Lack of cleanliness in the rooms bathroom, nothing concerning, just not expected to see the sewer in the open concept bathroom

I love that it’s modern and extremely clean. I loved the area. The only thing that was strange was the two gender bathroom. But it was a 10/10 start and I will be staying here again

Two gender bathroom

The atmosphere, the room was small but nice theme. The room had big windows looking out to the street.

The bed was not comfortable. The noise of the train going by every 30 minutes or so.

I had requested a room with a view and I was going to be given a room with no view. They did try to accommodate but I ended up getting a room facing another building. The shower door was broken which made it difficult to shower. Not worth the price, I could have gone to a motel 6 for this price.

Price, shower door, no view like my reservation had indicated. What’s the point of the reservation if you will not accommodate until we arrive?

It was unique

The room was super small. It was all the way in the back dark area. The front staff took forever to check me in. They were making drinks. Not a good setup at all. We had items we were holding and they took no initiative to help us. It was more of a club hotel feel then a relaxed chill feel. Checked in at 5ish and checked out a 8ish. Didn’t even stay the night. Was way overpriced for this hotel. Will never book again. Tattoos being done as soon as you walk in. That didn’t bother me as much as their lack of customer support

The staff knocked on the door at 10:30am to ask if we were going to check out, I said yes in a little bit. At 11:10am the manager knocked on the door to ask if we were going to check out and I told her yes in about 5 minutes we were packing our stuff at that moment.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and fun! The bar and seating area in the lobby was a cool trendy vibe too. The rooms are on the smaller side but the bed was really comfy.

The rooms are really close to the lightrail train, which was pretty disruptive at times when we were trying to sleep.

It was so easy, trendy, compact and cute. The staff was amazing and the layout was great. Definitely best for a short stay. We loved the lobby and the communal aspect. It kind of reads like an upscale hostel with the lobby and communal vibes. Room and lobby were super aesthetic and hip. The lantern in our room was the cutest thing I want my own!

The shower drain was SO loud and the bed needed many more covers on it. It was a sheet and an extremely light blanket. With the strong AC in the room, we were freezing. Not much comfort and coziness to the bed. Also, I would NOT recommend their free signature drink at the bar. Do not order. I hope they try it themselves and change it soon 😅

Conveniently located to the Footprint Center

walking distance to footprint center and many restaurants. Their staff was very friendly and their bar was open until 2am!

Location was perfect. I liked the ability to buy snacks for breakfast and the kitchen was great too. Bar was good. Everybody working was super friendly. Just a fun, swanky place to hang out for the weekend.

Everything was great! Normally I prefer to self-park and valet was the only option, unless I wanted to pay a fortune and walk even farther, but I have no complaints about the valet service.

Loved the Moxy! It's right in the center of the city, really close to nice restaurants. The vibe was young and trendy. The fact that the valet parking was included made up for the price of the room.

Nothing that comes to mind, all was good.

Night stay for concert, excellent option, walking distance from lost of attractions in downtown Phoenix, the decoration and facilities for the rooms and lobby, are great. Comfortable room

Staff needed to be more friendly and trained on checking guests in. I was told not to ever use Booking because their system doesn’t work well with it, so I didn’t even get the 2 Queen room I paid for.
