Inn at the Market, Seattle

The entire place was great with helpful staff.

There was difficulty finding one of our bags that was held for us until our room was ready. It was very important medical equipment for my husband. It took quite a while for staff to find it as for some reason it wasn't kept with our other bags. It was eventually found in the office.

I initially got a city view room, but upgraded to a water view. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed the swivel chairs that looked out at the view. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved our chocolates! We loved the rooftop deck!

The valet was a bit slow, but they were apologetic.

Great staff, location was perfect to the market, great rooms and the deck with the views were to die for! Classy property.

Homeless everywhere begging all hours of the day. Not real safe at night, all the market security is gone and the drug use increases by a factor of 10! Feces and urine on the street is a common occurrence, so watch your step. Huge tourist area so note the shops are slammed when the cruise ships are in.

Can’t beat the location, right across from the public fish market.

The location it top for exploring the market, yet it’s also a discreet sanctuary away from the crowds. They made a huge effort to get us checked in early even though they were sold out the night before. The valets were also amazing and had an impressive presence with all the pedestrian tourist traffic in the area.

No dislikes here. This was our second stay and we will be coming back.

You couldn't get any closer to the heart of Public Market than this beautiful hotel!! It was right smack in the middle of everything you could want or need! Walking distance to the Space Needle and the water front. The staff was SUPER nice and helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Wouldn't change a thing!

Excellent customer service and the view was just as expected. The hotel was so convenient to the Public Market and a quick taxi to the Space Needle. It's a great place to stay and we will return when we go on another cruise.

The location was fantastic! In the heart of Pike Place market...where the action is! The staff were very friendly and courteous. The property has a lovely terrace and the view from there is awesome!

Rooftop viewing area and fire pit was great. TV had plenty of channels.

Staff were pretty casual and not too forth coming to help - eg, watched us struggle out the door with our luggage and didn't offer to arrange a taxi etc. Breakfast was super expensive. Hotel was rated top 9, so was expecting a bit more, but it was just average. Nothing special.

We LOVED the charm of the hotel and staff. And the location being so close to Pikes Market was perfect for us!

This property is ideally situated in Seattle. It's a half block walk downhill to the Pike Place Market and an easy walk to the CBD. There are plenty of coffee and food places nearby, plus the hotel's offerings. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. There was a view of the bay and distant mountains.

The lack of a hanging line in the bathroom to be able to hang ones smalls, which is common in most hotels.

Close to Pike Place Market and local restaurants. Pleasant and helpful staff . Large comfortable rooms.

Location next to market square was great

It is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The staff was both attentive and helpful. The location was perfect - close to the places we wanted to see. We can’t wait to return.

2 of the rooms were close together with city views, 1 room was on a different floor, but it had a water view that was great! We loved the viewing deck on the 5th floor.

Location and views from rooftop terrace with fires are exceptional . Lovely comfortable beds . Clean and lovely bathrobes . Can walk to bars , restaurants . Recommended bars by reception staff . Left a coat and had to go back to get it several days later . Staff could not have been more helpful.

I travel a lot of busienss and am very selective on comfort, cleanliness and location. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are a great size including the bathrooms. I love the location - right by Pike Market, opposite one of the best sushi restaurants in town. I seek out this place before any of the larger hotels simply because it ticks the boxes.

So close to the market and restaurants. We had a great time and we were very comfortable.

The road outside ,which was not part of the hotel, was very steep for a handicapped person . But this was not the hotels fault.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I loved the small boutique feel. The view from my room (and all the rooms) was unbeatable. I love sitting outside with the fire pits getting even closer to the action packed view. The location was absolutely the best, and the staff were great.

Little things: 2 hard soaps would be good, one for sink one for shower. Also, the cleaner took away (replaced) my half used shower gel - for sustainability I would prefer it was left to finish, and a 2nd one left to get to if need be. On rubbish facilities, a bit clearer on compost and recycling? Little things - super experience!

We arrived straight off the cruise ship and several hours before check in time but the friendly team put our luggage in a secure place, took our number and rang us as soon as our room was ready to occupy. Perfect location for exploring Seattle, right next to Pike Place Market and walking distance to many other attractions. The partial sea view room on the corner was perfect for us and room facilities excellent, the hotels rooftop terrace was lovely too with comfortable furniture, fire pits for warmth and views across the bay.

No ‘in house’ bar or restaurant, the ones that they are affiliated to are just yards away (sushi restaurant being closest), the breakfast restaurant is on the corner, you do have to queue with general public to get in and at the weekend it is extremely busy, however you can order breakfast on a room service basis and the food is very good.

The hotel was so close to everything. The Market was steps away, close to the piers, the monorail, where I dropped off my rental car and the meeting place to pick up the sightseeing tours was close by.

There were many homeless people around but I didn't feel scared walking around alone but I was cautious of my surroundings.

The location was key to our destination. Lumen field was a reasonable walking distance. The restaurants were amazing. And close.

I think being accosted by homeless individuals on a daily basis on our three day stay was a bit discouraging. But had nothing to do with the hotel.

There are no real facilities. Example, breakfast included, gym, pool. I think this is how it is in Seattle and not just this property.

The location was ideal—next to water, restaurants, market, shops, AMAZING rooftop views. The room was spacious and modern eclectic. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

There wasn’t much staff around in the lobby. Not a bad thing but it’s nice to be “greeted and treated” when you walk in to a hotel lobby.

We loved the location of the hotel - just steps from Pikes Place Market. We loved the view from the 5th floor rooftop. We ate dinner at a fabulous French Restaurant just steps from the hotel. The rooftop was so pretty with the fire pits and comfortable seating. Gorgeous views!! The spacious room was very nice with a coffee / liquor/ candy bar. We had a partial view of the water. Very nice front desk staff and valet service. Very happy with the hotel - will return.

A little pricey but worth the price to be near Pikes Place Market early morning for coffee and a fabulous pastry at Le Panier.
