Hotel CitizenM Times Square, New York

Everything was far beyond our expectations. Staff was wonderful, professional, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, well provisioned, and perfect for us today.

We have no complaints.

Hotel is in an outstanding location! It is very stylish and has a relaxed vibe. It is super clean and the rooms are well kept. Staff are very helpful and make you feel welcomed and they are very nice. Recommend for anyone planning on Times Square!

Location was great, clean room and love that everything can be controlled by ipad.

Breakfast was great - gluten-free options. The lobby is comfortable and invites to hang out out. The gym is small but very nice. The rooftop bar is great. Very friendly staff. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Immaculate room, delicious breakfast, perfect space to work downstairs and for coworking on the mezzanine and outside. A little pricey but always worth it as a business traveler- you know your audience!

It’s literally right in the heart of town square. Tons of eating options and you can walk anywhere in 15 minutes

Lobby, breakfast and bars were amazing! The lobby bar/restaurant seriously made me the BEST latte I’ve ever had! Staff were exceptionally friendly and our room was clean & updated. My son and I had a wonderful experience staying here for our first mother-son trip to NYC. Bringing hubby back soon!

Rooms are super tiny but to be expected at (most) NYC hotels.

The room design is not traditional but is well designed, very clean and comfortable. The fridge, safe, general storage are good.

I was not happy with the booking.com taxi transfer - I moved from one place to another and stood in a clear distinct place under the G as requested but I gave up after 20 minutes and paid for my own taxi.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and in a superb location. I hope to return to NYC on another trip and I would stay in the same hotel again. Great view of the city from the rooftop bar.

Great apartment in a perfect location and Alessandro was very helpful for the checkin and checkout. I will definitely go back to this place in Milan (either for work or visiting the city center)

There should be more breakfast options, and the rooms and other areas could benefit from better maintenance.

I believe the hotel would benefit from offering a wider variety of breakfast options. Additionally, both the rooms and other areas of the hotel could use better maintenance.

The location is perfect for all the sights. Plus the staff are exceptional. Especially Ben who made me a hot toddy to ease my laryngitis.

Room was quite small and the view was t that pleasant. It didn’t affect my overall stay though.

Great location, everything within easy access and walking distance. Good breakfast selection, nice room, great drinks & service.

Breakfast was expensive, especially paying $22 for a child. Would have been nice to have complimentary mineral water in the fridge.

Location was amazing very central, the hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was a bit small but really comfortable, I slept so well!

Rooms could be slightly bigger and breakfast could have more variety (more fresh options). Also a coffee machine in the room would be fantastic! :)

Amazing location. Very good breakfast. Very lively atmosphere at the lobby/bar.

The bed was awkwardly positioned under the window, with three sides against the walls. This made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get out of bed without having to climb over the other person.

Everyone on the staff was so helpful and pleasant. Great location to great food, subways, and entertainment.

Amazing location!!! So close to Broadway shows, subway, Times Square, etc. The bed was sooo comfortable and we loved the iPad controlled room and the fun features. The view from the rooftop bar was great (see picture). All the staff were friendly. They have what appeared to be a nice breakfast, but we did not participate.

The room may be a bit tight/small for some people. It was not an issue for us, but I can see others might not like it- particularly how the bed is up against the wall. If you’re sleeping on that side you’d have to climb over the other person to get out of bed.

it all worked well and great shower, very comfortable bed, and did what it needed to do. Good TV, facilities all very good. Good breakfast which was good value. Staff all very helpful.

I would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I would have liked more that the room was serviced everyday rather than having to opt in.

The location worked well for walking to most of my events and getting to my meetings. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Very good location

Tight space in the room

On par with the good contemporary European hotels - new, clean, efficient, quirky design, fast elevators, Hans grove bath fixtures with good water pressure ( unheard in NY hotels). Was very pleasantly surprised, will be back if the price stays that competitive. Breakfast is worth $20 a person.

NY prices and street noise, but location is spectacular:) nearby parking is $77 for 24 hours with taxes and congestion charge.

The location is great! The room was perfect for a solo traveler, and the bed was just amazing. The staff was friendly and nice.

Had some issues with the tablet, which were resolved by themselves in few hours, but it required some calls to the lobby, and a few hours that the tablet/tv didn't work.

Room was the perfect size for a solo traveler and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great - I planned this trip to see a handful of Broadway shows and most were within walking distance (Walter Kerr for Hadestown was less than a 5 minute walk and Music Box Theatre for A Picture of Dorian Gray was less than a 10 minute walk) or had subway stops right next to the hotel. Times Square was also about a 10 minute walk.

Perfect location, friendly stuff, easy & fast check in and check out! I love their concept, also bar in the lobby! CitizenM hotels never disappoint!

- Location: Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Hell’s Kitchen, MOMA, Rockefeller Center; subways upon exit - Facilities: bar with amazing view, gym, - Property offers the option for each day the room is not cleaned, a donation will be given to a charity; something that also is kind for the environment and the cleaners - Breakfast is amazing - Staff are helpful and friendly. Kudos to Kevin for helping me out with my check-in and making my stay in the hotel more comfortable. - Very interactive room where you can choose lighting, moods, TV channel from an Ipad. While it’s close to Times Square, the room is quiet.

Convenient location and buzzy.

Unfortunately one night the heater broke so it was very very cold overnight.

First and foremost the location is perfect!!!! Secondly, the room is super clean, quiet & mega convenient! Last but not least, the staff is formidable, super friendly, accessible at all time and highly professional. MASSIVE THANKS to Kevin& Paul whom made my stay comfortable and uniquely pleasant! I am, for sure recommending the CitizenM NY Times Square.
