The mid century design and aesthetics of the property was beautiful. Thoughtful design combined comfort and style. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful and the food was nothing short of outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is unbeatable, and the view from the rooms is like a painting. Stunning! The facilities are great. You can get a very decent workout done at the gym with an amazing view plus, there are 2 saunas next to it. Massage is available at the spa. I love it. Very good service and the staff is one of a kind.

The menu at the pool/rooftop bar could be improved. Not the best options on the menu. Whatever you pick will be very good, but the options themselves are not great. I saw myself ordering things just to not be hungry. Again, the food was very good, but I couldn't find anything that I was excited to order.

Unfortunately I got only a room without view or balcony, so I felt confined in this room.

The attention to detail is fabulous, with little cakes delivered daily. There was a large choice for breakfast, all delivered to order. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities, including the pool areas, and the gym, were great. The rooms were a good size and the beds really comfortable. Couldn't recommend it highly enough

This is our favorite place to stay it is one of the best locations on Copacabana if not the best. The staff is multilingual and super friendly they go the extra mile to show how much they appreciate you and their jobs. I have stayed many nice places this is my place for Copacabana and one of the only locations with big outdoor beach side balconies which if your going to stay on the beach to me this is a must!

The service was the best we have ever experienced. Every member of staff was so kind and friendly. The concierge went above and beyond to recommend, organize, book, and even pick-up things for us from outside of the hotel. We were there for my birthday and all of the staff made it so special, the housekeeping even did a little surprise setup in the room with bath salts & oils, flower petals, candles, and a cake. We also received delectable bite-sized treats in our room every evening with the turn down service. Not to mention the views/vibes at the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar which are unbeatable.

Good location. Spacious rooms and lovely pool area, breakfast was also great.

No view from hotel room, and it smelled a little musty / of drains. Expensive for what you get - I paid less at the Copacabana Palace and the experience was immensely better. This hotel was too expensively priced.

Location of the hotel is perfect with marvelous swimming pool. From the pool we could see the beach and the mountains and islands. The view is outstanding. The personnel of the hotel is perfect, always very helpful.

The rooms are tired. Ours had a chipped basin, walls grubby and the room was just very worn (not like the photos). the are much nicer areas in the city other than Copacabana.

Best hotel in Copacabana/Ipanema hands down. Very attentive staff, amazing pool with a good vibe, amazing restaurant Emile and great amenities in the room. The Hawaianas flipflops as a welcome gift were a really cool touch.

The architecture, the rooms, the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the location, and definitely the staff who are very helpful, aware of everything, and attentive to the smallest details … everything is just perfect

My only concern is that the hotel is too expensive for everything to be charged for an extra fee … and the extra charges are not cheap … the water in the room is for a charge if you order it, the coffee capsules are for R$9 each, the breakfast is not included and it’s very pricy with an average of R$130++ per person
