The hotel is located in a perfect area. The hotel is modern and the design is beautiful. The room is cozy and clean but a little too small. Rich breakfast

The room is a bit too small for a couple to stay for more than one night. It would have been nice if there was an option to make coffee/tea.

That I could buy at a reasonable price - GOOD food/ The staff was very reponsive/ drinking water in the room helped /clean. I asked staff to check the heat & they had someone there in minutes. Reasonable price - I will stay there again.

The room was cold at first - weather chilly - the staff could have left the night shade down to protect the chill coming through the window- I put the heat up to 75 and it was ok but not as warm as the lobby. I wasn’t described to me how to leave the building late at night or early in the morning ? At 5am - no one at the desk. Using booking.com to make the online reservation - my credit card was compromised. The 3rd elevator wasn’t working and it wasn’t described to me how tho use it with the card. The sink drained slow & the faucet sprayed wide of the sink.

Location, staff, ease of check in / out, luggage storage facilities. This is the perfect hotel for visiting NYC.

The lift system is archaic and very unreliable. If you are on a high floor and can’t available the stairs this can be a headache.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room is so cozy! Honestly all you could need from a stay.

The heating in the room didn’t work, when I contacted reception I was told an engineer would fix it. That never happened. Not ideal when it’s -7 out. Didn’t have a great drinks menu at the bar which would have been nice to come home to after a long day which meant I bought drinks elsewhere

Rooms are rather small and cramped.

Really enjoyed the little things, the modern design of the room the use of technology and the overall white tone on the room felt very clean, also the closet space, small and compact but big enough for all my stuff outside the luggage and space to hold my 1 carryon luggage, price was around 200 per night, and thats ok for myself, but doubt I can make it work when its high seasona nd room is double that price.

Great set up in rooms and wonderful lounge area.

Lifts were being fixed so some long waits for a lift to go down each day.

I love the staff, very nice people and attentive, always smiling and willing to help. The location was perfect minutes from times square, central park, and several restorant around, I recomend Roseta bakery at the corner of the hotel, good pastris and sanwiches.

The bar does't have many option for wisky or wine.breakfast was good , will be better to add regular eggs, the coffe expresso was fair, but the barista could;t make the perfect cortado , too much milk or too strong. The rest was good.

It's my second time here and it did not disappoint! It's the best value hotel you can find in Times Square and it doesn't charge you any deposit (a huge bonus considering the market in NYC)! The subway is just around the corner, the breakfast is super delicious with plenty of options to choose from, the staff is super friendly and the views are amazing (even if you don't get a room with a view - I did last time and I can compare), not to mention the terrace has remarkable views. It's a clean hotel with plenty of room to relax, the elevators are super fast and they even hold your luggage for a couple of hours, for free!

You can tell it started to be dated and it's so sad. Since 3 years ago, the bathroom is dated, with stains and the scratched faucets, the corners of the furniture, etc. It's not a dealbreaker, but inevitable I saw the differences. Nevertheless I still will comeback for everything else!

The pillows are no longer soft— hard as rocks. I used to count on soft pillows at CitizenM and do need them for a comfy bed & sleep experience. Please bring back soft pillows!

See above. Also, no oatmeal!!! Used to serve oatmeal! Otherwise good experience.

Excellent room with a view! Hotel sits in a prime location to every direction you wish to venture. Rooftop bar with a splendid view of the city at night. Openbar until 2am Staff: professional, relaxed accommodating and welcoming - No acts, no pretence.✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Breakfast options were repetitive and slightly costly. Expected this location (as the European CitizenM) to be outfitted similarly. Had a couple minor challenges with a blocked bathroom sink and toilet seating, but it did not ruin my stay! Missed the kettle and tea tray in my room.

Great price for the area! It was close to everything!! Also, the lobby felt so comfortable, like a living room! The breakfast is delicious as well. The space is very efficient as well!

The bathroom. It is very close to the bed. You are in a plastic pod while the bed is about a foot away. I am shy for number 2 so I had to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom every morning.

Both myself and my partner have worked in hospitality for many years so we know what to look for and happy to wait if staff are busy, sorry to moan but the one and only issue we had one evening at the bar downstairs, it was quiet there was 5 staff talking amongst themselves they ignored us for around 10 mins. Wasn't very happy at the time.

Perfect hotel for couples city break retreat - excellent location within walking distance of Broadway, very comfortable bed, good vibe in common areas.

The hotel is amazing BUT very noisy.. I love the CitizenM hotels the vibe the breakfast etc and I visit them all the time but this one is too noisy

The hotel is in a very central area however there is a lot of noise I could not sleep in spite of the fact that they were very nice and moved me from floor 4 to floor 18
