Hotel Ändra, Seattle

Great location. Very clean. Amazing food at Lola! Staff gave great recommendations to us, easygoing and great customer service.

I ate lunch at Lolo when I arrived and the lamb burger was delicious! I love staying at the hotel Andra. The rooms are large and the amenities are nice. Everything was very clean!

I think the mattress is softer than I remember and may need to be replaced. Very squishy! I have a hard time figuring out the light switches in the hotel room. Is it just me? The lotion was almost empty but the front desk sent a staff member to replace it promptly.

Very comfy bed, excellent shower, lovely lighting, and just an all around fantastic experience.

Great location and friendly helpful staff

The location was the highlight and the proximity to a restaurant with a fabulous breakfast. We had a very short stays can it really give you much more of review. The other big plus was that the hotel was near the Chihuly Museum.

The view wasn't very interesting.

The staff was surprisingly UNfriendly. We checked out around 6AM and when we turned in the key card, the person at the desk did not even make eye contact with us. No greeting. Nothing. Took the key and continued looking down.

Good location and very clean

After I made the reservation, we required the services of a car for transport to and from the airport. The hotel made sure to get us squared away. Room was amazing with very nice amenities. We will gladly stay again if we ever return to Seattle.

Loved the location and the norwegian aesthetic. Fit everyone and they accomodated my family with rooms nearby to each other

Went to the restaurant downstairs for brunch and service was horrible. Food was average.

Design of rooms very impractical. Two tiny drawers hidden in the closet. I like to empty a few things from my suitcase. Impossible! Tiny bathroom with nowhere to place anything. Lovely to look at but unnecessary large couch. No one sits on a couch like this. Nice chairs would be fine instead. Needs bureau space instead. Where are the written instructions on how to use things. Where is a good reading light? The two people at the front desk are very nice. It is not so busy that one couldn’t accompany new guests to their room to show them things. Where is the cost free water? Not even a place on each floor to get it! If you want loyalty, you need a little abondanza! Instead it feels you want to make a buck on everything! Have coffee in the lobby—something!

The room was very spacious abd the bed was super comfy. They held our luggage all day before checkin and after check out which was helpful.

They didnt make our bed or clean up, even though they came in the room to replenish the mini bar/fridge...i thought that was weird. I requested early check in, but that didnt work out even though we arrived at 10am on a monday... we couldn't check in till 4pm. Which was fine ( early check in was not promised), but kinda surprising there was nothing available for an earlier check in at any point before 4pm. Atleast they held our bags.

The bathroom is very small!

The hotel was styled beautifully, our room was spacious and very clean, and the amenities were thoughtful. We were very comfortable and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in in time of 4pm is late and front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Water bottles in the room cost $10 which really should be included for the price.

Location, staff, service!

It would be nice to have a desk and luggage racks. For an elderly person, the room has too much technology. Phone didn’t work, or at least I couldn’t figure out how to use it. Also, too much for sale in room. Water? Buy it for $10! Give a few things away. Give us some decent TV. I am still a cable subscriber, not a streamer, so there was nothing to see.

There is no breakfast included, they have a restaurant on the ground floor but you have to physically go down to pick up food for the room.

Where to start…Not only was the location was on point the room was perfect size to come back at night to unwind! I super appreciate a spacious room that includes a bath room, makeup & lounge area.

The staff was polite and accommodating. They let us check in early and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also within walking distance of many great tourist attractions and great dining!

There were many homeless in the area, but also not necessarily the properties fault.

Quiet luxury with understated PNW decor throughout and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere at check in. Our Deluxe King (City View) room had an in-room wet bar with a Nespresso machine (original capsule type), tea kettle and mini-bar. Spotlessly clean with deluxe bedding, a large walk-in shower, separate closet and dressing area, and sitting area with large screen tv that swivels to watch in bed. We were on the 7th floor so didn’t really hear any street noise except for an occasional siren. The lighting designers deserve special mention— I’ve never seen a guest room so perfectly and logically lit. As nice as all those things are, the real reason to stay here is the location. Just a minute or two walk from the major transit hub of Westlake Station means you can take the Link Light Rail into downtown from Sea-Tac Airport for $3 and also catch the monorail from here if you are headed up to the Space Needle or the MoPop at Seattle Center or even nearby Lake Union. The hotel is just a few short blocks from the Seattle Art Museum (definitely recommended!) and of course Pike Place Market and the Seattle Waterfront with its ferries, cruise ships and dockside restaurants are just down the hill. But maybe the best asset of the Hotel Ändra is the wonderful Lola restaurant downstairs off the main lobby. Everything that comes out of that kitchen is well-prepared and seasoned to perfection! Plus they have Hugo cocktails on tap!

Great location, comfortable room Didn’t really get to enjoy it because our stay was so short but would come back. Great pizzeria across the street.

Small bathroom

The location of the hotel is amazing, a few blocks to the monorail, pike place, and the hotel itself has a nice trendy vibe. The restaurant Lola which is located inside the hotel was excellent.. Very convenient location overall and very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was superb! Very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

For such a large room, the bathroom was strangely small. You hit the toilet paper dispenser when trying to sit on the toilet. The toilet paper roll was on the sink next to the toilet. See picture.

Location for sightseeing

I was offered an upgrade to a corner room with the idea that it would have a better view. My view was of the back of the hotel and no real benefit for the additional cost.

Ambience and service

The fitness facilities were out of service.

I liked the ease of checking in and how helpful everyone was from the door guys to the cleaning lady. It was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location with several nice restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of downtown.

My room does not have an office desk, which could be inconvenient for business travelers who need to use a laptop in their room.

The hotel is centrally located and very comfortable. There are several wonderful restaurants close by.

Location was really good for our needs of exploring the city. You can get to pikes place public market, the needle, the waterfront, ferry, etc. all within reasonable time (even walking). We had requested slippers for our stay beforehand and they had them laid out for us as requested. Was a nice touch! The water pressure at the hotel is amazing.

The apartment has a Scandinavian design which is nice, but the sink was always causing a mess for us! I could never for the life of me keep the water from dripping on the floor. A minor inconvenience.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

We used valet parking, and my new Tiffany and Co. sunglasses were stolen out of our car at some point.

I loved the design of the rooms and the lobby. Great value for money. Located in a good, central location.

The fitness center is really disappointing. It has a few machines for cardio and a dumbbell rack and one bench. Was much smaller than I have encountered in other locations. Housekeeping also did not clean my room the first 2 days for some reason. However, after asking about this at the front desk, they were apologetic and quick in their response.
