Hotel Massena, Nice

Location is exactly in the city centre. It's short walking distance to all main attractions and exactly next to the Christmas Market. Staff was super polite, helpful and attendant (special thanks to Bouthayna in breakfast restaurant). Place is very friendly and clean and overall is highly recommended. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay so much

We loved the free upgrade to penthouse suite with terrace. Beautiful room, terrace with views over the town. Great staff, great location, right in the centre but quiet.

Breakfast was good but not at the same level and the breakfast room lacked natural light.

The property is a beautiful treasure of Nice. Situated close to everything good about Nice.

There is nothing I would criticise about the hotel.

Superb buffet breakfast - fresh Orange Juice, Real honey, proper local cheese and a very wide selection of hot, cold savoury and sweet foods. Location is perfect - close to trams, Old Town, Promenade Anglais and shopping.

Toilet room was separate to bathroom (good) but a little small (not so good - but manageable.)

The hotel is very well-located, right next to Massena station and next to the rue which is loaded with restaurants. It is also near the main street (Av. Jean Médecin) and pretty close to the promenade (walking distance). Extremely convenient location for everything you need to see and do in Nice. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The room (Standard Double Room) was relatively small for the price (I found better hotels for less nearby - so I wouldn't consider it 'good value for money'). It seemed quite old (wooden doors, etc. - but clean and maintained). The bathroom and shower were in 2 separate rooms (not a huge problem, but letting you know in case it bothers you). Nothing problematic overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent. Very central to the places and areas that i wished to visit Breakfast selection was good The reception staff very helpful in briefing this solo traveller of some of the must see highlights in Nice to view

There was nothing I could point out, except maybe the internet that had to be constantly reconnected but that is the case in many hotels, that was below expectations or a bit disappointing. Everything was consistent and accurate.

Front desk real support at night when we arrived late 4 hours due to airlines delay. Arranged to help find food when it was too late and everything was closed since we didn't eat for 18 hours. Thanks a lot for his support he found a delivery restaurant for us and helped on the language barrier. 🥰

The room was comfortable and even had a small balcony. The most important trait is the hotel's centrality, very close to the beach, two minutes from the beautiful Massena square, and yet very quiet.the staff was very efficient. Every single wish of ours was met instantly. The breakfast was lavish and fresh.

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to the beaches and the old town. The staff are polite and super helpful

The double basin in the bathroom leaves no space for placing make up / toiletries

It was ok. I had an issue which was resolved nicely at the end of my stay. I want to thank them however, the incident left a sour taste in my mouth.

Reception Staff especially Axelle made us feel welcome and was so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a great Location for sightseeing. The breakfast had a good selection.
