We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and brilliant to have rooms with bunk beds that sleep 3-4 kids. The room was really clean and well thought out and we loved that there were games and activities for kids in the lobby.

The arcade theme was really neat and a hit with the kids. The room was just enough space for our family. The location was fantastic.

We would’ve liked the A/C to get a little colder, it was a little too warm for us at night. The breakfast was good but overpriced.

The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the individual bunks and the everything in the room was of high quality. We loved you could get cold or hot water and use the microwave in the "baby" room. The kids also enjoyed all the fun games on offer in reception. It was easy to reach all parts of the city via the metro and the location to the Eiffel tour was amazing.

Both lifts were broken on the last day, which caused issues for getting cases down. Also had to pay to store luggage in lockers which we didn’t realise before booking

Great location and kids friendly

The location is great. There is a big family entertaining area on the first floor. What we found most helpful is to be able to store our luggages at the hotel after we checked out but still had time to tour the city. The luggage storage is very reasonably priced (with 12 hr or 24hr choices) and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked the room for 4 people. It came with bunk bed setup that the kids loved and we had a double bed for the adults that was comfortable and a decent size. There was also a private bathroom within the room as well. The room is definitely on the smaller side, but compared to the other hotels in the area, it was more than enough for our family trip. The breakfast that we had opted to include in our package was top notch and had a nice variety of food and drinks. The kids enjoyed the fresh croissants and the pancakes while we enjoyed the scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bacon and variety of deli meats available. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helped as soon as we needed it. Even during the breakfast buffet time, they are quick to clean up your table as soon as its needed. They were also very helpful in finding local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The setup of the hotel was very enjoyable for the kids thanks to the Pac Man themeed interior and the abudance of arcade machines available for them to play.

The only complaint with regards to our stay was with regards to the elevator setup. Once was always in maintenance/repair mode and so the wait to take the luggage up to our room and back down again during our check out was a long process due to how long you needed to wait for the one elevator that was working.

The location is very convenient. You can easily walk to the Eiffel tower and there are many options for food near.

The room was small for 6 beds, almost no space for our suitcases and there wasn't refrigerator in the room. Also, the second day we asked our room to be cleaned but no one showed up for cleaning.

Great location and basic hotel room for what we needed

No working air conditioning so we needed 3 fans to try cool down the room to be comfortable to sleep. We had a very bad nights sleep The rooms are tiny but no windows to let any air in

Not enough slot machines and a lot of children who’s parents didn’t parent them so my children were pushed off things often

The room size

A very nice hotel. Especially when you have kids the setup made our life much easier!!! At the lobby there was a playground and arcade games that our kids played and we were resting after a long day. The rooms although they were small they were very cozy.

The location is exellent near the Seine, Eiffel Tower Transport, shops. The kids play area and aracade area is very good for those with children. I am glad I stayed here.

Location perfect

Location was very good; it was close to the Eiffel tower and to the metro. All the staff we approached was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quite fast and we were able to go to our room immediately.

Room was small specially when it was advertised as a 6-people room. Elevator was broken so we needed to take our luggage using the escalator or the stairs. It was a surprise to get a payment for city tax at check in, I thought all was covered when I paid at Booking.

The bed is comfortable, especially the shower. Location is really good, close to bus stop, metro station and high street. And free pool table and arcade games are definitely bonuses.

I like that we had a normal-sized queen bed and two twins. The place was very family-friendly.

The location was great. The water refill station and availability of items. The lobby games and child play room was excellent.

Elevator broken, air conditioner broken, blood in elevator and nobody cleaned after I told staff about it.

The theme throughout was very cool and in fashion, location was excellent

Restaurant was not family friendly at night and didn’t flow with the theme throughout the hotel

Perfect for kids and families. Bunk beds were such a novelty.

Small, but very efficient layout room for a family of four. Liked how there was a separate water closet and sink, lots of shelving to put luggage away. Location was exceptional-walking distance to the Eiffel tower and many restaurant options. The play room for the kids was a very nice surprise, they loved playing and running around. The main lobby was also spacious and enjoyed the arcade games.

The hallway temperatures were very warm, making it a little uncomfortable as we were moving our luggage.

I like the area. I enjoyed breakfast. There was room with hot water and microwave, but we did not know for the beginning

The size of the rooms. Ability to have a family of 4 or 5 in one room. The games. The bar.

Air/con heating didn't work. Safe worked, but was a bit tricky to use and door was sticky. Plug sockets were hit and miss.

I liked that the property was geared toward kids and my kids really liked the arcade games

Very good location, close to the metro as well so it is very easy to reach everything and even by foot we walked to Louvre museum. Breakfast selection was more than enough, a good bite before going out to explore. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Really for what we needed, everything was great.

The only thing, there was no more soap left in the bathroom

Location was good to get to Expo Versailles without being at the crazy traffic area, well located subway and buses walking distance, rooms are noise proof, clean enough, breakfast is good quality and options but after 3 days you absolutely want to go out. You can see Eiffel Tower from the street, for tourism must be very good.

It is focused on people with kids, that is not mentioned in the brief, furniture at the lounge at the entrance is very dirty, dishes and glasses could spend hours or the whole overnight without being picked up. Access is on a second floor if you are carrying heavy luggage you probably must carry through the stairs alone your luggage. We told to the staff that heather didn't work, the room was very cold, and has air running keeping it cold the whole night. It looks booking rooms are the cheapest, then you got to deal with that.

It's near to all the tourists attraction especially the Eiffel Tower, Great place to stay with kids.
