the baby room - great facility for families with young children. Especially the availability of hot and cold water and the microwave.

It is a well used hotel, so starting to look it a bit.

The pac man theme was very cool, kids liked that. Nice big family rooms, as a family of 5 it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in. Very clean and excellent location for Eiffel Tower.

You most likely will have a good experience. Nice location and friendly staff. Nice reception with arcades and board games. Hotel designed for kids especially.

The room had been very small for a family of four, and while the staff seemed mostly decent. Things took a turn when I accidentally left a bag behind and returned to find many of its contents missing, despite being told no one had entered the room yet. The staff had been unhelpful, and since I was in a rush for my flight, I couldn’t pursue the matter further. I was later contacted by the manager, who was very helpful and later got a refund, despite the misunderstanding.

This room was perfect for our family of 6. Location was great, 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and many locations/cafes along the way. Hotel is a pac man theme, kids loved it. Very well equipped for young families.

The air con wasn’t working for our stay but they provided fans and we were reimbursed well for this after we returned home. The pool table was for adults only which was disappointing for our teenagers.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, there is parking which was a must for us, and it had a kids play room which was a nice surprise. The staff was nice and the kids loved having bunk beds with sliding doors. Kids had a blast, they loved the hotel.

The bathroom had no real shower it was just open and everything was wet, my 5 year old slipped and smashed her head on the floor, no coffee in the room, the hallway to the rooms had a musty weird smell and the breakfast was expensive and terrible but it is always nice to start your travel days with a breakfast at the hotel so we did eat there.

Well located, close to the Eiffel Tower. Fairly new and modern. The bathroom was nice and surprisingly spacious compared to the room.

The room was very cramped and awkward to move around in. Not even enough room to find somewhere to place our bags. Had to put them on the spare bunk beds. The bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable.

It was definitely very close and walking distance to the Eiffel tower and surrounding areas.

The room was a little small for a 6 people bedroom to keep our luggage and be able to walk around freely.

First of all this hotel is situated in a great location only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very attentive and the kids received free ice pops and sweets on check in. We managed to get our room early thanks to the staff who were great. Rooms were practical and very clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was continental style and good value for money

We would have like more Diary free breakfast food options for our grandchildren. Being British we would have loved a kettle in the room. 😂

Clean and close to Eiffel tower

We loved the PAC Man theme and free games in the lobby area as this made it fun for the kids. The rooms were small but the bunkbed design was perfectly designed to give kids space from their parents with privacy blinds. Also have a separate loo and washroom was good. The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, which you can see from the hotel and close to various food outlets. It was also good to access the Botabus on the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here twice we liked it so much but we could not get the chrome cast to work on either occasion which was a little disappointing as the TV only really had the news for us English speakers but it’s not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay with kids. The soft playroom was an awesome place for kids to socialize and unwind. The location is perfect. Everything you want to see is easily accessible. We walked out front a couple nights to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle and then got to go right back to bed. Getting the bus or the hop on hop off boat from this hotel was very easy, just a quick walk away. Each staff member we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

We found it a bit unreasonable to not be able to get take out to your room. Especially if you are travelling a long way to get there, going to a restaurant is just one more thing you have to do before you can rest.

Room size is bit small

Close to attractions and shops the look of the building, the way it is set out inside looks fantastic. Luggage storage was very helpful, as we had a late night flight.

Would be nice to have a small fridge and microwave

We had a good stay at YOOMA Urban Lodge. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was excellent for exploring Paris, and the staff made the experience smooth and pleasant.

This room has one powder room and one shower, which can be a little challenging for a family of five or more at times.

The location is ten minutes walking from Eiffel Tower which make night visits very easy. Bus, Metro and bicycles where close also making the spot ideal. Stuff were really friendly and helpfull. Our son forgot his watch an they found it and will ship it back to us. Breakfast with lots of options and very taste. Pac Man concept was a plus for us too.

Hard to find reception initially.

Super cool and kid friendly hotel concept with all kinds of (arcade) games in the lobby and Pac-Man theme throughout. Almost too friendly as we had to manage the kids out of the hotel to see Paris! The staff was great and really friendly.

Breakfast was very reasonably priced and good quality, but as staff started cleaning up everything 15 mins before the end of the breakfast we felt as unwelcoming. Our bathroom clearly had some moisture issues which was visible on the tiling and ceiling, not a problem in an otherwise nice room but still something to sort out and keep clean

If you reach early or need to keep your luggage for sometime, you need to pay extra to use the facility. Most of the other hotels we stayed in didn't have this.

Proximity to the Eiffel tower, the river Seine and some local bakeries. Room fitted my while family of 5 in which was nice. The kids loved the bunk beds and my son loved the arcade games in the lobby. Parking was safe and straightforward.

The air con wasn't working throughout the hotel when we were there. It was ok because the weather was cool in the evenings but it could be a problem if not resolved during the very hot periods.

Having a pool table and free Pacman was fun to escape the middle of the day heat. And can walk to the Eifel tower!

Rooms not large but only used for sleeping so no problem, and there is a big lobby to hang out in.

Good value for Paris

The A/C was preset to 17 degrees Celsius max cooling. It was still hot at times. The dryer was broken the entire week

Superb location for visiting Paris, very close to the Eiffel Tower and a metro station. Well maintained rooms- we were a family of 5 - 3 teens in there and we had a family room with a double bed and 4 bunk bed cubicles. Teens happy with all the plugs and phone charging sockets. Breakfast can be bought and was a nice selection.

Our air conditioner was having some problems so our room was very hot. They did give us a fan and move us the next day to a different room. The staff was really helpful

rooms extremely small. There were many homeless people in the neighborhood who also did their ‚business‘ on the paths and stairs. It was really disgusting.

It’s a very fun and relaxed hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The lounge has many games and spaces for all ages making it a perfect family space. It’s very close by to restaurants, shops and a cinema as well as public transportation. It’s a great place to stay to visit Paris. The rooms are very functional and quiet even it you’re on the "road side" of the hotel.

The time we were staying was air conditioning broken, one of the lift and dryer were out of order.

Great location, lovely theming around pacman, good sized rooms and facilities such as lockers for storing luggage (for a fee) and a laundry. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the bunk beds with the sliding doors to give a bit of privacy in our shared family room. The toilet was separate to the shower which was great too. Shower was powerful.

Limited food options in the evening; the restaurant was a bit fancy for our family so we opted for "bar snacks". Pizzas were sold out and the pasta was a quick microwave reheat. The air-conditioning was only at 50% and whilst we got some compensation with free breakfast it meant a very warm two nights for trying to sleep.

There was no basic facility such as coffee or kettles in the room and we have to pay £4 in lobby to drink a cup of coffee or tea but everything else was excellent
