Rosewood Hotel, São Paulo

Location.

It’s not a family hotel. Not a Christian place. No bibles. Very spiritual. Missing guitar in the room, had to complaint. Towel holder was not warming up. Hot water took a while to turn on. Power outlets are all 220V so ladies with blow dryer. Felt that staff was favoring a higher class of people since they didn’t address my complaints. Paulo is the manager didn’t address any of the concerns. Complaint took over one hour to reply. You need to have WhatsApp account to communicate or it’s hard to.

The double bed was completely crooked and the breakfast left something to be desired.

Trying too hard to be a hipster place instead of a professionally-managed luxury hotel. Loud music everywhere, very tiring, especially at the pool. Hard to relax when you feel like you're in a nightclub. Could hear inside the room the music from the corridor, in the middle of the night! Had to complain and it was turned down.The service in the restaurants was a bit below the level you'd expect for a luxury hotel, but the food is wholesome, inventive, and pleasing overall.

This hotel is amazing. We have traveled extensively and this is probably the best hotel we've stayed in. I would say I would travel to São Paulo just to stay here. Restaurants, bars, spa, food and drink, the pool area - all unbelievably good.

The Breakfrast and the Music bar was amazing. The Gyp was state of the art. We likes the design of the rooms and the lobby. The team was very friendly and the experience was so personal.

The weater was not nice so we could not use the rooftop pool.

the pool, bathroom, entrance area, gym Matheis bonhomme took very good care of us. thanks again to him. he was an excellent host with taste and attention to detail.

Little seating in the lobby. The restaurant manager in the breakfast restaurant charged us 55€ because we took a blanket from the restaurant to the room.

Great experience. I had some unexpected problems (not related to the hotel) but had all the assistance from the staff, what made me comfortable to solve my issues. I and kids loved the “tapas restaurant” and breakfast.

This place is by far the one off the best places I've stayed. We are travellers and I can assure this is paradise. Everything is perfect from staff to food. The bedroom - bed - is wonderful and I've slept the best of all trip. I could go on for hours but nothing that I say it will reflect the greatness! Keep up the good job Rosewood. I've also stayed in other hotels of the chain but this i very special. One thing I really appreciate is the sophistication and friendly service without being forceful or didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Thumbs up fro Rone at the pool and Matteo at reception for being so friendly. Also concierge that helped us immensely navigating the city and making reservations when needed. I can't wait to return. The attention to details is phenomenal! Thanks for making me feel special and on holidays.

The place is perfect but they closed the swimming pool on Monday 26th on the top terrace for a marketing video. We were unable to to go up and despite the other swimming pool on the ground stayed opened there was no sun. Only sunny on the top floor. I'd say that they could have allowed us to stay in one side of the terrace where there was no filming happening and close the other side. It's a very expensive rate to close a common area of the hotel without letting the guest know prior. It was disappointing. This is a feedback more than anything as I believe this could have been handled in a better way but the place still amazing.

honestly the best designed space I think I have ever stayed in. the room was gorgeous, the decor tasteful, the mini bar was amazing, loved it.

The hospitality staff in the cafe/restaurant could do with some improvement in English language skills (but of course we are in Brazil).

From the architecture and decor, to staff and coziness; Rosewood is deff the best hotel in Brazil. it doesn’t feel that you are in São Paulo at all.

was the third time i stayed at Rosewood. is definitely the best hotel in Brazil. However i do think the alcohol beverages are WAY over priced. i payed 3 times the value of a bottle of wine. normal cheap wines are very expensive and the drinks are very small for the price. this needs to be fixed for sure. it is a deal breaker at long nights. IT NEEDS TO HAVA A SAUNA A.S.A.P!
