4 nights in Paris beautiful hotel on the canal. Excellent customer service
Very comfortable large room. Lift access. King size bed. 2 sitting chairs. Bar fridge. Nice bathroom shower over the bath. Room view over the canal. Windows open for fresh air and also double glazed for noise reduction and temperature control. Good block out curtains for sleeping. Walking distance to international train station- Gare du Nord. And subway access to sightseeing attractions. Breakfast included was good. Tea/coffee French bread and jam or croissant, granola and yoghurt. Also can have a wine or beer at the end of your day in the bar which over looks the canal. Many cafes, restaurants and patisserie to choose from. Laundromat close by. Extremely helpful staff with directions and information about trains. I cannot thank or praise them enough for helping us and sharing their local knowledge.

Fabulous!
The location is great ,hotel stands on Saint Martins canal both the view of it from the room.There are a lot of different cafes for breakfast,coffe and dinner.Not so busy area.Carrefour shop is 2 minutes walk.The Republique Metropolitan is 8-9min walk.You can walk 40min get to Musee de Louvre,Montramartre
There are nice staff in the room like tea,cattle ,shower gel .The room was cleaned every day.The bed is comfy .Big mirror and good hair -dryer.
It could be some bottle of water provided in the room;)

Exceptional
Staff were friendly and helpful, the local knowledge was so useful at a time when there was rioting in the city.
I was only on a single night stopover and the location was perfect, straightforward to get to and plenty to do in the immediate area.
Super comfy bed, and lovely to be able to have the big windows open and enjoy the canal side bustle.

Room with a view
Although the room was small it was v clean, compact &had a lovely outlook over the canal St Martin(which we also took a 2hr cruise along to the Seine) -fab. The bathroom was small but had a fantastic shower pressure &v clean .The bed & pillows were comfortable .The curtains blocked light &although a busy street it was never too noisy. Chaim on the front desk was fabulous ¬hing was too much of a problem & he happily & informatively answered all our questions.All the staff were v good. The metro was not too far & there were lots of lovely cafes to eat in.around us .
The television was not connected & even though we wouldn't have used it a lot, it would have been nice to catch up on world news as cable television was advertised or just to chill out with a movie after walking Paris all day .Disappointing as we weren't told this on check in or given an alternative room

A real treat of a hotel
Fantastic - well designed and very tastefully decorated room in a great location. The room was well equipped with good storage. The third bed was very makeshift but okay for a small child.
The room was very noisy esp. during the summer weekend, being on the canal. And the shower leaked badly, most likely a design fault.

Great value for money in wonderful neighbourhood of Paris
It was a small hotel with only 12 rooms and we were on the top floor. Our room had a very clever design and therefore was very spacious. We loved the are and the facilities. Breakfast was made by the exceptionally friendly staff , we would love to come back here! Also such a nice neighbourhood with boutiques and bars.
Maybe the mattress was abut soft for my personal liking, but you might find it perfect.

Couldn't have been more perfect.
The location and neighborhood were perfect. When our taxi driver dropped us off, he said "you're staying in the REAL Paris!" (Meaning not the tourist trap areas)
Nothing we didn't like. We loved it so much we are looking into getting an apartment there in the future so that says a lot.

The room was spacious. The shower was great and had very good pressure, the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner , and soaps) were of high quality. Breakfast was limited in choice but high quality: the cereal were delicious and coffee good. I liked having books in the room. The location is so romantic, view is scenic.

I had a great stay at Le Citizen. The room has a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but great, the best orange juice I had in a long time. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay, and even after when they hold my luggage for a bit after checkout. The area is very served with restaurants and bars and public transportation. The view of the room was very pleasant, overlooking the canal.
The streets can get a little loud at night, but they do provide ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper.

Staff was excellent, helping a lot. Location near to 3 matro stations. And train. Economic stay near carrefour and transfix. The canal view is very calm.
