The location was great, right downtown with an easy access to the public transport if needed. You can walk pretty much anywhere from this hotel. The room was large, lots of space for a suitcase. I felt really comfortable there.

Even though they performed daily cleaning, somehow the table and the night stand were always dusty. I cleaned the table once I checked in as I needed it. But it was weird to see uncleaned furniture at a decent hotel. I would not mention this should they have cleaned it the following day, but, surprisingly the night stand remained dusty throughout my stay. Otherwise they did clean the room itself.

Location was very good, close to old town and harbour. Liked the modern design of hotel.

Breakfast was so so. Good scrambled eggs and bacon, but charging $20 for breakfast and asks for $3 extra for a glass of orange juice that comes out of a carton…! Unheard of in my book. Also, we got the first night of sleep ruined by a broken mattress. This was explained to the front desk, and also to the maintenance guy in our room, that it was broken and needed replacing, and it was replaced and our second night was comfortable. Did not quite understand why access to inner courtyard was closed off as lounging there looked inviting with a night cap.

A bit noisy

The location is great. Very close to downtown and right opposite Chinatown. Lots of food options closeby and above all the hotel is pet friendly. If you are able to get a good deal this is a great hotel. I have seen the prices go way up in season.

The room was recently renovated and you can tell it wasnt someones best work. The bathroom felt okay but would really love a bidet installed. It doesnt cost much and makes a big difference.

The hotel is very good - helpful and friendly staff, good and clean rooms and facilities; good, safe and convenient location. Breakfast is good. There is no parking, but there is good valet service.

Few things may be better. Our room was next to the elevator, sometimes it was a bit noisy. Also, sound insulation could be better.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast had a great selection of hot, cold and pastries. The location was a 5 min walk to the metro (Saint-Laurent (green line)) and 15 mind walk to old town. located at the top of China town section. Rooms were quiet! Felt like we were the only people in the hotel. It was also clean and rooms had a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Beds & pillows were pretty comfortable. Messaged with hotel before arrival and they were very responsive and helpful

We came for F1 racing weekend. I understand that all hotels will take advantage of this opportunity to capture the captive audience. But when the price is almost 3 times the regular rate it is hard to swallow but it is what it is. It was not worth the amount paid for the weekend. Their regular rates are more in line with the worth of the hotel. I would stay here again not on a race weekend. The pros are high. I just hate when hotels jack prices because they can-- they were not unique in this-- all the hotels were very hgh and they happened to be "the most reasonable"

Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Location was good.

The lack of information provided about the hotel and its facilities ie didn’t provide instructions on how to access wifi, how the breakfast in the adjoining restaurant worked and there was no tea spoon or even stick to stir coffee. No cutlery or crockery even though there was a microwave and sink. Had to ask numerous times for a spoon. Industrial aircon was extremely loud and you were unable to comfortably sit on lounge due to intensity.

Room was very expensive as expected for Formula 1 weekend. Room was clean but small. Location was not great, not many good restaurants etc. They charged us 3 times and it took several calls to resolve.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was hair in the shower drain. There was only half a roll of toilet paper available. The "terrace" was underwhelming. The area can get sketchy at night.

The elevator situation. One tiny elevator for the whole building. Yes stairs were available, I'm handicap and can't do 7 flights and we all know no one else is taking the stairs.

I like the view of our room overlooking the china town, old Montréal and Notre Dame tower. The hotel was in the center of downtown and old Montréal. (walking distance) And walking distance (appx 1 mile) from train station to our hotel. The room had a magnifying mirror :) The Metro station was behind the hotel about a 1/2 miles. They only had 1 elevator. And the staff did not service our room daily (change towel, tidy the room)

It’s comfortable and great value

We’ve stayed there several times now and are generally happy. However, every time we call we wait 15-20 min and no one ever answers the phone. Whether it be to manage our booking, arranging valet parking, or pick up our luggage. We can never reach anyone. It’s to the point we now just assume they won’t ever pick up.

Location is very convenient, just a few blocks away from the historic center. Rooms are clean, comfortable, equiped with a mini fridge, a sink and a microwave, and with plenty of space.

