The location was great. It is located on the main shopping road of Nice and near the Tram station—also very near to the central train station, just a 5 min walk. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom and toilet can be more comfortable. We preferred to eat outside instead of eat at the hotel. Because it is too expensive at the hotel.

I arrived per my cab driver at street address #47. It was a locked apartment entrance. I called the Sonder telephone number. The guy on the phone was a complete nightmare. I was calling from the street & it was difficult to hear as I repeatedly told him. It was also extremely hot. But he insisted on being as unhelpful as possible calling it privacy. He asked a million questions to prove it was me & asked for me to spell something basic. The explanation was that 47 continued on the next block on the other side of McDonald’s in a bizarre numbering pattern. This person should have been aware & quickly sent me on my way. Given the strange address location this should have been drawn to my attention prior to arrival. They hounded me with an insane number of emails over the 10 months since I booked, they certainly should have explained that. They had an onerous pre-checkin requirement & I kept receiving conflicting information on whether my reservation was confirmed. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Stop bothering me with virtual check-in that does not work. Also, I booked another Yelo and found out on the same day that booking procedure with Booking was unclear and I ended up in this Yelo.

Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. Location is great for shopping.

The storage space for two people was less than I expected. Bed is located in the middle of the room, leaving some space on the right near the window, where dust collects. The bathroom was most of the time cold and wet, even when ventilator is on. If you have cold feet, bear that in mind. Depending where your windows are, be prepared to face crowded McDonald's :D.

Location was amazing! Only a few minutes walk from Nice Ville and was close to many walkable areas.

A little bit noisy over the night due to nearby the street

Location was perfect, very close to the tram stop, train station and easy access to the Old Town, retail shops and cafes (we managed to walk most places). The staff were great and very helpful!

Our room could have been better maintained, quite a bit of wear and tear and marks on walls and doors that may have been wipeable.

A bit of a walk to the old town of Nice.

The property has had its server or e-mail hacked resulting in customers like us getiing dozens of phishing spams both e-mail and SMS. Of course we can block the sender, but the company should ´do something about stopping it knowing the number is 1 415 212 4979.

The front desk staff was super helpful with my situation. Luggage didn’t arrive on time and I didn’t have a charger or adaptor. She tried her very best to help me and I could even check in earlier. Ended up I got everything and the stay was delightful. Location was great.

There is very limited storage in the room. No drawers and one small hanging rail that is positioned above the tea/coffee making facilities. Rail only suitable to hang shirts etc nit dresses. Room fine for short stay but too small for a week of longer

We had a pleasant stay at Sonder Yelo Jean Medecin, and I think it was good value for money. Here is what I liked most: - The staff is super friendly, speak great English and were very helpful. We were assigned a room on the 1st floor, facing the noisy street, and we were able to move to a very quiet room with balcony on the 5th. - The beds and pillows are very comfortable. - I liked the simple, but modern design of the rooms. - The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all major attractions. - The hotel and the rooms were clean

What I liked least about my stay was the first night: I put in my booking requests that I'd really like a quiet room, because it was our first time away without our baby so we wanted to catch up on some sleep. Unfortunately, the room was on the 1st floor, facing the center with a lot of windows so we were kept awake all night by the noise from the tram, people, cars. Luckily we were able to move to another room the next day, which was a downgrade in room type, but at least it was nice and quiet. Lastly, I would not stay at this hotel again because of the location. It was in the center of Nice, but in a bit of a dodgy, dark part next to the McDonalds. Next time I'd stay in the old center or closer to the coast.

Hotel is located on the main shopping street which leads to the sea. Rooms look new and clean. WiFi worked well.

Rooms are tiny. Due to the size of the room and finishes in the room it feels like a upgraded ibis hotel. Breakfast was minimal, few options in bread choice, not much of savory options. Parking is very narrow to get in by car, it is not optimal with calling to get in and out. The concept of the app needs some more work.

Yelo Sonder offers a prime location close to the city's train station and high street, with easy access to trams for convenient transportation. Additionally, the beach is just a 15-minute walk away.

The rooms are quite small and didn't have space for our baggage(big suitcase). We weren't notified that the breakfast need to be paid.

The area was very central and therefore quite noisy. The air conditioning was not switched on (as it was April), however the room was warm and we needed the window open, consequently it was quite noisy, particularly at night

The location is in one of the most interesting parts of the city with easy access to all the places to see. Walking distance to the Promenade and a host of restaurants and cafes close by.

The room was a bit too small for my use as it had little space for my work gear such as my computer etc. If I had travelled with my wife, it would have been a little challenging by way of space. The system for control of the car parking worked, but required phone calls to get the garage door opened for each entry.

Advertised as having Aircon but couldn't sleep because of how warm it was on night 1, asked if someone could check the Aircon and they told us they weren't putting it on for another 10 days

The decor of the hotel was very classy, and the staff was exceptional, very warm and welcoming, and had the capability to make the guest feel very taken care of.

Very well located - tramway stop is just 2 mins away. They’ve got cozy, clean and stylish room. Amenities are nice. Staffs are friendly.

Even though we tried to control the temperature with the thermostat, we couldn't keep it consistent. It would work for a short while and then stop. As a result, the nights were quite chilly, and we ended up slightly cold, leaving us feeling unwell due to catching a cold. However, that was the only inconvenience we encountered. Otherwise, the cleanliness, the room, the staff, and the hotel's design, along with its excellent location, were all superb.

The property is very clean with modern facilities especially the smart TV which enables people to screen broadcast and watch our favourite show/ listen to music!

Very small room with shower in the room- didn’t realize there’s no door. As I was staying there with Family member we had to take turns and one person had to go downstairs to the kitchen. Bad smell from restaurants through the window- not possible to turn on A/C at all and open the window to get any fresh air.

the location was perfect! it was very central and everything was in walkable distance from the hotel. there were a bunch of different restaurants around and different stores that sell little knick knacks. the staff was so kind and helpful. the room did seem a bit bigger in the photos but it was still amazing.

the check in time is a bit late but they allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was great. one thing that was missing was an actual closet in order to store clothes because the room was small so we couldnt just open our bags.

There was a constant smell of vinagre in the elevator and the shower situation was a bit uncomfortable with the see through curtain.

The team was super nice! I had issues in My first room with the chromecast, the woman in the reception, went with me too see if she could fix it, when she couldnt she found me a New room quickly and made sure everything worked before moving me, so nice of her and the room was even bigger than the one I had chosen which i did not expect at all!

Maybe the hotel and rooms in general needs some painting? I think thats the only room for improvent i can see as it made the room not look clean even though it was
