It’s rare that a hotel exceeds your expectations this one did.
The Villa is beautiful and in a brilliant location behind the President’s Palace on a quiet street. It’s originally a family home and still feels like a home not a hotel. Family photos are still there etc. The staff are wonderful cheerful and helpful. Very happy to stop for a chat very welcoming.

The most beautiful sanctuary where you can feel relaxed amidst the busy and vibrant streets of Rome.
The room was beautiful and felt like a home. I really loved the sheets. Outside of the room, we were able to enjoy the beautiful common spaces of the villa. I could have spent so much more time just sitting in the lounges admiring the decor. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail had been applied to every tiny aspect of the experience, which felt spacious, luxurious, and relaxing. Even though the villa is just a few minutes from Trevi Fountain, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing.

Absolute 10/10. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The location was great. A short walk from the Trevi Fountain but still felt removed from all of the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. Our room was phenomenal. Huge, comfortable bed. Large windows with a courtyard view. The bathtub and shower were both very nice. The staff was also amazing. The housekeeping team cleans your room whenever you leave so you always have fresh everything. Didnt have to ask them to do a single thing. The front desk staff was attentive and informative. Open bar every night in the lobby. The entire property is gorgeous. I cant say enough good things. Would definitely stay here again and not sure I would consider any other option in Rome.

One word describes this hotel: Excellent! Best staff anywhere. Helpful, friendly, kind, skilled. Consistently went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.
No complaints whatsoever, which is rare for any hotel. Expensive, but worth it.
