we were given an early check in after disembarking from a cruise early in the morning. Excellent amenities, a very spacious and comfortable room, and everything we could want made for a very enjoyable stopover stay at this hotel. Would definitely choose again if we find ourselves in Seattle sometime in the future.

Really comfortable beds, friendly reception and bar staff (particular shout out to Brian and Caleb), free glass of Prosecco at happy hour 5-7 every day, good location, good sized room and big bathtub, nice views

We weren’t aware they were going to hold an extra $500 for accidentals The end bill was actually about $150 more than agreed on booking.com as they added a “nightly rate”

The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Housekeeping were generally very good except when there was a staff change.

The in-house restaurant was very expensive for what they eere offering. The lack of a conciege or visitor information was disappointing.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff were the highlights although all facilities were excellent and hotel location for touring Seattle on foot excellent.

The location is great, near transport systems and main attractions.

Safety in the surrounding areas in the evening can be enhanced. Staff in the reception area should smile more and hopefully greet guests. I hope you bring your concierge back.
