1 KM walk from Gare du Nord. Rooms were specious. Need to improve on breakfast

Good location near the metro. Ensuit dorm was good and spacious. Clean and generally a great hostel.

My locker was a bit broken. A little far away from the city.

Excellent shower. Hangers. Clean room. Excellent lifts. Staff spoke good English. Good air conditioning.

Double bed with 2 mattresses. Complete lack of hotel events with even the club closed.

The twin beds are very small, and it says daily housekeeping service but we had it only once out of 4 nights.

Nice location, clean

No microwave, no fridge, no kitchen, and most importantly no curtains with bed…when you sleep on an upper bed and someone turns on the lights, the light on the ceiling is too close to your face…

charging for luggage storage and very expensive prices, all the other places I’ve stayed were free of charge

The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room.

The shower area was a little grimey.

Some people made some noises even late There was no hot water The pipes seem to be blocked, making the sewage system be problematic

Shower need urgent clean, more mould than grout, carpet super dirty, neighbourhood bit dodge for solo traveller.

We were surprised to not hear noises or people taking etc pillows were too little but we requested a couple extra and we got them super quickly.

Everything was great, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't check in early. I had to wait until 2:00 PM to get my room, which was a bit tiring after my journey.

Room is ok and clean.

The toilet in the eating area dirty and smell bad . Receptionist are 2 in the front but inly 1 is working and assisting the other guy just doing reading ...he alsready saw long line of customers but didnt help.... No lounge for waiting area.have but not comfy enough

Location, security, how clean it was. Overall personnel is nice and respectful and they would let us have hot water from the machine for free for us to drink Argentinian mate. The room was huge and the view impressive.

Should have a better spot for guests to sit down to eat, for example, when we're not using the restaurant. I was removed from there when they saw i brought food. Then i had to seat in one of the 3 tables they have in a roofed patio which was pretty cold. My girls had just showered and later one of them had a caugh. On the other hand, we had personnel opening Our door THREE times without knocking. The last time it was a man (we were a grown woman and my two girls) at 12.30 when we had paid for late check out. He was not rude or anything but questioned "arent you leaving at 1 pm?" Well yeah we were changing clothes to leave, still within our paid time. Knocking the door would have made the difference. I sent them an email this morning because i had a problem with the washing machine and got charged twice. Ill see what it comes out of that.

No towel. So this is the minimum we expect: a shower and a bed. They sell the towel. The bathroom with no light and no drainage.

We had a family room. Very spacious and beds were ok for a hostel. A bit pricey for a hostel.

Everything was good except the bed was bad, made of plastic, uncomfortable, and made you sweat, so I think they should change it.

Great location and lots going on even just here at the hostel. Really ideal for traveling, whether, you’re in the go or staying for a while!

Some paint fixes and easy wear and tear fixes left undone.

The installation is poor, bed is comfortable but there’s no courting to give you some privacy, even in a mixed dormitory, as a female solo traveler I didn’t feel comfortable. The blinds were destroyed in my room, so it doesn’t work. The bathroom was covered by mold. Besides the hostel is happening a building renovation, so it’s very loud since 8am.

The bedroom/linens were clean. Nice view from the 8th floor balcony. For how busy the reception area could be the room was quiet with little noise from the hallways or other rooms.

The air conditioner was not working.

The location was near the colonel Fabian metro station and for just a night it was okay to stay. The staff was polite.

My bed was not made when I checked in, the room toilet was not working and it was dirty. It was fixed in the evening after I complained at the reception. The hair dryer in the room was also not working. Their breakfast buffet was okay at maximum. Having stayed at their Amsterdam property I can say that it exceeds expectations whereas this was mediocre at best.

The rooms are clean and reception staff friendly. Bar staff were great and the bar had a nice vibe.

Better communication between reception and room checkers would be helpful as I was woken up and told to move rooms despite having extended stay the day before and agreed with front of house to stay in same berth. Beds lack curtains or any form of privacy which is surprising given most hostels have these. Would be helpful if late night arrivals (1am etc) were preemptively told not to hold loud conversations and turn on all the main lights in dorm rooms! Bathrooms are clean but there's no ventilation whatsoever in the rooms or bathrooms which means furry black mould on some of the grout. Only a couple of hooks to place belongings and water floods the floor meaning high chance of things getting wet. Some basic self-serve facilities would have been nice. Overall this is probably a great place for a cheap group/backpacker stay but if solo I would recommend elsewhere or booking a single room unless you're a very heavy sleeper.

Good value and the dorms themselves were nice and comfortable. Location is pretty good with public transport options right outside.

The the ensuite bathroom facilities were a little more run down and the lights didn't work properly.

Nice atmosphere and good common areas. The café staff were especially amazing and very friendly. The location was also convenient.

The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well.

It was a great place. I had a great time in my hostel. The room.was neat, the toilet and bathroom.was nice, i enjoyed the warm shower and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff were nice too. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers on budget.

Price x offer is pretty good, activities organised in the place, foood, drinks and staff are great too. Well located too a but far from city centre where the moat of the sightseeings are but easy connected for taxis, uners, buses and metro.

Shared common areas such as toilets arent as clean as expected.

The staff were very kind. They kindly helped me with my transportation inquiries to the station. There was a bed light and a USB outlet which was convenient.
