Hotel Ändra, Seattle

Centrally located in a clean part of downtown Seattle, within easy walking distance of major attractions. It is surrounded by good eateries and coffee shops.

The room was tastefully decorated but impractical. Bedside tables were far too small, insufficient cupboard space for hanging clothing items and insufficient drawer space. There was little space in the bathroom to place or store toiletries. The concept of having to ask the front desk to request housekeeping to make up the room each morning is strange for a hotel of this stature.

The room was so pretty, it was walking distance to the market and a great coffee shop called Dahlia’s bakery!

Not great parking options unless you just use the valet

Receptionists are friendly and hospitable. They welcomed us back every time. The room got well cleaned up every day.

This was our second stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most everything. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants and bakeries. The staff is welcoming and wonderful about accommodating requests.

The pillows. I like firmer ones.

Easy to get to. Great location.

Not the hotel’s fault. I’m sure it will be better when they aren’t in the middle of a construction zone.

Most hotels have lost a step since Covid, but not the Andra. The Andra was very clean with a great attention to detail. Location was perfect for all of Seattle.

Chromecast didn’t work in our rooms, but not the worst thing.

Room was great, very comfortable. Location is superb.

Bed was too soft but comfortable nonetheless. Free wifi includes 5 mb only. No breakfast served in hotel.

Comfortable, amazing shower, great location. Nice staff. Lola Restaurant is very good and their breakfast is also excellent.

I have no complaints. We heard just a little noise from the street, but it didn’t interfere in our sleep.

The room was nicely decorated with high end toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well and the lighting is immaculate.

Conceraige needs some Education as transportation

The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I also liked the location since it was close to many of Seattle's highlights.

While it was nice to have a Nespresso machine and capsules in the room, the hotel didn't provide complimentary water. It was $10 for a bottle of Voss.

The staff is very kind and professional.

Street noise so perhaps a sound machine would have been nice. But that goes with choosing a downtown hotel which was wonderful, so walkable to Pike Place, etc.

We liked having a suite

There was a noise probably thru ventilation system that came on periodically. The 1st night we did not hear it after 10 but the second night we did. Also the AC filters clearly needed changing. They also did not refresh the coffee pods sufficiently. Also provide shelf stable half and half, not coffee mate

There was a light underneath one of the bedside tables that we couldn't figure out how to turn off, so it stayed on all night while we were trying to sleep. If there was a way to turn it off, the control could have been more obvious to find.

Absolutely nothing

We loved the room which was a generous size. The restaurant Lola attached was very good. The front desk staff very great and the valets were exceptional. They asked if we would like a kettle to make tea delivered to our room which we gratefully accepted and was very much appreciated.

The wifi was intermittent in the room and finally stopped working on the last day/night. The parking is very expensive. They wouldn't credit me with Accor points for this stay because I booked through Booking.com.

Lovely modern spacious room. The hotel is well situated for the Pike Place Market area. Helpful staff on reception and valet parking.

Great location. Love the bakery across the street. Walking distance to space needle, Pike’s Place, and we even walked to T Mobile Stadium without a problem. Right by WestLake station for the lightrail. Nice lobby.

Beautiful and clean room. The staff was so accommodating when we asked to keep our baggage there before check in. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the restaurants inside the building but it is really convenient to have it there.

It is in a really good location and considering that, getting to the valet area was a bit hard to get to at times. We had to circle a few times but that's how it can be in the city.

Would have liked the option for a fridge for my own things rather than just the fridge for items at charge. I wanted to put some leftovers in one for later. But it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Beautiful property and room! Great location, close and walking distance to so many things, including Pike Place Market. Also, the shower was amazing. It was hot water and great pressure! I could have stood in there doing literally nothing forever! And best sleep I’ve gotten while traveling! Loved the mattress.

Would have loved if there was a second door latch. As a solo traveler, it just makes me feel extra safe having that. Also wish there was a heavier or additional comforter/blanket. In hindsight, I’m sure I could have asked, but I didn’t think to at the time.

The Concierge - Fabrizio Bettini, did an excellent job!!! Fabrizio assisted us with all our questions and even walked us to the Assiaggio Restaurant to meet the host for expedient service at the restaurant. Highly recommend the hotel with this type of excellent service!

Loved the location and how centralized it was to everything walking distance. Pike place, shopping and monorail.
