Pan Pacific Hotel, Seattle

Great location! Close to pike place. Close to Lumen field. Had a view of the Space needle from our room.

Location was good. Near the needle and walking distance to the market. Competitive pricing for time of year.

Room overlooked nothing in particular except a ‘ light well’ which appeared to have some discarded workmen’s equipment at the ground level.

Easy mid-point location - not too car to walk to Space Needle, Belltown, waterfront, Pike or Pioneer areas. Classic ‘big chain’ hotel vibes

The only minor niggle was the towels weren’t that great - and for a big chain name like PanPac you look forward to a big fluffy towel selection. Also when our room was cleaned one morning the old wine glasses had been left which seemed a of a miss.

We could have had 4 towels in the room as we are a family of 4. Only 3 were given and hadn't ask for one more. The next day after our room was cleaned we were down to 3 again. Also would have like to have a swimming pool

Excellent location and amazing view of the space needle.

Some of the rooms have a bowling ally design which is not my thing.

The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. What exceeded my expectations was the bathroom with a nice soaker tub. The staff was very friendly and offered assistance when needed. Also let us know what was close to the hotel for food options.

There really isn't very much I can say negative. Only thing I suggest is it would be nice to have more plugs by the bed.

The views

The mattress was not firm so we both slept terribly. The hotel should offer a firmness option when booking. With the fridge packed with liquor it was almost impossible to store our water and juices. With sleep interrupted it would have been nice to find more free channels on the television.

Beds were amazing! The front desk clerk directed us to a restaurant Tutta Bella and it was phenomenal!

Big Space and clean

Nice central location for exploring South Lake Union, Seattle Center, and downtown (I like a little bit of a walk on vacation). We had a gorgeous corner room with cool views of the surroundings. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the wine in the evenings but enjoyed the iced tea and water in the afternoons.

Worth noting that the fitness center is actually in another building.

Booking a courtesy car was difficult, the staff responsible for taking the car booking was unhelpful. Furthermore, the staff shared a best with the wrong name of the staff on the vest.

The proximity to places I could walk to.

The fitness center was not in the same building as the hotel.

Loved the staff, the location was great, the services like the car service was lovely and so appreciated.

When we arrived we checked in and then went for a walk - we came back to unpack and realized our room hadn’t been properly cleaned - there were unopened chips in the closet and it look like the beds were just remade not changed. Cleaning staff had already left so all they could do is move our room to a different style and because we booked through booking.com they couldn’t refund us the price rate difference :-( I can say the staff made every effort to help us and support us and did all they could to move us in what capacity they were able to do so - it wasn’t front desk’s fault

Clean rooms and nice staff at the reception allowed early check in when my flight was canceled! Central location with Whole Foods and food options downstairs.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Loved the courtesy car and the secret library.

Great location, it was central to everything the city has to offer! The room was very comfortable but the double beds were a little small for two people sharing. The bathroom was also very nice and had great toiletries on offer. The hotel lobby and restaurant area were also very clean & well kept!

The restaurant was a bit expensive and too fancy for our liking and the room was a little pricey.

Well maintained, clean, good location and a very hospitable staff.

The frig was stocked with so many drinks, there was insufficient room for meds.

This was a beautiful property! About a mile walk from Pike’s Market and a 15 minute drive to the ballpark. It was such a great option to have accessibility to Whole Foods and other restaurants in the area, too.
