It’s gorgeous! Staff was sooo friendly. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!!! Clean. Great food. Amazing view! Pool was perfect and the view from the pool was perfect. I went to the pool at sunrise and it was such a gorgeous view!

The food was very expensive, but I will say it wasn’t surprising because hotel restaurants charge more and the food was great.

Beautiful hotel with charm and amenities you don't get anywhere else
Valet parking is a luxury we use hee but it is $42. Blu is a must but get there right when it opens to get the view experience. We always do the cafe for breakfast. Affordable and good. Employees are wonderful

We needed a place to stay near Marquette University. The price through booking.com was phenomenal

Wonderful, historic and quiet place to stay!
It’s iconic and beautiful. The pool and lounge have amazing views. The lobby is sensational.
The food and beverages were not fabulous. The lobby charcuterie was good. But the breakfast sandwiches were bland and the drinks up at the lounge and smoothie in the cafe were not good. The hotel was lovely. They need to work on their food.

After travelling for 26 hours from Cape Town, it was like walking into a Christmas dream...perfect!

My stay at the Pfister actually made me feel like a happier person.
This elegant grande dame of a hotel is beautiful. I had the good fortune to see it decorated for the holiday season, with gold and white lights and a glorious tree. The hotel staff were among the most charming, helpful and nicest that I have met anywhere in the world, and their warmth felt very genuine.
The room, while very clean and spacious, was a little dark and the decor dated.
