Hotel Massena, Nice

The room was comfy and the location was great and breakfast is really good

Wifi didn’t always work well and the room was somewhat dark

Great location, staff very friendly. When I first arrived, the woman I think Francousca was here name was very helpful and friendly, showed me how to get the tram, train and places to visit, and a very welcoming person and nothing was a hassle to her

The only thing I didn't like and it's not a moan as you adapt to it,is the toilet is in a different room to the shower and sink, means you do the toilet then touch door handles etc to wash your hands. But that wasn't a problem just something myself personally didn't like

The bathroom was a little dated, the shower door had come off its runners so would not close properly. It would have been nice to have an additional tea and milk in the room daily.

Hotel is fairly small, no bar or evening restaurant…although obviously lots very nearby outside.. Room was decent although not sure i am a fan of the bathroom open in the bedroom??

We were only there for a short night but the room was fine and Reception were very helpful in getting us a taxi early in the morning.

We were upgraded to a nicer room, which was very nice. They provided fresh fruit as part of the upgrade. The location was excellent.

Not a hotel, just a good b&b. No facilities like bar or lounge. Unable to have late check out so had to camp in foyer

Room was very small, too small for two people.

Location is great, easy walk to the shops, the beach and to old town. The check in experience was excellent, very helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and room had cute little fench balcony looking onto street.

The walls are quite thin, on night one our sleep was disturbed by drunk people out in the street, and on night two it was disturbed by some girls partying in next door room. No issues on night 3 though. I would stay again but probably not in room facing street

Conveniently located in the center of Nice within walking distance from major attractions, promenade and shopping streets.

Rooms are small and if you don’t have a terrace that’s a disadvantage but actually who wants to sit in a hotel room in Nice?

Breakfast is not good - croissants seemed not to be fresh, coffee is more like cacao , fruits are not fresh etc.

As it is very central location, you need to be prepared for a very busy and quite noisy neighbourhood.

it is a normal 3 star standard hotel as far as I'm concerned regarding the room, it was like a re-decorated room with very little facility but very big space.

Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. Right in the heart of everything and very walkable.

The rooms although very small they were very clean. It was perfect because i traveled with my daughter but I would not want to be in a room that size with anyone else.
