The location is great. Close to everything. The breakfasts were very good as well. The room was nice.

The hotel does not have a gym, bar or restaurant. I wanted to have a drink in the lobby before dinner but that is not possible. You also can not eat dinner at the hotel. The good news is there are tons of great restaurants close by, but if you have mobility issues (I was 2 weeks post hip surgery and limited in my walking ability) it forces you to walk to get food.

The location is very central, all places are within walking distance. The reception team was very friendly and lovely. The breakfast was really good. There was a lot of delicious selection of macarons and croissants. Our room was clean and big. We like that the toilet is separated from the bathroom so you don't have to wait for your family members :)

The location is so central to everything. The markets / beach / promenade & the old town plus the shops. Breakfast is amazing - so much choice ❤️

The location is fantastic! It's a tourist's dream come true! Everything is walking distance (what I mean is hop,skip & jump), be it LaPlage or Messina square!

Comfortable and clean room, perfect location. We liked breakfast. The staff is supportive.

Even in a 5 floor it was noisy sometimes, mostly from the street. There is not enough light in room in the evenings.

The cleaning crew were not on top of their game compare to the manager who was very prompt in taking care of the unfinished cleaning of the room and balcony

The hotel is in a great location. Everything is easily accessible from there, the old town, shops, numerous restaurants, the promenade. Best time to visit when its still warm and sunny but cooler in the evenings also the Christmas village is here in December. Great also for excursions to Monaco, Eze, Monte Carlo, Cannes and Antibes. The breakfast at the hotel was great, serving from 7am until 11am and lots of variety hot and cold. The staff were also very courteous and helpful and the hotel looked lovely festively decorated.

We found the large double bed to be two single beds put together, which is probably the norm for the room if twin beds are required, however we found them to be a little hard and dipping to the side. Also the pillows were too hard. The ensuite could do with redecorating and the basin also had a large crack in it. We would book a different room if we went again.

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the location was perfect. Breakfast was quite good and the selection was ample. There is a coffee machine available 24/7.

Wish they had supplied amenities in the bathroom.

Great location, staff very friendly. When I first arrived, the woman I think Francousca was here name was very helpful and friendly, showed me how to get the tram, train and places to visit, and a very welcoming person and nothing was a hassle to her

The only thing I didn't like and it's not a moan as you adapt to it,is the toilet is in a different room to the shower and sink, means you do the toilet then touch door handles etc to wash your hands. But that wasn't a problem just something myself personally didn't like

The bathroom was a little dated, the shower door had come off its runners so would not close properly. It would have been nice to have an additional tea and milk in the room daily.

Hotel is fairly small, no bar or evening restaurant…although obviously lots very nearby outside.. Room was decent although not sure i am a fan of the bathroom open in the bedroom??

We were only there for a short night but the room was fine and Reception were very helpful in getting us a taxi early in the morning.

We were upgraded to a nicer room, which was very nice. They provided fresh fruit as part of the upgrade. The location was excellent.
