Room was perfect. Breakfast also was good. The location of house was really good.

Pleasant and understandable communication, everything exactly as in the pictures. Surprisingly spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Carpets on the floor. WiFi worked flawlessly. Coffee machine in the room. The rooms have large windows overlooking the pedestrian street, despite this, the room is quiet. There is a paid parking lot nearby. Great breakfast, both cheese and ham, sweet buns, cereal and fruit. Tastefully designed interior. Staying here was very pleasant.

The only thing I can mention is the small and narrow bathroom. The door to the bathroom had a bad handle and could not be closed all the way. It didn't bother us much, because the entrance to the bathroom was from the hall, outside the rooms.

Gorgeous boutique, spacious rooms and beautiful design; the location was amazing - very close to the Chapel of Souls, so we were lucky enough to pass by every time we went back to the hotel or went city exploring :) + Mercado do Bolhao is close as well (which was one of my favourite activites during our stay in Porto); we really liked the breakfast too, it was a great surprise! fresh pastries, coffee, some salami, ham and cheeses to make a quick breakfast sandwich, overall good both sweet and savoury options. Really recommend staying here!

The building was very nice, the room was nice and quiet. The furniture and everything was very nice.

Breakfast was ok, i missed the eggs. The rest was ok. We had the last room on the highest floor so we had to take 62 stairs. I knew that i had no elevator but that many was heavy. But for the condition it was good.

Breakfast was great. Good choice of food. Could not complain about it.

Good location, close to main attractions

You could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms as if they were in your room. Especially loud were the hardwood floor squeaks; could not get a restful night’s sleep

We had three different rooms, the family ones were very spacious with two separate bedrooms, all the rooms tastefully designed. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and the breakfast had a nice variety.

It's a lovely hotel with friendly kind staff. Our room was nice and light with a very comfy bed and a great shower. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and lots of choice. The hotel is stylish and in a good location close to a metro. It's good value for money, would definitely recommend.

You are connected with the surrounding of the city centre… great and a very good restaurant on the left side of the hotel!

In the evening the air co wasn’t working with the bad weather it wasn’t comfortable

Girl at Reception can be more proactive with breakfast. You would have to ask for things - where she could be explaining / welcoming.

Beautiful nice and quiet staff fantastic lovely continental breakfast everything you need to start your day. You can walk everywhere and come back to a quiet night 😴

Our room was clean, dark and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, we walked everywhere from the hotel’s location.

The toiletries provided were of little use. Between the two of us we had a tiny bar of soap and two small sachets. I would recommend guests take their own toiletries. The continental breakfast was very good. It would have been helpful to all guests if there had been a waste bin available. Guests could only stack their dishes in the sink. It would also have been helpful if the staff member on duty occasionally checked the availability of the breakfast items. She was helpful when I requested a refill of cereal and fruit juice. I suggest she becomes more proactive to guest needs than reactive to requests.

Very good location. Huge rooms! Modern and sleek design. Overall it was very quiet.

The pillows were very stiff.

The location is great for sightseeing. Walking distance to the city centre and al it has to offer. Very close to metro station where trams run to the airport. l

Hardly any storage for clothes and other belongings. Some drawers/cupboards would have been good.

The breakfast was good, the room was gorgeous, the location was in a perfect spot to walk to popular attractions and the staff were very welcoming and nice.

The room was very dusty (we were in the attic room).

The hotel is located in a pedestrian mall and in a good location for restaurants and shopping. It is not near the old town but everywhere seems to be in walking distance up and down hilly streets.The quality of the linen and towels was very good( nice fluffy white bath towels). Breakfast was simple seated around a large dining table in a small lounge area. It was good to have access to the kitchen for coffee and the refrigerator etc. A coffee machine was also in the room.

We were on the very top floor with very steep stairs after already climbing three flights. This would not be the place for you if there were mobility issues.

The property was easy to find and after climbing one flight of stairs, we came to the beautiful living and breakfast area. Then we were further delighted with our beautiful room, next floor up, with view of the street, Rua Catalina. The bed was super comfy and much appreciated after walking, walking and more walking, although remember to keep some energy for the climb to your room! There was a pod coffee machine in the room, which my partner took advantage of. Breakfast was delicious and fruit was available to take for a mid-walk snack.

I'm a muesli lover and traveling can be hard on digestion, so I always love a muesli option for brekky. There was a choice of yogurt, but no cereals. However, as it's not the norm in this part of the world, I didn't mind, and there was nice bread and jams and delicious coffee.

The location was fantastic. The owner was so helpful giving us tips for our stay in Porto. And the house was beautiful. Highly recommend!
