The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and cooperative.

The room was nice, but the lighting wasn’t great. It had only one lamp beside the bed, which made it hard to see my stuff, especially at night.

the location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Love the homemade croissants! And the beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. Nice hotel for center of city.

we booked the loft room and the picture we saw was what we hoped to get. We did not know that there are several loft rooms and that we should have asked for a corner loft room for all the windows and unique space. Also we doin't think the parking should cost so much per day. Just adding some colorful pillows and a throw would make the room better than all grey and white.

My room was not available until after 10:00 AM, despite pre-paying $60 for early check-in. Furthermore, the bathroom exhibited extremely low water pressure.

It is centrally located, walking distance to China town, Cathedral, convention center. Convenience store was very close by. The hotel provides a fairly priced, comfortable stay with all what you need as a visitor, without extra luxury. Breakfast available in the hotel. Staff was professional and helpful.

Breakfast could have had fresh fruits that were cut up. Fruits available were not fresh.

We were given an extremely loud room, 2nd floor facing the street corner, massive crowds of revellers outside (Saturday night), also next to the elevator. Hotel was 90% empty. They could have so easily given us a quieter room but no, they didn't care. Breakfast was totally barebones, not even fruit juice.... But $20 per person? Really?

It is central to great locations. There are restaurants and stores near by. It was beautiful and convenient. I recommend getting the loft room, I was put on the 12th floor and had an amazing view. I am a solo traveler, but this room is great for couples because it has a romantic vibe to it. Housekeeping asked personally asked if I needed my room cleaned during my stay and did an amazing job.

It was close to the Downtown District. Room was spacious . Stayed in the Double Queen Suite

The cleaning staff did not clean our room the last day even though we specifically requested that it be cleaned. That was the only thing. Other than that it was really great. The rooms are on the smaller side but enough for two people and who needs a big room when you’re out and about to see Montreal?!

The location was perfect!

Hallways were dark, it definitely has an industrial vibe that I usually like but it feels ‘cold’, not as clean as I’d like. A bit more wear and tear than expected for the price I paid.

Location was perfect! Very close to all things you need. The staff were very helpful as well.The rooms are just the right size with bar fridges etc in them. Beds are comfortable and room was clean.

All in all pretty good value for your dollar.

Manager had upgraded us to an executive suite which was super spacious with a kitchenette, clean , quiet, great views & great location to Old Montreal & city centre.

The parking was valet parking offsite & vehicle was available only between 7am - 11pm.

You had to pay for orange juice or cappuccino with breakfast, which after you had paid $20 you would have thought it could be included. Rooms 910 and 918 were right next to the lift shafts and you had the constant whirring of the lifts day and night which should have meant we were told about this and maybe these rooms should not be so much.

It too 30 minutes to get my car from the moment I requested it. I had been told to request it 5 to 10 minutes before I needed it.

When we checked in the staff did not tell us we had to ask for our room to be cleaned the next day. We only would have wanted fresh towels. Also breakfast was very average.

Had a very nice loft corner room (note: loft rooms are close to elevators so you'll hear the occasional humming). Spacious and comfortable. Ideal for extended stays. Great modern lamps proving dimmed lighting and a calm mood. Will go back.

No stir sticks in the room! There is a coffee machine, coffee pods, sugar, coffee mate, and real glass cups, but nothing to mix (no spoon, no stir sticks, nothing!) I read that from other posters, but thought it was a single glitch. Well it seems it's a policy. Weird... should provide at least a reusable spoon! Had to use my toothbrush which is gross. Also, while the breakfast is good, it is not worth 20$ in our opinion. For that price you'll get something far better at a real restaurant around (do come here but bring a spoon and eat somewhere else!)

We generally liked our stay at the this hotel. The employees were very friendly and the infrastructure is new. The bed is comfortable and the airconditioner works great, which was very much needed during our stay (heatwave).

A minor thing was the the wi-fi, which they informed us at check-in would require daily sign-ins. Something I want to point out is that there is a lot of homelessness around the hotel. I'm not faulting the hotel for this at all since our impression was that it was similar for many streets in Montreal but I was glad I was traveling with my male partner as I probably wouldn't have felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our time there. Great location in terms of tourism as well!

The location was great, right downtown with an easy access to the public transport if needed. You can walk pretty much anywhere from this hotel. The room was large, lots of space for a suitcase. I felt really comfortable there.

Even though they performed daily cleaning, somehow the table and the night stand were always dusty. I cleaned the table once I checked in as I needed it. But it was weird to see uncleaned furniture at a decent hotel. I would not mention this should they have cleaned it the following day, but, surprisingly the night stand remained dusty throughout my stay. Otherwise they did clean the room itself.

Location was very good, close to old town and harbour. Liked the modern design of hotel.

Breakfast was so so. Good scrambled eggs and bacon, but charging $20 for breakfast and asks for $3 extra for a glass of orange juice that comes out of a carton…! Unheard of in my book. Also, we got the first night of sleep ruined by a broken mattress. This was explained to the front desk, and also to the maintenance guy in our room, that it was broken and needed replacing, and it was replaced and our second night was comfortable. Did not quite understand why access to inner courtyard was closed off as lounging there looked inviting with a night cap.

A bit noisy

The location is great. Very close to downtown and right opposite Chinatown. Lots of food options closeby and above all the hotel is pet friendly. If you are able to get a good deal this is a great hotel. I have seen the prices go way up in season.

The room was recently renovated and you can tell it wasnt someones best work. The bathroom felt okay but would really love a bidet installed. It doesnt cost much and makes a big difference.
