Hotel Nautilus, Cagliari

The hotel provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and efficient. They had a shower room which we could use after checking out and spending some time at the beach which was very helpful.

The door to the balcony was a bit difficult to lock sometimes.

Great location, lots of local restaurants and bars. Easy to get to Cagliari. Lovely clean beach right over the road from the hotel.

The negative for us was the firmness of the bed, but that is very subjective. It didn’t really affect our stay there.

Location, service, staff, room, bathroom and coffee was excellent. Breakfast was good.

We had a very nice room with its own garden . Every day we had fresh towels and the room was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast every morning was just right and you could have as much or as little as you wanted. The beach is so close and it’s super to be able to use the beds there . The pool was very refreshing and a nice place to cool down .

Perfect location, great breakfast, and very pleasant surprises like free use of bikes, free use of parasols and sun beds and possibility to have room service thanks to the partnerships with the neighboring restaurants.

Something really minor, it would be good to have a water pump for feet at the entrance of the hotel.

So close to the beach, nice variety for breakfast, bikes to use free of use as well as sun beds on the beach. The pool is so nice and was lovely and quiet when we were there.

It was a little pricey for a 3 star hotel but it was peak summer so very understandable. No coffee in the room.

Charming room, nice staff, good breakfast, location across boardwalk from beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Sea view is partially blocked by beachfront building on half the patio, but just angle your chair. Free daybikes for boardwalk. Grassy areas and paths, hidden pool. Very relaxing!

Fees for pool/beach towels don’t match this price and style. Like an actual rental charge per day, not just a deposit.

Our room and the sea view met our expectations! We were happy to stay in Nautilus.

Breakfast was every day the same. Carrots and cherry tomatoes were the only vegetables…

It was a perfect solution to visit Cagliari and enjoy the beach.The property is located near the bus station going direct in to the city. Breakfast was very good and a lot of facilities for gest to go around by bike,also.

Our room was sea view but as it was behind another building,the sea view was partial and did not aloud to see the sun rise.

Cozy room, we only had one carry on, if we had bigger suitcases it may have gotten cramped. Comfortable bed and great shower, very close to the beach but aside from their affiliated restaurant not much around. This was most likely due to being before high season.

Close walk to the beach and marina. Several good restaurants and cafes near by. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom also! They also have bicycles you can sign out and ride around town no charge!!! Nice breakfast included!

Beautiful place with great location right at the beach. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Breakfast was better than most restaurants at the same standard. Fresh bread and croisants, better cold cuts, better variety - and friendly staff assisting. At first I got a room without a desk for my computer, - but as I mentioned this at the reception, I got a better room with a desk. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near the beach and in vicinity of the airport. Nice seafood restaurant close to hotel - associated with the hotel.

The technological level of the room made it hard to operate TV and lights.

Overall I would recommend it and I would visit again. Value for money is good. We had a room with balcony and it was really cute. Loved the decoration. Room was tidy and clean also. Only thing that I would say wasn't on point was that I had trouble breathing during the night, not sure why that was. Maybe lack of oxygen in the room or could have something to do with the building. This was my experience as someone who is very sensitive to react to dust, mold etc. imperfections in the air. For others I think there would be no problem. My boyfriend didn't have any problems. The location was great as it was just by the beach. We even saw flamingos close by. Staff was also friendly and ready to help. It as a very good accommodation :)

I’m a light sleeper. The walls are thin. I heard everything from my room in the middle of the night.

Close to the Poetto beach. Close to Bus stop. Bed is very convenient to sleep. Small cozy balcony with furniture. Free bikes to rent.

There are no dishes and glasses in the room. We had breakfast at 8.30am, and scramble eggs had finished. Breakfast is planned 7-10am, but nobody served them again. There is no coffee machine in a restaurant, so you need to wait a waiter brings you some coffee.

The styling, the relaxed atmosphere, the position, the gardens outside terrace for breakfast, roof terrace. friendly helpful staff. beach right there, and no traffic. and hot tub in our own garden..amazing

really nothing! but if i had to put something the air con display was sooo bright like a beacon at night! pillows bit hard, could use couple drawers to un pack into.

The room and balcony were a little small. The curtain around the bed seemed unnecessary and a nuisance.

Small room

Good breakfast, nice rooms and simple walk across the road to the beach. The staff were lovely and couldn't do more for you. Having a link with a beach bar and also a restaurant, both within 50m of the hotel, was a great asset.

Really nice hotel, comfortable bed. Good & varied breakfast buffet options. Free bike rental, umbrellas for the beach and sunbeds from the nearby beach bar - all made for a very enjoyable stay.

The location was prime. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

If I had to complain about anything I’d say the pillows. Just a little too flat for me, but I did double up and that helped.

The location was very good - close to the beach and a number of good restaurants. A smaller, quieter beach is 30 mins easy walk away. Buses to Cagliari are frequent and easy to use. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were discreet and courteous. And it was very clean!

I found the bed a bit too hard and did not sleep comfortably. We like to sleep with a window open, but found that we were woken in the early hours by gurgling and water sloshing noises from the jacuzzi - maybe it is cleaned remotely or something at that time. The swimming pool is small and largely in the shade.

Location, cleanliness and staff. Room 204 had a great view and was a good size for a longer stay. Good wifi.

No coffee/tea facilities in the room. We brought our own. Also the outdoor furniture on the room balcony was not particularly comfortable.
