Great location close to Trevi fountain and easy to walk around to other areas or access by taxi Great restaurants close by with lots of options The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable The bathroom was nice and big so great for 2 people Great to have the complimentary mini bar provided especially with the warm weather Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Luxurious renovated old palazzo 50 meter away from Trevi fountain . This property is an apart hotel so you won’t get the amenities of a hotel but room is almost 1000 square feet super nice and breakfast is served in the room each morning. Very very comfortable stay . Staff was super accommodating and nice .

A bit overpriced but we are in the high season and can’t find space like that in Rome .

The breakfast was served in a little comfy room upstairs equipped with a little kitchen nook. All food was freshly prepared (including scrambled eggs, porridge,...), exceptional selection of fresh fruit and the best filled croissants! The location was great with a very short walk from Trevi fountain. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was very large and modern.

Instructions on how to use the coffee machine provided in the room would have been great. We needed to google how to use it.

The location is amazing. Literally steps from the Trevi Fountain and a whole beautiful street of restaurants, shopping, and gelato. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The included breakfast delivered to the room each morning was awesome as was the fully stocked and complimentary fridge full of drinks and yogurts and snacks. The staff was AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. Especially Lumeena, such a kind person who helped us with directions, getting a taxi, suggestions about where to eat, and even taught us some Italian!

There is a fruit and vegetable delivery service that starts at 4:30 am right outside of the property and the loading of the truck is loud and goes on all morning. I wish the windows were more soundproof. This woke me up each morning of our stay. It was annoying but it definitely wasn't aggravating enough to sour my opinion of this property.

The space, the size of the room/apartment creates a superb experience. Location is fab - in the center while bedrooms are directed to a quite area. The room includes many surprises, starting from design (minimal, modern, bidet, towel warmer, wine fridge and more) and going forward with available drinks and snacks. The stuff is great, happy to assist, goes above and beyond.

Breakfast in room was a great plus (especially on days we were on a rush like flight days). On the other hand, it cannot replace a regular breakfast, as it does not include vegetables (only fruits) and it repeats itself. The bedroom area was quite but some machinery was suddenly working with big noise in the middle of the nights (guess it relates to air conditioning/pumping) - which wakes up the sensitive among us. For me, I haven't slept as good for years ;)

The property is absolutely beautiful — modern, expansive space in a historical mansion. When we checked in, we were blown away when saw the size of the suite (Ambassador Suite)…two bedrooms, four bathrooms, a massive living room/great room, a rooftop deck, and a private gym. As nice as all of this is, it was honestly the staff at the hotel that made our stay so special. I did not meet a single person on the staff who was not professional, kind, and went out of their way for us. I’d especially call out Annalisa, Eduardo, and Umberto who were truly amazing. I look forward to being a repeat guest at the property and I will be recommending this property to friends/colleagues who have travel plans to Rome over the next year.

I’d recommend that the hotel consider upgrading their breakfast offerings. The staff who prepare the breakfast are EXCELLENT, but the menu options are limited and the baked goods/ingredients could be at a slightly higher standard. This is minor drawback in what is overall one of the nicest stays I’ve experienced anywhere in the world.

We decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in Rome and chose to stay at Palazzo Scanderbeg. We spent six great days in the city, with the hotel playing a central part in the experience. When we arrived we were surprised to receive a cake with the score of our event and a bottle of champagne. The hotel is centrally located, a minute from the famous Trevi Fountain, where we tossed a coin to ensure our future return to the same hotel, and within walking distance of many sites in Rome (including shops and shopping centers). The entire hotel staff was great: the receptionists Simona and Romina who took care of us and helped us order everything we asked for. Continue to the breakfast restaurant staff who were friendly and lovely. And the maid who made sure to arrange the room to the state we arrived on the first day. We got an extra large room and a wide bed, a rarity in the city center, a mini bar with complimentary daily restocking, kettle, coffee machine and serving utensils. An excellent air conditioning system is installed in the room, which ensured a great feeling when it was 4֯ Celsius and less outside.

one of the best place I have ever visited. It is an ancient palace in the vibrant hearth of the city, basically walking distance from anything you need to see. Our superior suite was really outstanding our expectations, everything brand new, very well organized, fully equipped with premium items. breakfast served in the room and all inclusive. Suite bar was plenty of drinks, snacks, fresh fruits, yogurt, coffe , all included. Last but not least service was exceptional. they are extremely supportive, customer oriented, very warmly welcoming. Please note: on our way from the airport I lost my cellphone in the taxi. very disappointing but I didn’t have much to do.! Well, they started to call the taxi company, identified the car , contacted the driver up to the fact that my phone was returned to me by the taxi driver after an hour.! definitely what you want for a special holiday.!

The place was very large. It is actually an apartment suite with complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room. I would say this is more apartment than hotel. If I booked on Air B&B it would be in the sweet spot for quality accommodations

This hotel is located in the most touristy area - Trevi. The Trevi district is filled with cheap souvenir shops and lower quality restaurants. We tried to engage staff for restaurant recommendations outside the immediate area. While everyone was pleasant, they knew nothing about other restaurants and a hard time making reservations. Also, when I booked, a car to the airport was included. When I got there, they said the promotion was old and challenged me to produce a voucher to prove the car was included. Why would I know about the car if it was an old promotion?

From the staff to the location to the room…all amazing!!! We stayed with our 2 boys 11 & 14 yr/old. This was walking distance from The Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon! All great. The breakfast was also wonderful- eggs, pastries, fruit…delicious:). Highly recommend! We were in the ambassador suite and it was 2-3 bedrooms, roof area, small gym (bike/weights) and mini kitchen.

Bed and breakfast, not hotel. Location and staff friendliness make up somewhat for the disappointment of the first impression. It’s purely a very old building with the inside transformed into rooms, hotel common spaces such as lobby, bar, restaurant, etc don’t exist. Using the term “hotel” is misleading and shld not be allowed.
