very central property The garden behind the hotel is a real oasis in the middle of the old town

it was a little noisy on the street at night, but it is a pedestrian Street. It was just because it was so central.

Perfect central location right in the historic part of Porto. The hotel was lovely, bed was so comfortable and even though our room over looked a busy street, it was very quiet. Lots of old features in the apartment we stayed in - perfect for families.

I didn't realise that that hotel didn't have a pool - it had a spa with a sunken large jacuzzi which was an extra cost.

Fee for jacuzzi pool is too high

Diageo went above and beyond. The guy in the bar was also fabulous and the housekeeper was superb. They were beyond accommodating, and really looked after us. Right in the middle of everything you need to see! Perfecto 👌🏻

We liked the reception staff who were very helpful when we arrived in the city on the Festival Evening St John. It was difficult to locate a restaurant outside hotel for dinner. The reception staff came to our assistance with a special Festival Dinner in the Hotel which included a traditional Portuguese meal, music, Floating Balloons Fireworks. Special thanks to an intern who started that day in the hotel. He looked after our needs with great enthusiasm and attention.

We rented one of the apartments. I loved the mix of charming doors, window shutters and ornamental ceilings with the modern design of the kitchen and bath. It was really fun! We arrived early after a long flight and waited for our room by lounging on the garden area. We had a view of the Cathedral, heard the sounds of the medieval bath, and ultimately fell asleep. The male staff were friendly and helpful (the women were more reticent. Quiet during the weekdays; convenient location! Excellent breakfast in a gorgeous room.

Beautiful location with a very nice garden. Excellent for all generations. Situated on a very buys pedestrian street, close to everything, and with the possibility to use the quiet and comfortable garden. Beautiful view from the gardens top roof.

Our room was spacious and clean; the breakfast was very good. The property was very unique with its rooftop grassy area that made you feel you were not in downtown Porto. The view from the garden area (and our room) was phenomenal! The property was also in the heart of Porto with lots of restaurants, shops, etc. and very walkable.

I did not like that you had to pay to go to the pool. That was disappointing, as I don't think it was advertised that way. Bathroom was a bit old.

Literally in the heart of the old city, so many restaurants and interesting places up hill or down. It's actually flat outside in that area. There's a nice square down the road where musicians play while you drink or dine. 10 mins walk down and you are right on the river front with views. Beautiful gardens to relax and a small historic pool to dip in if hot from sun bathing.

The staff at the Oca Flores are incredible! So friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to our early morning departure. They gave us restaurant recommendations, advice on getting around Porto, tips for where to watch the Euros final and even facilitated us moving rooms when our first floor room was a little noisy. They are really proud of their hotel and city, and the hotel is centrally located close to everything you’d want to visit. Breakfast was ample and varied and is served in the stunning fourth floor dining room overlooking the garden. The spa facilities are really modern and clean, the hydrotherapy pool area is small but it wasn’t busy, so adequate. Massage by Bryan was heavenly! Wonderful hospitality and experience!

Rooms and pool area could have been bigger and there was a charge to use the spa facilities which came as a surprise - not sure this was made clear!

Front office staff were excellent and very helpful. Nice rooftop terrace, bright and sunny.

For the price of the stay, we would’ve expected bottled water in room (only one given on day of arrival) and also breakfast. Apartment configuration was poor ie big living room space that we didn’t really use and a very small bathroom. The positioning of the hotel outweighed these minor irritations

Lovely breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. Nice staff and a relaxed environment. We enjoyed it very much and never felt rushed.

It was a shame that the spa/ pool facilities were not included at all for a 3 night stay. Perhaps we hadn't read the small print when booking.
