The hairdryer is really bad. My room was facing the street, so there was plenty of city noise. In addition to that, I could hear every guest in my floor walking in and out of their rooms.

The room was very spacious, clean, accessible to tram, train station and all the high steer shops, cafe’s and restaurants.

My tea bags was not replenished daily. I have to collect them from the reception.

The staff were very accommodating with how and where to park our car.

The location was great as I was travelling by train and I love walking. The staff were really kind and helpful. The place was clean and the bathroom is decent size

The room on the 5th floor was really noisy, sound insulation really poor, no heating adjustment was possible and my room was like a sauna.

Staying across 3 nights with my elderly parents to reminisce with them about S. France. Excellent new rooms. Efficient lift and brilliant staff. Not sure why the free coffee in the lounge area was switched off after breakfast vs what the website says.

Stayed 3 nights in total -across two bookings. Location was great for Nice Ville station.

It is really nice and cozy hotel, the location is excelent (15 minutes walk from Place Massena). The staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was very good with a lot of different options.

The good: - Location - Room decor - Value The bad: - Too many notifications and emails. Property sent at least 6 emails to check in online. - Slow wifi - Very poor breakfast.

the mattress on our bed was ruined. I mean, it had indentations on the sides, like little holes. They're probably where people sit, but it made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I didn't report it earlier because changing the room would have caused too much confusion during my 2-day stay.

Nice extras like free water from a dispenser and access to fresh towels. Helpful and friendly staff and very comfy bed.

Rooms were super tiny, so one night suitcase and the floor is full. But no false promises - we knew that before.

The hotel has great location but even though it’s on a busy street it was quiet inside. The staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room had tea and coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Iv stayed there for eight nights and the size of the room was fine for me. If there were two people I would look for a bigger room.

Beautiful room, big windows and lots of natural light. Very comfortable bed and blackout blinds. Great location, 5 mins walk from the main station.

The room I stayed in overlooked the main street, so there was quite a lot of noise from trams and people. Was fine with ear plugs but wouldn't recommend this room if you're a light sleeper.

it can be a bit noisy from the outside - windows are not 100% soundproof. a button on the shower regulator was broken. staff came to inspect it and confirmed the problem existed, yet it seems it wasn't repaired, but that's fine.

I really liked this place. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very nice. The room was perfect for one person. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

My room was quite noisy from the lift unfortunately and people could be quite noisy outside of the room.

- Excellent central location a 5 minutes walk from the Nice Ville train station and 15 minutes from the beach. - Fast free wifi and chromecast on the TV. - Newly renovated rooms. - Cheap room rates in January.

- Given the price, the breakfast was slightly disappointing. - Located in a busy area with noise from the many trams and people passing by. The windows do keep most of the noise outside though.

Very nice hotel and a very comfy, clean, room. It's modern, with new furniture, a small toilet and a bath inside the room. There is good wifi, TV with the option to connect your device and apps. Also, they provide a small tablet in the room where you can browse city map, recommendations, attractions and so on. The bed was comfy the linen soft and smelly well. Bathroom accessories were available as towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. The staff was very polite and nice, talkative, speaking good English. We had a few convo with some of the people at the reception. You can leave your bags upon departure if you need more time in the city before your flight.

I have booked a Superior Queen room especially because of the bright room pictures and nice city view with big windows. We received the darkest room in the hotel with one window looking into the backyard (which is so tiny and dark, that you can see the windows of the other building and the roof of the breakfast place. We couldn't wake up because of the darkness even though the weather was nice and sunny. On check-in when we saw the room I got down and asked the staff why we were given this room and he said there were options for different prices which I haven't seen in the booking process! The only option was to include breakfast and free cancellation. Guys, when you give an option in the booking, at least put the right pictures for the right room that I'm going to receive! It was a huge disappointment because we booked this hotel, especially for the street view and bright room.

There is no access with a car, and there are no instructions on how to get there. You have to request room cleaning.

The people who greeted us were really nice and helpful. They gave us info about where to eat the best food and the museum opening times. The hotel was easy to find and the area was full of coffee shops and twenty minutes away from the old city. We will visit again!

It would be nice to have the cleaner come every other day.

The breakfast staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the location was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is above restaurants so we could smell coffee brewing, which was great, Our windows opened onto an interior courtyard, so the smells of trash and sewer were pungent.

It would seem to be a bit hit and miss. My room was great, because overlooking a side street. I think the rooms on the avenue might not be so quiet. The situation two minutes from the station is great if you are planning on hopping up and down the coast to visit. But if you're just coming for Nice, it would be better to stay nearer the seafront and old town. Finally, this hotel group has the most frustrating check in process. You panic when they don't send you codes three days before, only to discover that this hotel has a perfectly normal reception desk with friendly staff

The quality and choice of breakfast was excellent. The location was spot on: it is central in Nice, close enough the beach, on the main shopping street, very close to the station.

The room was only just big enough. I would have liked a little bit more storage space for clothes and shoes. Everything else was really very good.

Very clean and design interior, location is perfekt if you want to stay in the city center. Train station, tram station is near the hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and stylish perfekt for couples or for a few nights.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It had all the facilities that we are looking for in a hotel like a good bed, cleanliness and quietness. The hotel provided also free filtered tap water and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that we would use again.

Great location about a 3-5 minute walk to the station and close by to stores and restaurants. The room was very well maintained and clean. It was comfortable and cozy

The only down side was the room we booked (standard queen room) was quite small. There was really no room for anything we had 3 bags which all were in the hallway so the door couldn’t open properly which was a little inconvenient. However we would go again but maybe for a shorter time

Such a great location for absolutely everything Nice had to offer. Very basic but lovely hotel. Only offers breakfasts but is a lovely space for breakfast.

Found a couple of hairs here and there in the room but ultimately clean and a great stay.

Yelo Jean Médecin powered by Sonder was fantastic - although not in a great area of Nice itself. I cannot fault the staff at all, they were incredibly helpful and the gentleman when we checked in gave us a lot of fantastic Nice recommendations. The hotel was beautifully designed an quirky at the same time - fantastic.

When returning back to the hotel of an evening the area didn't feel particularly safe, which isn't the fault of the hotel - as it's on a main road you're likely to get this, but certainly something to think about.
