Good location, clean and comfortable. We were also given a free upgrade for the second stay, which we really appreciated! Hotel Andra was also clear in their communications about storing luggage overnight as we made an overnight stay to Portland.

Clean facilities, comfortable bed and convenient location to Pike Place and some good F&B in the area.

Location was walking distance to all the hotspots, as well as amazing food places. Stayed here on Christmas and was able to check in early and got a complimentary room upgrade as well which was an amazing surprise. Staff were incredible! Bed was so comfortable.

I would really like to give this hotel a 9 or even a 10 because I was very happy with my experience overall; however, I encountered an issue at checkout. The receptionist initially stated that she could not print the receipt because the booking was made through booking.com. Although she eventually provided the receipt, I believe this policy is flawed and could potentially alienate customers who frequently travel for work. For those of us who travel for work and need reimbursement, it is essential to present a payment confirmation along with proof of stay. The receipt from the receptionist at checkout is the ideal document, as it includes the checkout date, transaction details, and incidentals. If this policy is intended to encourage customers to book directly with the hotel, it may backfire, as many of us rely on third-party services for their competitive pricing. Moreover, business travelers often have a set budget per night. A hotel might be out of budget based on its direct price, but it could fall within budget on a third-party site. In addition, as a software engineer familiar with hotel management systems, I can assure you that even if a transaction is made through a third party, it still needs to be recorded in the hotel's system. Therefore, it is entirely feasible to print a receipt for those transactions. If this is a general policy, I urge your hotel to reconsider this approach. Providing a printed receipt upon request is in the best interest of customer service. Booking.com does not send receipts to customers. Telling customers to contact booking.com for their receipts only adds unnecessary red tape and diminishes what would otherwise be a superb customer experience.

The BED. Oh my gosh, it’s like sleeping on a cloud! Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever. Everything else was great, as well. Super central location close to all the attractions; spotlessly clean; and the restaurant downstairs was great, as well.

The size of the room, we were in a corner suite. Two restaurants on site. Could walk to all attractions.

After dark, the Belltown area can be a bit daunting with the undesirable characters.

I loved the location, the staff was incredibly friendly, easy to get to from the airport, rooms were an amazing value for what we got. Overall would highly reccomend.

Mini fridge had a high pitch humming sounds so had to unplug it to stop the noise.

Everything was good

Design was wonderful, furniture was very comfortable, and staff was great. I let them know it was our honeymoon, and they put out complementary champagne and a little note!

The food was lovely however not being included in the booking was a little inconvenient from an expenses point of view

Highlighting that the wine left out in the room was not complementary would be good. Expected that mini bar is not for free but anything left out on a table like water would seem to indicate that it is complementary.

What's not to like? Location, customer service, room, wifi, etc. There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Especially the staff, they were on point in looking after the customer. Waking distance to main tourist sights. Shopping, restaurants, coffee, etc. all there.

Only thing not to like is that I cannot stay here more. I thought the room bar was overpriced but not much more than the Seven/Eleven so for the convenience was still within price. Best bet is to go to the Target for better prices.

Felt like home . Staff were willing to help with anything needed and having a restaurant next door so convenient. Great views. Excellent!

The hotel is gorgeous, staff is great, comfortable and well appointed. The room was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and housekeeping did a fantastic job.

The location is mixed, while downtown is great, the nearest train station is notably one of the worst in Seattle from a drug user standpoint and makes traveling at night very uncomfortable. The construction outside of our window was extremely loud but really can't be attributed to the hotel.

We loved the aesthetics, design, and comfort of the room. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, and the seating area was perfect. Everything in our room was well thought out- functional and beautiful!

Loved the decor, restaurant Lola was delicious (both breakfast and dinner!) as was Dahlia Bakery across the street. Room layout with sitting area was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for toiletries and makeup in bathroom and additional mirrored area by closet- very nice touches with a bar space too!

Small rooms if you’re staying with more than 2 people a room

Centrally located in a clean part of downtown Seattle, within easy walking distance of major attractions. It is surrounded by good eateries and coffee shops.

The room was tastefully decorated but impractical. Bedside tables were far too small, insufficient cupboard space for hanging clothing items and insufficient drawer space. There was little space in the bathroom to place or store toiletries. The concept of having to ask the front desk to request housekeeping to make up the room each morning is strange for a hotel of this stature.

The room was so pretty, it was walking distance to the market and a great coffee shop called Dahlia’s bakery!

Not great parking options unless you just use the valet

Receptionists are friendly and hospitable. They welcomed us back every time. The room got well cleaned up every day.

This was our second stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most everything. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants and bakeries. The staff is welcoming and wonderful about accommodating requests.

The pillows. I like firmer ones.

Most hotels have lost a step since Covid, but not the Andra. The Andra was very clean with a great attention to detail. Location was perfect for all of Seattle.

Chromecast didn’t work in our rooms, but not the worst thing.

Bed was too soft but comfortable nonetheless. Free wifi includes 5 mb only. No breakfast served in hotel.

Comfortable, amazing shower, great location. Nice staff. Lola Restaurant is very good and their breakfast is also excellent.

I have no complaints. We heard just a little noise from the street, but it didn’t interfere in our sleep.

The room was nicely decorated with high end toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well and the lighting is immaculate.

Conceraige needs some Education as transportation

The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I also liked the location since it was close to many of Seattle's highlights.

While it was nice to have a Nespresso machine and capsules in the room, the hotel didn't provide complimentary water. It was $10 for a bottle of Voss.

The staff is very kind and professional.

Street noise so perhaps a sound machine would have been nice. But that goes with choosing a downtown hotel which was wonderful, so walkable to Pike Place, etc.

We liked having a suite

There was a noise probably thru ventilation system that came on periodically. The 1st night we did not hear it after 10 but the second night we did. Also the AC filters clearly needed changing. They also did not refresh the coffee pods sufficiently. Also provide shelf stable half and half, not coffee mate

There was a light underneath one of the bedside tables that we couldn't figure out how to turn off, so it stayed on all night while we were trying to sleep. If there was a way to turn it off, the control could have been more obvious to find.
