- service at breakfast very hectic and not always mindful of guests (rapidly/ noisy cleaning up 1 mins after breakfast is officially finished, not remembering repeating guest wishes after 2 days)

The location is perfect and the staff are so accommodating and wonderful. We did not like the room we were first given but they upgraded us on the spot. There is a lovely intimate feeling to the hotel.
For the price they charge the rooms are underwhelming, a little outdated and small. There is one restaurant and for the value I think there are hotels that offer much more.

Fantastic stop in Rome on our honeymoon!
The staff could not do enough for us to allow us to have the most relaxing and unique stay in Rome. They recommended local restaurants, where to visit, unique activities in addition to making our stay very special and comfortable.