Breakfast is very poor - and it is definitely not worth the price. Also, the staff could be better trained, as when I arrived I asked about breakfast hours, and was told that it started everyday at 7:30 am. Then, I learned that on weekdays it actually starts at 7, and on a Saturday morning I discovered that on the weekends it is only after 8... I learned this in the worst possible way, because I had a professional meeting early in the morning, and so I had to go on an empty stomach. Also, the check-in process took longer than necessary.

No continental breakfast, gym is too small.

The room was great (loft on 12th floor). No plugs next to the bed and no bed side lamps so that was a little inconvenient. Nice view, clean space and beautiful. We also love the location! Walking distance to old Montreal, Place des Arts, and many other amenities.

The hotel is very friendly. The service at the reception is top notch and the restaurant is professional :) I would like to warmly greet the Frenchman from the reception and the bartender who cares about the health of customers :)

Long waits for the elevator, mirrors in the shower & right by the toilet were an odd design choice. The shower also could have used a curtain, water splashed everywhere.

The room itself was very spacious, well-laid out and super comfortable. The location was excellent.

The toilet did not work properly ever. It would not flush properly and so nothing would actually go down with a flush. I asked for a toilet plunger which they brought up right away. The kind lady offered to do it but I declined and did it myself but after an hour of plunging, it still did not flush properly. It was very late at night at this point and so I didn't call again as I was checking out the next morning but toilets should really be in proper working order before giving a hotel customer a room.

They upgraded our room to a studio, it was one of the best stays we have ever had. Studios are spacious and have all the facilities you can think about. We could even stay for months in this wonderful room. Location was good. Staff were great.

Very clean. Spacious room with tons of room to stretch out. Comfy beds. Very nice staff. Excellent location. Bathroom was a little weird and towels a bit rough.

Water pressure in toilet system doesn't work great. Hotel seemed to know this was a sporadic problem. When we spoke to the desk they were aware this happens sometimes. Needed a maintenance request. Shower set up was workable but a bit weird. Literally nowhere at all to put your toiletries except on the floor of the shower.

Pros: nice room setup (loved the second sink), great view from our room, decent gym, spacious lobby with comfortable seating, comfortable beds, pleasant staff

The biggest con by far was that the valet took FOREVER! There is no pull-off area and no valet person standing around waiting outside so the area where you are supposed to leave your car is unclear. The front desk guy told us to park it in the 15-minute waiting zone so we did, but our car was still there when we came back from dinner nearly 2 hours later. They blamed being short-staffed and operating from a new, farther parking garage and that's understandable, but we were worried about our car getting towed in a foreign country. Then, when we were checking out at 10am, we were asked when we would like our car to be retrieved. We said 11, but when we got back from breakfast it was not ready until almost 11:45. Since we were in a rush, we politely asked if it was possible to get our keys back and just retrieve it from wherever it was parked ourselves. So all of these hassles and we were paying $30/night extra for parking. However, we were told that we would not have access to the garage they use. Other, smaller cons include the fact that our room (1209) was near the elevator and we could hear it whirring when it was very quiet (like in the dead of night), and that the water pressure was poor.

Best location for all our interested locales. Friendly staff. Good suggestions. Need more support for check-ins at 4, it seems.

Front desk was helpful and upbeat. Room was attractive and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked that they put us in a corner suite, which was small but felt private and the space was well set up. The location was remarkably good. we had easy access to Old Montreal, Chinatown, Place des Arts, St. Laurent shopping area and many other venues.

Room was kind of poorly lit. More lamps? Maybe add one overhead? Housekeeping was not particularly reliable. Didn't always clean room and wouldn't come back when we asked them to come back in a half hour. Said they had to clean then or not clean at all ...?

Parking was expensive (as expected) which is one thing but the valet was ridiculously slow for pick up and drop off, literally saw the people doing it taking their sweet time which is infuriating when it’s been almost 20-30 min that you’ve been waiting for your car. Seems like there was limited staff, reception took forever even though the front desk people were great just because there was only one person on. Rooms were pretty good, just wish the showers weren’t so tiny.
