Location was excellent for touring Old Town and Harbor

Very small rooms and AC was challenging

The location was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very nice!

No face clothes provided in the bathroom. The glass panel on the bathtub was too small and moved - this created a flood on the bathroom floor every time we showered. The area was beautiful but VERY NOISY AT NIGHT. We had to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioner cranked to block out the noise of the restaurant music and the partiers who yell and scream all night down by the water.

The lift is very slow to respond to a call even though there is only 4 floors

Location was perfect. The actual hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly, however the room was exceptionally small. Albeit it had amazing views of the bay of Nice. With hindsight, I would have booked a bigger room, with a balcony.

Location was perfect, close to harbour and the old town. View along the promenade from room was spectacular. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant.

The room was fantastic, it was clean, spacious and the view was outstanding. For the price it was exceptional. The staff were attentive and everything ran smoothly.

The payment of the room at the end they seem to place a hold or charge you when you check in the first night then upon checking out they charge 2 seperate charges. One the first night then separately the remaining nights. It’s a backward system and very confusing. It felt like I was charged again for the first night. Why not just completely charge me the first night or charge all my nights at the end.

Fabulous view from our rooms, paid extra to have a sea view. Beds very comfortable, coffee and tea facilities good. Lovely scent in the bathroom.

Only one lift, max 3 people so staff and guests were using the same elevator. Bathroom outdated in style, as one guest was nearly 6ft tall so she had to crouch to have a shower in the bath.

The view! Amazing to have the sights and sounds of the sea right outside our window. Wonderful customer service, plenty of space. The balcony was great for relaxing on.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable but what can you do?

It's a Really Really Really nice hotel!!!!! Worth the money to stay. I believe they upgrade our room since we mentioned this is our honeymoon trip. The room is pretty big, tidy, and beautiful. I think this hotel has the most beautiful view among others. The location is great, we almost walk everywhere, and is very convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful too, we were very satisfied with their services. Anyway, this is very highly recommended!!!!! Nice trip marked my whole trip :)

The best feature of this hotel is its superb location. We had a sea front room with a balcony. The view a d thr sound of the sea was spectacular.

Location and VIEW

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and the water. It's beautiful and modern. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. We really loved the view from our room. We didn't have a balcony because they were booked, but I would suggest spending the extra money getting a balcony view room.

The room was probably the last one they had available, it was very cramped and located right off of the stairway.

Location is absolutely stunning, beautiful view of the promenade. Very convenient location next to the Old Town made it easy to get around and explore.

Our air conditioning did not work very well, as the sun can beat through the windows it could get quite hot in the afternoon.

Location, Location, Location! The Beach was just below the hotel crossing the road. Also, the staff was very friendly.

It would have been nice with a roof terrace and bar. The elevator is extremely small and slow.

The location is perfiect, close to the train station and beach. Around some cafes and shops. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

The customer service was excellent. Jennifer and Alessandro hats off. I was there with my mom on walker. They were very attentive to our needs. Great job you two. And actually everyone else, was extremely pleasant. The views from our room were exceptional.

Place is small. Elevator, rooms, restaurant. Parking was a bit of a pain. But that’s not unique to this hotel. It’s a problem in nice.

Good stuff, welcoming atmosphere, great location.

I made a mistake writing about a noisy air conditioner; it happened in a different hotel. However, in the Suisse hotel, the air conditioner was not flexible enough to lower the temperature on a thermostat; we had some discomfort with that at night.

Location is perfect.. Only limitation, it was not not possible to call an Uber, as Uber consider the location unreachable.

The aircon in the room was working in an unpredictable way.. Still OK, but not the best.

Problems with releasing my money on credit card used to secure booking.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for leisure travelers who prefer a beachfront holiday.

A lobby and a breakfast area are relatively small. It was compensated however with a spacious balcony in our room.

The staff was friendly and the room view was fantastic.

Unfortunately this is an expensive option as most accommodations in Nice as this was about 300/night and it's only justified by location and view for me.

Absolutely stunning location with amazing and uninterrupted views of the whole coastline all the way to the airport. Lovely, comfy rooms with nice big windows which were double glazed so no road noise at nigth.

Lounge/bar area isn't particularly inviting and given the location it's a shame the hotel doesn't make it more appealing and lively. We skipped breakfast as there are so many lovely places around serving great food in great locations - but it was our choice as I'm sure the hotel breakfast would have been fine but the room's a tad lacklustre.

Our room was PERFECT! It has amazing view of Promenade de anglais. Room is modern and clean. Strategic location, easy stroll to Saleya market, old nice town, Castel Hill staircase an the Instagrammable #I LOVE NICE are just right in front of Suisse hotel. will definitely come back again!

I think Location is the best of all the hotels in Nice. View from the window was amazing! Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. I would recommend this hotel highly.
