Pan Pacific Hotel, Seattle

The property was great , and very clean.

Comfortable beds, resturant on site, walking distance from everything. Safety measures were top notch. Bellmen were always helpful and welcoming.

The staff was so nice! Our room was ready when we arrived we got to check in early. Our room had a beautiful view of the space needed. Room was clean and tidy!

Location and large rooms. Complimentary wine in the cozy lobby by the fire was a real bonus.

Great location. Large room with a view of the Space Needle. Quiet, too! The front desk and valet personnel were all very helpful, friendly, and excellent! The hotel car service is a very convenient and much appreciated service! Thank you for driving us to the stadiums!

I loved the close location to Space Needle and Seattle attractions and the view from the bed to the Space Needle and MPop Museum

The restaurant used to be better.

The location is great. We easily walked to the Climate Pledge arena, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from the hotel. It was also very convenient having the grocery market right beside the hotel. We also really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drink our first night after a long drive to Seattle.

When we first entered our room, there was a strong body odor smell. When we asked for air freshener at the front desk and they just switched our rooms to a new one. The other thing is the fitness center is not in the same building as the hotel. You need to go to the building next door.

Very clean, excellent concierge and valet staff, wine reception and beverages (coffee, iced tea, water) complimentary in the lobby), restaurant dining was fine food and service.

I would have liked a pool. Keurig coffee pods made poor coffee compared to the fresh brew in the lobby (same brand).

It is a nice hotel that is conveniently located near the areas we visit (Jazz Alley).

We liked everything about the hotel that is why we book regularly when we’re in Seattle.

I booked a room with a view of the space needle and it was truly striking. The room is well appointed. I like the Balmain toiletries. The tub was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and checking in was quick and easy

Valet parking was too expensive so we parked offsite which was fine but added complexity

Dog friendly. Complimentary dog stuff/bowls/bed and complimentary wine. Loved bathtub/room and comfy beds and views and location to dog friendly park.

The service is very good and efficient. The people working there are very very nice and polite. The receptionists are very efficient.

Beautiful room, beautiful location

Door concierge, and the view of the space needle. The room setup and amenities in the room was definitely top tier. The super wide tub was the icing on the cake!

parking is too expensive - I don't mind tipping the valet/parking attendant but over $65 for less than 24 hours is too much

Didn't eat at hotel

Checking in parking and valet very confusing. Gist a ticket level 5 parking but it was actually the parking bill. One worker smelled of heavy marijuana

No Smart TV features or outlets beside the beds.

Location is convenient, not far from the airport and ferries. We visited everything walking from the hotel. Staff is very friendly.

It's quite noisy, we can hear sirens from fire engine and police car frequently during the night

Clean, upscale feeling

Parking is very expensive and not readily explained. Front desk should do a better job explaining charges before charging your card.

The staff were lovely -- personable and attentive.
