Can't wait to go back!
The location is simply stunning. I am a local, and have been to the area many times on hikes, but actually sleeping there, appreciating the incredible silence, is truly a wonderful experience. We loved the spacious room; the stunning views of the sea (the sunset from the terrace is out of this world!); the comfortable bed. The lighthouse can be visited, and it's fully working. The communal areas are cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the food - we had the breakfast included in the price; a delicious dinner (we especially liked the fish course) and the staff would not let us go without providing sandwiches for our hike! Speaking of which: the staff is really kind. Thank you Michele who helped me arrange a wonderful stay; thank you Laura for picking us up and giving us tips on walks in the area; and thank you Nicola for sharing all the info about the hotel, the area and for being kind and corteous.

unique location nothing else
The property is fantastic if you are looking for something unique
it is rated 5 star but they do not provide all the services you would expect from a 5star hotel. I expected the road to get there a bit bumpy being a lighthouse but it was extremely bumpy and you defo need a keep or a or a Range Rover

Nice lighthouse hotel experience
Fantastic location, gorgeous view, comfortable room
Some details were a little-off, e.g. signs to get around the property, proper reception area, but I suppose with time they will get there.

the setting outside and inside, the view, and the kindness of the staff
we stayed only 1 day : it was a birthday surprise for my wife.
I had expected that the hotel should at least offer a glas of champagne or prosecco

Beautiful location, disappointing service
Location was magnificent. Stunning views and walks along the coast and to a view point.
Towels provided were stained and had holes. Evening meal was set and exorbitantly priced at €100 pp (charged us €5 per bottle of water on top of this!) and the bread was stale. Many of the courses were not to our taste and we were very disappointed given the price. We also requested a small takeaway breakfast the day of our departure, 30 minutes before breakfast service started. This message was never passed on and we were left without breakfast. Although a wonderful location, there were many aspects of the service which in no way met 5 star standards.

Go ahead and book it!
Unbeatable setting with the most iconic view. Staff incredibly helpful and kind. Only 10 rooms so no need to sign receipts and give your room number: they know who you are and know your breakfast preferences. The building is amazing and at night it is magical.
Beds not very comfortable and AC needs an upgrade.

The best hotel in Sardinia
We have traveled all over the world, and Faro Capo Spartivento is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Outstanding in every way with an exceptional location in a beautifully renovated lighthouse, super attentive staff and delicious cuisine prepared by a master chef. Our stay was an unforgettable and unique travel experience and we hope to return again soon.
Nothing. The road to the property is steep and unpaved so take your time when driving the last few hundred meters to the hotel.
