The fact that the toilet and shower were in different rooms was wonderful. It was also nice being located close to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and fulfilled requests when we made them. The kitchen had oat milk for my coffee, which was great because most places I found in Paris didn't have any alternative milk for those that do not consume dairy and lactose.

The room was smaller than the picture shown on the website, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice if breakfast was provided rather than having to pay an additional amount for it. The hot water in the hotel went out, but staff was kind and the problem was fixed relatively quickly.

We stayed here from December 24th to 28th, 2024, and it was perfect for a budget-friendly family trip to Paris. The location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the hotel is incredibly child-friendly. The Pac-Man-themed decor was a delightful throwback to the '90s, filling me with nostalgia. My kids loved the free arcade games, and the family lounge provided a great space for us to relax together. Highly recommended!

There was no water available in the room, and Coffee was a machine made that cost 4 Euro which I felt was a kill.

The place was very close to the Eiffel Tower by walking, also close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shower in the room was excellent, with a strong stream of water that is not typical for Europe in general. The hotel itself is located in a quiet passage so that walking around at night near the hotel feels comfortable and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room was relatively clean and access to the room was very convenient. The hotel's & room's design was cool and fresh, loved it.

The location of the hotel is in an area that feels a little unsafe at night. Also, the location of the hotel is not in a central area and some walking or using the train is required to reach a central area of ​​the city. The smell in the room was a bit musty, maybe because the windows don't open in the rooms. Outside the window of my room was a lovely little patch of grass that I would have loved to sit on, but because the windows don't open - there was no access there. The room didn't have a small fridge to store food products in, but I was only in the hotel for one night so it didn't change much.

Location was fantastic with shops, restaurants and transport options near by. Check in was quick and easy. Being Christmas time there was also a lovely little gift. The facilities are clean and well appointed with a gym and entertainment space.

Be prepared for small rooms. They are clean and include daily servicing but there is very little space for suitcases and bags. I would recommend packing light if you are staying here!

Excellent hotel breakfast was fantastic and so close to everything

The kids loved the bunk beds with slide doors! The free games in the lobby and a big playroom was a big hit!

Considering the lounge area was so comfy and welcoming I was a bit underwhelmed by choice of food and snacks. We could have spent more money there if options were better!

The staff were warm and helpful, the style of hotel is very cool and the amenities for children were great. The location was amazing. Would definitely return here. Great breakfast selection.

Maybe the food service for dinner didn't suit our needs but there were lots of lovely restaurants nearby and we availed of these.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes away from the Eiffel Tour by foot. A very communicative place if you want to enjoy the city as a tourist and a very safe place if you need to explore it as a business person. Separated by the everyday city noise by being built above the street level, it offers quiet and comfortable rooms. Close to the hotel (7-8 minutes) walking there is a supermarket where you can buy cooked food.

I was a little cold in the room. There are not many restaurants around.

The nice staff and the amenities they offer. All the family rooms are spacious with enough beds for a family of five or six. And the location is great to go to Eiffel tower. We are so happy that each room has 2 heat racks to dry out clothes in rainy Paris at this time.

We saw other guests have issue with their luggage storage locks. The washing machine and dryer probably need a good clean, but we are still happy that they have one to use.

The fact that I was given a room that was actually occupied. This shows the lack of security. Upon check in, we went to our room, and to our shockness, the room has luggages in it and the someone is actually showering inside. I had to go back to reception to confirm the room number and to their dismay, the reception did not that the previous guest is still around and have not check-out! And we were given a different room...

Perfect location, friendly staff, great hotel for families. Within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower & Beaugrenelle shopping centre. Lovely cafes around for dinner & drinks. Definitely stay again

I absolutely liked everything: the service staff, the breakfasts, the location and transportation, the bed and pillows are simply gorgeous, towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned every day. Everything is top notch!

Everything is in function of what's useful for families and that's what you pay for, precisely what we needed. Being close to the Eiffel tower was great to see him both in day and night.

The breakfast was dissapointing for us as the gluten & dairy free alternatives we informed for upfront were not all there. But if you want croissant, yoghurt and a coffee you're all good.

Location, modern, suited young family

Room to small and our room too far from lift.

It was such a Kid oriented Family Hotel, I dont know what a couple or no-kids family would do here. There was arcade and box games free in the lobby area, we liked the fun all around the hotel and rooms. The location is perfect. The breakfast was OK. The room was fun but small.

