Hotel in excellent location. The staff was knowledge, accommodating and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast offer is very good with lots of variety.

Poor value as room was very small with limited lighting and bathroom had nowhere to set anything. The refrigerator while would be a bonus didn't keep things cold. And breakfast fee was expensive.

Great staff! Excellent location, central and safe. I liked deluxe with balcony very much, the balcony adds charm and space to the room. The bed was ok for me.

I liked the location , the comfy beds and the breakfast was lovely. The mini fridge in the room was very handy !

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I loved that the old style of the building was preserved. It was nice to have real glasses and coffee cups instead of paper. The location was perfect.

The room was hot and there was no fan or AC in the room.

Location was great! just off the main square, place Massena. Hotel was great. It was clean, lovely polite and helpful staff. Definitely worth the money. Would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend

My room was very hot and there was no air con so I had to sleep with Juliet balcony door open.

I had a great stay overall! The location is superb—very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around super easy. The staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added a nice personal touch.

The room had a bidet that was placed separately from the toilet, which felt a bit uncomfortable, especially when sharing the room with someone else. Also, parking isn’t free—it costs €35 per night, which I found a bit on the expensive side.

My room on the second floor was facing the back of building with big ugly pipes but the room was well sound proof so could not hear noise while sleeping . May be changing the thin curtains would be something to consider as they are rather worn out …

The staff are very enthusiastic, personable, friendly and pleasant. They are superb! The location couldn't be better. Get the Tram2 from the airport and it's approx 8 min walk or less from where the tram drops you off at Jean Medecin. It's right beside Massena Plaza which is within walking distance of everywhere. The breakfast was really good with great staff. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I would definitely come back here

The location is excellent, a short walk to main shopping area, the old town Promenade des Anglais and main attractions. Also , the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The extra large bed was very comfortable.

There was one waitress on one morning who practically rushed us out the door when finishing breakfast at 11.10. She took everything off the table that we weren’t using. Luckily we only met her on one morning out of four. All the other staff at breakfast were very pleasant.

The room was not the one I expected. The size and furnishings did not match the deluxe room as shown on their website. Also, it was impossible to turn on the water in the bathtub/shower without first stepping into the tub. The staff were informed but were unable to fix the problem.

Great locations! We visited in January so it was incredibly reasonably price. All staff were very nice and they gave us clear guide to where to visit/how to get there. We could borrow umbrellas which was very helpful!

All the high standards of Best Western located minutes from the beach and easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants in old town too. Also located conveniently close to the tram line but on a quiet street. Staff were super helpful and very gracious. Breakfast was excellent, very delicious! Value for money very good too.

Minor: the walls were a little thin in my room, occasionally could hear other guests’ conversations.

The location is great. Close to everything. The breakfasts were very good as well. The room was nice.

The hotel does not have a gym, bar or restaurant. I wanted to have a drink in the lobby before dinner but that is not possible. You also can not eat dinner at the hotel. The good news is there are tons of great restaurants close by, but if you have mobility issues (I was 2 weeks post hip surgery and limited in my walking ability) it forces you to walk to get food.

The location is very central, all places are within walking distance. The reception team was very friendly and lovely. The breakfast was really good. There was a lot of delicious selection of macarons and croissants. Our room was clean and big. We like that the toilet is separated from the bathroom so you don't have to wait for your family members :)

The location is fantastic! It's a tourist's dream come true! Everything is walking distance (what I mean is hop,skip & jump), be it LaPlage or Messina square!

Even in a 5 floor it was noisy sometimes, mostly from the street. There is not enough light in room in the evenings.
