Almost everything, the rooms, the staff, happy hour and the roof top bar.

The restaurant was very pricey and the food was was a bit snobby.

I requested a bathtub and upper floor and somehow this info was not passed on to the hotel.

I think we were put in a room that had dogs in it and we were both allergic. Also would have liked a tub.

The happy hour was a nice touch with good wine and friendly service. Front desk staff were very grand fry.

Restaurant was mediocre.

The hotel was very clean. It was welcoming to us with a little dog. I liked the way the hotel smelled. I liked how it was centrally located and close to Summerfest. The staff were all very nice and friendly

Friendly Staff, Checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Location is fantastic, a bit pricey, but would definitely stay there again

location was excellent for walking to Summerfest and a short Uber to a Brewers’ game. 3rd ward is a trendy, clean area with lots of good restaurants.

They missed the checkin time of 3pm and we had to wait an hour for our room. A little noisy one of the nights - couldn’t tell if it was from another room or ambient noise from the street.

The room was nice especially with the spa tub that allowed my wife to unwind and relax.

We got intoxicated, woke up late for an appointment and didn’t grab my eye glasses. Once I noticed I didn’t have them it was well pass my checkout and for some odd reason the cleaning staff “says” they didn’t find any glasses in the room which I high doubt due to us not ever leaving the room.

First time to kimpton in Milwaukee, enjoyed our stay we definitely will be back.

The food was incredible, drinks were great. My girlfriend and i were playing cards at the bar and we dropped a card thru the crack in the deck. I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do and they LITERALLY LIFTED THE DECK to get my playing card. A+ customer service!!

The room was a bit expensive overall.

Valet stole a handgun out of my car. General Manager Gabriel refused to return my calls nor give a care. Speaking with attorney and police on the matter.

The pillows were very comfortable. The pillows were soft.

The view was of the roof on 3rd floor of a 9 floor hotel. The price- cud of stayed at a super 8 for 80% less and that would be comparable. Suppose to be king bed and it was a king essential room, whatever that is. No water in room, no coffee pot or coffee. We wanted to order a pizza and was told they were out of dough. 4 drinks cost 68 dollars at the bar. So extremely let down on our stay we waited so long to take from Iowa. Will never stay again or suggest it to anyone else.

Roof top bar bought in large amount of non-hotel guest in the evening, making the elevator trips like being in a drunk club setting.

Location great, facilities were nice. My husband took advantage of the bike services. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash products were nice. Appreciated the robe.

Noise level was terrible. I was awakened by other guests at 3am-4:30am with constant door slamming and loud partying in rooms. Hotel should do something to decrease sound when other guests are rude and let doors slam shut.

Loved the location, rooftop bar was very fun.

For the cost of the room, we thought there could be a few more amenities. Some bottled water would have been nice, mini bar, snacks available. We did go down to the lobby to get something but that is not convenient. There is nothing near the hotel to buy anything like that. The food was very good at the restaurant but you really needed to make a reservation in advance which was hard if you're just trying to grab lunch.

The staff was not very attentive. We requested the room be tidied on the second day, and it doesn’t seem like they did anything. They brought new towels, but left them unfolded and strewn around the bathroom. A friend left a gift for us at the front desk and asked that it be brought to our room, but the receptionist never gave it to us, even when we checked out. We thought this would be a special place to stay on our wedding night but it wasn’t.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the King Suite and loved the spa tub! We stayed up all night and enjoyed the moonlight beaming through the bay window. Got to wake up to an amazing view and the location is exceptional for a day out in downtown. An amazing experience. Def. booking again.
