excellent location, walking distance to waterfront and most attractions; spacious room, all clean and nicely presented. chromecast on TV is a nice touch; staff was v. friendly too and helped sort an issue around duplicate bookings

the bathroom itself is nice and clean, but the door doesn't fully close which means you can hear everything...

Nice workers, smile and polite, perfect location beautiful room and confortable bed. Most important it was clean!

Love the lounge, the room is cosy, and the location is great to walk to Parliament Hill, museums, etc.

Clean. Sophisticated/modern look which I liked. I liked that you couldn't operate the elevator without your room card, so that provided extra security. Staff were super helpful.

No microwave or fridge in the rooms. I asked for fridge which I graciously got; however they didn't have a microwave to offer so i had to eat my leftovers lukewarm. I think microwave and fridge should be part of basic amenities offered in every hotel room.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Location was great for accessing Parliament Hill and the Byward Market area was a short walk away. Facility is relatively new and beds were comfortable.

Parking near the hotel was difficult. There is no parking available for guests, and the nearest lot was around $25 per day.

Lighting setting is not convenient - one switch to turn all lighting on or off. TV not easy to start with - take times to do chromecast stuff. Not easy for me who is not a tech savvy.

Lack of parking, in-room coffee was not good at all, lot of wasted space in the room, would have appreciated a bar size fridge in the room and a few more towels of different sizes.

A totally enjoyable and centrally-located downtown hotel. Modern "industrial" vibe, stylish furnishings, pool table, lounge and work spaces and a caffe/bar. Spacious room with queen-size bed, comfy mattress/duvet/pillows, sitting area, ample lighting, closet with hangers, desk, large TV, coffee-maker, small fridge, large bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. Super-friendly and helpful reception and staff members.

Not a huge issue, but if you are a light sleeper and your room (on a higher floor) faces a rooftop with HVAC system, please note that there is a continuous hum. While not terribly loud, the sound is always in the background. I don't know if lower floors are also affected by this sound.

It's a nice modern hotel with a perfect location to walk the city. Friendly staff. We had a great time. The room was big, very clean and comfy.

Just a few opportunities for dinner dishes at the bar. And during the weekend there were very little alternatives to eat around the hotel.

Lots of space to move around in the room, the bed sheets were very soft and comfy… love white bedding! Bathroom is spacious and has shelf to put our personal stuff out… don’t have to keep everything in our luggage.

The air system was very noisy and prevented us from having a good night sleep. The bathroom door was extremely noisy… needs to be repaired.

Beautiful design of this newly renovated hotel was a great experience.

There is no view from the hotel room

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The lady in the reception and the 2 people who worked at the Bar when I watched the soccer EM game Germany against Denmark were just awesome and had a nice chat with them. Kind regards for everything, Peter

Good sized room and bathroom with shower. Close to Parliament metro station and Parliament buildings.

Despite booking made using debit card, when we arrived, we were told that debit cards aren't accepted, so had to use my credit card. That increased the price by £20 due to additional charges by my credit card company. No kettle for us tea drinkers. Frosted glass between shower and bedroom so lacks privacy.

Well located downtown Ottawa

Room and premises were spotless clean, modern equipment/bathroom. Love the fact that it's also an sustainability-certified hotel. There are no extraneous wrappers for soap, or those little sample size plastic bottles. You scan a QR code for the hotel guide. Location is in the business district, 5 min walk from Parliament Hill and 10 min walk to Byward Market and Rideau Centre. Very quiet at night, I felt I was alone on the floor!

The view from the room was disappointing. Although on the 10th floor, maybe I was just unlucky and got a view to a dismal, closed-off narrow alley with no sunlight. However natural light was OK during the day. The cafe downstairs is very basic, but good if you don't want to go out. There is also a bar but it closes at 11 pm (although it says 2 am in the room...), so maybe not the best place for a last call on the weekend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff--- even at 3am! The facilities were clean and quiet. I loved the Chromecast with the TV.

I wish that the price was just a bit more affordable. While I loved the staff and the room, there were no extra amenities to really justify the price for one person. That being said, I understand that most hotel prices are really high right now.

Room layout. Minimalist. Clean clean. Want to avoid hotel bugs. Having. The Goat cafe or coffee is an excellent idea given the lack good coffee places close by and available eateries.

Nothing per se. Downtown Ottawa has few amenities in the weekend. Perhaps hotel could have provided more assistance there but that is not really their fault.

Very clean and great interior design. Our room was just the right size and cleverly designed. The staff were great and the lobby was a nice place to be.

Excellent location. Rooms are very clean, stylish "loft" design, and recently renovated/constructed (almost appear brand new).

Despite having individual temperature controls for the room the room temperature would never go below 22C. Parking is available in an above-ground garage across the street but be aware that it is NOT secure, and on the day I left someone had their vehicle broken into.
