Beautiful and quaint! We had a wonderful stay!

Walls are definitely thin but this is hard to help in a historic building. I much prefer the character of the building to soundproofing but if you are a light sleeper you may feel different.

Very expensive for the quality of the room. Tiny shower. Poor air conditioning.

We were robbed from our ‘secure’ room safe. All our money was stolen sadly.

Was a sweet hotel in a good location.

It was tired not a nice as the photos. The carpet in each of our rooms was stained, bathroom very small, very limited hanging space for clothes, air conditioning was very loud. Had 4 pieces of jewellery stolen from our safe, management was responsive but only suggested going to local police. No compensation given. Very upsetting.

We loved the stylish, boutique-style decor of the lobby, restaurant, and room. The courtyard was an especially nice bonus, with sweet-smelling jasmine climbing the walls and lots of shady places to sit and enjoy breakfast or an afternoon apéritif. Our room was a little bumped and bruised, as many hotel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, so it may not be comfortable for larger people, but was fine for my daughter and I. The staff were all friendly and willing to help, and gave us some great suggestions. The breakfast was lovely - no hot dishes - but great coffee, homemade yogurt, fruit and a selection of breads, meats, and cheeses were perfect. We loved the location, as we felt tucked away from all of the tourist crowds, yet we were still within easy walking distance to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, a metro station, and plenty of great cafés and restaurants. We would definitely choose to stay at Hôtel Bienvenue again!!

We didn’t realize we had air conditioning in our room until the day we checked out - no one’s fault but our own - but we would have been more comfortable sleeping at night if we had known it was there!

The room was very small (only room for the bed). Bathroom was run down and shower leaked. The room was on the street so was very noisy as lots of roadworks happening from about 7am. The air conditioner does not work.

Hôtel Bienvenue is near Metro and bus stops. Anywhere in the city of Paris is easily reached from the hotel. It is a charming hotel with a lovely inner courtyard. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning didn‘t work properly. It turned off after 20 minutes and had to be restarted. Never really did the job.

It is beautifully decorated and centrally located.

The elevator is pretty small. We cannot take all pour luggage at once.

our room just probably needed some upkeep maybe somewhere to put luggage like a bigger desk or something. repaint bc there was some stuff on the walls

it’s pretty and cozy! gorgeous old elevator and the room looked nice. the bed was so comfortable and the bath products were wonderful.

it’s a bit loud as the hallways are small and everything is close together so I could hear my neighbors speaking loudly in the AM. If sensitive to noise this might not work for you but for me it was ok.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel - the lobby and common areas were super trendy and well-designed. The staff was available and friendly whenever we stopped by the front desk for information, wine, etc., and Patricia was especially helpful with our booking changes. They even added some decorations for our honeymoon, and provided some goodies when the original room we booked wasn't available due to a plumbing issue. A lovely stay overall.

The room and elevator were tiny, but wasn't unexpected in Paris.

It’s a small hotel so perfect for a weekend but not much room if you’re staying longer with lots of stuff. Also it’s a bit noisy from other rooms and the hallway

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Everything was ok. The paintwork was a bit tired and silly thing like the shelf in the bathroom was too high and needed another one. You always need extra space in hotel bathrooms for washbabgs etc.. and needed an extra mirror in the bedroom. Liked the comfy bed.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and upscale decor throughout. Also really appreciated that our room was quiet!

The only downside to our stay was that the heat in our room didn’t seem to be working. It was especially cold during our visit and it was not ideal to come back after a long day to a cold room. We did tell someone at the front desk and they provided an extra blanket but it wasn’t quite enough.

The hotel was located close to a Metro station and lots of cafes and mini market. The room size, bed and bathroom was great. I appreciated having a robe! I enjoyed having a window overlooking a pretty church. I didn't use the mini bar but I liked all of the options being available.

I would have liked better coffee in the room or the option to take some easily in the lobby. I don't want food right when I wake up but I appreciate good coffee. In addition, I could hear the people next door so adding a bit more insulation between rooms with adjoining doors could be nice.

Great location, lobby area was beautiful. Rooms were tiny but comfortable and I loved our view onto the street below. Very glad we booked two rooms. Appreciated the soundproof windows when things were a little noisy outside.

Room was so very tiny as to challenge utility. Not having even a shelf to put a glass of water next to my bed was very inconvenient for a five night stay. Bottle of water had chunks in it which was a bit gross.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were so lovely. The hotel was really nicely designed and was in a brilliant location, really close to a metro for easy access into the city centre.

The lift was very small, also we didn’t have hot water for a third of our stay. That was sorted very quickly though!

We really love the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to get to the metro and eateries.

The rooms were quite close to each other, there was some noise. Nothing big.

Not as close to the attractions as expected

The communal areas were lovely, entrance hall and breakfast room had a nice atmosphere and the outdoor terrace was great, especially in the evenings.

Sadly the room was a little bit tired and didn't really reflect the photos. There was substantial damp in the bathroom above the shower and the shower itself leaked all over the floor. Also had an issue with unclean linen when we arrived. Lots of potential just needs some tlc.

Great location & excellent for a weekend trip. Our rooms were small but comfortable, who needs a big room when you are in Paris? There’s too much to explore outside! The hotel has a very peaceful garden courtyard terrace in which to unwind. Lovely planting and green space, one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

Good location, 3 mins from metro and W I think easy walking distance of a number of restaurants. Staff were helpful.

I would make sure the carpets where deep cleaned soon. there where quite some stains in the room and the hallway. I personally don’t like it when towels are changed every day I would implement a system where the guest can ‘comunicate’ with room service if they want there towels changed. For example: towel on the floor= change the towel please. This is better for the environment ;)

The bedroom was very clean and the bed was extremely big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

As someone who can only sleep in complete darkness, I had a little trouble in the mornings, as the shutters didn't close all the way up and it was bright in the bedroom.

Such a cute and stylish hotel! I loved my stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. It’s a great location and great value for money.

Location is good, very quiet street and view to the yard was not a problem as it was full of trees. Also we have just neighbor on the floor. We were able to leave all our belonging prior and after the check-in. The staff was friendly

Room is really small (but this is usual for Paris) and not enough sockets or they located uncomfortably.

Door lock in my room wasnt easy to lock. I reported this a couple of times but worse was, that on the last day I came back in the evening to an unlocked room (after housekeeping I assume). This should never happen :-)