The cutlery and the glasses and cups in the breakfast was not clean. The corridors were a bit smelly like a plastic smell or something. The rooms were fun but very very small, kids were enjoying bunker beds a lot but the rest of the room was very small.

The property is nice, very near the metro station and eiffel tower. And even though we went home at night (with a 1 year old) it’s not scary to walk within the area. The room was spacious & what i like is that the bathroom (separate toilet & bath) and there’s a baby shower area for every floor. We will surely be back!

The actual room is a bit smaller than in the picture, but it's normal and understandable - that's the purpose of marketing/advertising.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower, train stations, supermarket and shopping mall. The hotel had laundry on-site and lockers in case needed. The room was not super large but it was comfortable enough for two people, it had hangers, a folding table, and the bed and pillows were soft. Also, the hotel has a restaurant downstairs where you can pay for breakfast or have a nice lunch/dinner around the area.

The cleaning staff did not respect the “do not disturb” sign placed at our door. We had them entering our room 3x even though we had placed the sign outside asking them not to enter. One day they knocked on the door while we were inside the room, and after telling them not to disturb us, they still opened the door with their key and gave us clean towels and toilet paper. We were a little worried because the cleaning staff was mostly men and we were two women staying in the room alone. Nothing happened thankfully but a little concerning. I hope they get instructed better to respect future guests.

Just 5 minutes walk to some iconic views of Eiffel Tower. Lots of facilities including gym, sauna, kids play area. Best part is you can take outside food + drinks and enjoy in the lobby. Even you can stay in lobby or play games even after checkout.

Not sure why but some staffs knock on door and enter the room to check something. Sometimes we can’t hear the knock and they enter room when we are in so don’t forget to hang the “Do not disturb” tag all time

Air conditioning noise, even if you turn it off in the room you can hear the noise from ventilation. Not be able to change temperatur in the room.

Family-Friendly Amenities: With normal sized-beds/ multi-bed rooms, the hotel is great for families and groups visiting Paris. 3. Private parking, of course, with additional fees but required earlier reservations. Slight inconvenience operation of the cart access. 4. Friendly, Helpful Staff. Overall, Yooma Urban Lodge provides inexpensive (of course when you book the hotel several months before stay) accommodation with excellent location and private car park.

1. Room Size: Very small 17 msq. No chair or minimal table. The room is planned for sleeping there only. Good for short stay with min luggage. 2. Limited In-Room Amenities: Such a mini-fridge, kettle, tea, and coffee. 4. Breakfast Variety: Limited variety and quality. It is better to go outside the hotel and buy breakfast in the city. Good for a short stay if you do not have high requirements. No fresh fruit or vegetables. Coffee is not the best taste. Cold scrambled egg and becon. 5. Air Conditioning: was not working as it intended. At the end of October, inside of the room was 23 degrees Celsius with working air conditioning, which was set for 17 degrees Celsius, all the time Overall, Yooma Urban Lodge offers a convenient location and unique, family-friendly accommodations, but the rooms feel cramped with limited amenities. Additionally, the breakfast selection is limited for the price, and the air conditioning was not sufficient.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I had to communicate with the staff a lot due to my flight being at night and later cancelled and communication was prompt and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it had most of the things you could want. I had to use the parking at the hotel and the staff were very helpful and clear about the charges. I would advise that you request parking in advance if you are driving as it can be limited. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the closest train/metro station and there are also buses that stop nearby. It is a 20-30min walk to the Eiffel tower, so plenty of opportunities to see it at night when the lights are on and sparkle. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so if you are walking all day and you are tired you can find something. There are arcade games and pool table in the lobby, as well as soft play room for kids. There is also a wellness suite, but we did not use this .

The room was quite small,but I am told this is common for hotels in Paris. The room lacked amenities I would have expected, such as kettle/fridge. The price for was a bit steep, but again when looking to book for our stay this seemed about average for Paris, so it seems to be a Paris issue rather than a Yooma issue.

The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The hotel was several blocks from restaurants and subway stations.

My kids got to have their own beds rather than the usual shared sofa bed-they loved it. The bunk beds had privacy screens, their own charging ports & lights, the children were so well catered for. There was a separate toilet & shower which was also useful. In the foyer, there was arcade games, board games & and pool table which are all free of charge, again excellent for children. We were able to order takeaway to the hotel, the staff had no issue with this. We also had eat from their menu one evening, it was reasonable. We also enjoyed their breakfast one morning.
