Excellent location, friendly staff and tasty breakfast!

Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location was very convenient. Lovely old building with charm and character. Room on front street was very loud (traffic) but with closed windows (very thick) this wasn’t a problem for except a little stuffy.

Breakfast was prompt and fulling, but the same every day. No gluten free options offered.

Very comfortable, centrally located, clean, and with lovely decoration and design. We appreciated the kind staff, and though we didn't eat breakfast there, it looked like it was delicious! We'd definitely stay there again in Santiago in the future.

The staff were always so helpful. Miriam is a gem. She got me checked in and oriented me to the hostel and the area. The rooms are so cozy and bed is comfortable.

Wish there was something on tv I could watch in English. Oh well, got some reading in during the nighttime.

Location was superb, near the San Christobal and amazing resturants in that area. The building is full of character and the staff were all very helpfull. The comfyest bed and hot shower. Great place to start a trip..

The atmosphere is one of the kind and the stuff makes you feel at home. Big breakfast with nice choices. I also like the colourful vibe of the place.

The economy single room was really small and the bathroom was really tight. There was no table to work, but that could be done in the common area.

Great location and super friendly and welcoming staf. Nice breakfast for cheap price. Heating system was not working, but they provided electric heater which was a good enough to keep the room warm. I would highly recomend this place especially for solo travelers.

Brilliant choice for a stay in Santiago in a great location. The staff are lovely and there's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was great, spacious with a good bathroom. Free secure parking was available for us.

Great location! Close to the metro and everything in the centre. The room is heated which is perfect for the colder nights. Hot shower works perfectly. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Wi-fi works great. The additional breakfast is definitely worth it. Definitely stay here when in Santiago!

The hostel was beautiful (decorated by paintings painted by the owner) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean, and we felt very safe and welcome during our stay. The hostel was also easy to find and very conveniently located near many attractions / landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The place is very clean, well kept, colorful and decorated with taste. Really feels like being home away from home.

Don’t have much to say… the only thing would be the bathroom is a bit too small but that’s ok and not too bad. I had a great stay and I’m actually coming back to the same place.

I really liked it, it was quiet and I was able to arrive in Santiago de Chile so easily. Many things are within walking distance. It was clean, the team was friendly and helpful. The dinner I ordered was super delicious.

The hosts were very accommodating and the accommodation has a great vibe.

It's a wonderful choice for solo travelers. Its also a great choice for girls who travel alone. Definitely my first choice in Santiago! Clean, safe, nice staff!!!!

The only thing is you can hear the hallway sound when people pass by. But everyone is quiet at night, in the morning may wake you up. With an ear plug would be solved!

Enjoyed my short stay. All of the excellent reviews and photos were accurate! Nice common areas including an interior patio. WiFi worked well. Very helpful staff for guiding you to restaurants, historical sites and different modes of transportation. Drinks available from a small bar. Several major museums and historical sites are accessible on foot. Highly recommend.

A quirky art filled Hostal with brilliant friendly staff who made it seem like home. In a wonder area, easy & safe to walk around.

Such a lovely place to stay. The whole place is very cosy and the room was super clean. The staff were also really helpful. We had a problem with our flight and they went out of their way to help us. We wish we had had more time there. Thank you very much.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing because of the incredible staff. They explained everything, stored our luggage, and gave us a map with tips on what to see and do. The hotel offers great value for the price, with a perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was clean and quiet, thanks to the double glass doors, even though it faced the street. Overall, the staff made our visit perfect, and the hotel was a great place to stay.

Cosy and clean hostal with nice common areas full of art displays. I also liked the cafe/bar where you can have a drink after a day in the city. The staff are super friendly and provide a lot of advice on things to do in Santiago.

No warm water in the shower and the rooms are not soundproof (but usually other guests were quiet at night)

Family run hotel in a lovely old building. Short walk to the train, and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help making arrangements for taxis and day tours. Very nice friendly atmosphere. Large room, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Good wifi. Not a 5 star place, but excellent value for money.
