Location, location, lication and a great value for money therefore!

Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt. From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

If you are coming with your own car, you have to be careful not to pass by the restricted zone. check very well about the matter before arriving to the hotel to avoid any penalties or fines.

I can say confidently it is the best hotel to stay in Milan ! Super clean room! Welcoming staff Mr. Mateo and Mr. Rayn in the reception and all doorbell boys were humble and helpful and the LOCATION in the heart of Dumo just few steps to the Galleria l, nice ambiance, comfy beds but large bathroom, very quiet although my room was close to the elevator. I would recommend anyone to stay at the room mate giulia..

The Hotel located near the Duomo and my training course at Via Dogana, near the metro station and tram. I loved their breakfast, especially the pastries, staff are nice and helpful. The room are neat and clean, have a comfy chair and desk for me doing my work. Room are warm enough for me and i love it

A lot of construction since Milan are preparing for the Winter Olympics 2026

Staff at the front desk and breakfast were wonderful. Location could not be better.

Located in the heart of the center and right next to the galleria. The style of the rooms is very nice and comfortable. Room service is amazingly speedy and friendly.

If you forget your extra room key plugged in the main switch your room won't get cleaned despite the "clean my room" tag hung outside the door. It happened with me and not sure why this system?!

The design of the room was so creative and nice. Rooms have high cieling which makes the room more spacious. The location was perfect.

The place was comfortable and conveniently located in the center. The breakfast was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We would genuinely recommend it for those looking for a nice and convenient option.

The hotel is funky and cool As a picky person I would say the bedsheets don’t thrill me. My room had some noises passes through it. I’ve been here before with kids and we had a great set up but alone I didn’t love the creature comforts as much. The design is fun though and there’s construction going on just in front.

Construction isn’t noted in the booking process and breakfast or coffee would’ve been nice to have included.

We had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Giulia in Milan. The location is perfect — just steps away from the Duomo and all the main attractions. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, yet warm and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and soundproof, which made our nights restful despite being right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. Even when we had a small issue during our visit, the management handled it with professionalism and kindness, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan — both for leisure and business. We will definitely come back!

Lack of amenities or restaurant.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Room Mate and everything was perfect. the room was spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive, the location couldn’t be better, and the spa was a real highlight. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily come back again.

I noticed that in Italy, most things are quite affordable. However, the only thing I didn’t like around the hotel was the restaurants. The food quality was very poor and the prices were high.

Pricey, and unfortunate timing on my part as there were road works outside while I was staying there so there was no sleeping in on weekdays dje to tje noise.
