Unfortunately I got only a room without view or balcony, so I felt confined in this room.

The attention to detail is fabulous, with little cakes delivered daily. There was a large choice for breakfast, all delivered to order. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities, including the pool areas, and the gym, were great. The rooms were a good size and the beds really comfortable. Couldn't recommend it highly enough

Very comfortable hotel, the staff pays attention to every detail. It is high quality and was definitely a big highlight of our trip. We had dinner at the main restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend

Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere with the beautiful designer details made our stay very special. Sea view room is a must if staying at Emiliano. <3

This is our favorite place to stay it is one of the best locations on Copacabana if not the best. The staff is multilingual and super friendly they go the extra mile to show how much they appreciate you and their jobs. I have stayed many nice places this is my place for Copacabana and one of the only locations with big outdoor beach side balconies which if your going to stay on the beach to me this is a must!

The service was the best we have ever experienced. Every member of staff was so kind and friendly. The concierge went above and beyond to recommend, organize, book, and even pick-up things for us from outside of the hotel. We were there for my birthday and all of the staff made it so special, the housekeeping even did a little surprise setup in the room with bath salts & oils, flower petals, candles, and a cake. We also received delectable bite-sized treats in our room every evening with the turn down service. Not to mention the views/vibes at the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar which are unbeatable.

Location of the hotel is perfect with marvelous swimming pool. From the pool we could see the beach and the mountains and islands. The view is outstanding. The personnel of the hotel is perfect, always very helpful.

The rooms are tired. Ours had a chipped basin, walls grubby and the room was just very worn (not like the photos). the are much nicer areas in the city other than Copacabana.

Best hotel in Copacabana/Ipanema hands down. Very attentive staff, amazing pool with a good vibe, amazing restaurant Emile and great amenities in the room. The Hawaianas flipflops as a welcome gift were a really cool touch.

The architecture, the rooms, the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the location, and definitely the staff who are very helpful, aware of everything, and attentive to the smallest details … everything is just perfect

My only concern is that the hotel is too expensive for everything to be charged for an extra fee … and the extra charges are not cheap … the water in the room is for a charge if you order it, the coffee capsules are for R$9 each, the breakfast is not included and it’s very pricy with an average of R$130++ per person

Service. Most of the time, it took a long time to get whatever I asked for, especially in the pool. Not unusual to have service forget about what you ordered.

Very comfortable bed. amazing water pressure in the shower. stunning views from the roof top pool. loved the pool side snacks and drinks service. appreciated the hotel placed new water bottles in the room every day.

The staffs are very friendly, informative and accommodating. I think the ocean view room, probably has one of the best view of Copacabana and Sugar loft. The location is great, you are in Copacabana, with hotel’s service tent on the beach and Ipanema is only 10-15 minutes easy walk from the hotel. The hotel is very clean with modern airy atmosphere. There are a gym, a sun deck, a pool, a sauna. The Emilia restaurant is great both service and food. Also many restaurants near by.

The staff is nice and friendly. The pool is beautiful even though it is tiny. The location is good in case you need to have meetings in the city centre.

I stayed in a room that has no view. The window was towards another building and the room has little light. The pool is very small. There’s a lack of light in the bathroom too. The service at breakfast is slow and today I left without having the two boiled eggs I’ve asked and paid for. For the price this hotel costs its staff should be more detailed oriented.

Impeccable service - better than any 5 star I’ve stayed at in the UK, beautiful interiors (everywhere smells AMAZING)and the BEST massage I’ve ever had. The food was always incredible - cooked fresh and wonderful seafood, and then the cocktails … divine!

the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and anticipated our needs. The front desk and concierge teams offered us suggestion when we were looking for live music and great restaurants. the room was so clean and beautifully appointed! The roof top staff was also so friendly and genuinely engaging, and the music was fabulous! Also the team that was present at the beach looked after us as we layed on the beach for hours. We felt so safe and attended to. The entire team at Emiliano Rio are simply incredible! We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back!

Everything was wonderful and truly special. we would have loved if the roof top would have been open later than 8p. we would have spent most of our nights by the pool listening to music if so.

The room was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable, with an exceptional service and warm welcome. unfortunately we didn’t have a terrace or window to open which we would enjoy, but the room itself was wonderful! The location is amazing and friendly for tourists.

The pool rooftop is very nice, however we were a bit disappointed with the size of the pool and its area. it seemed more spacious in the photos.
