Room Mate Giulia Hotel, Milan

I had a great stay at this hotel. I loved the design—it was modern and stylish. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to share a list of restaurant recommendations, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the gym was closed during my stay, but they provided us with a daily voucher for a nearby gym, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, my room had a terrible window with no view—it faced the indoor area of the buildings and overlooked dirty trashcans. The area outside was mostly dark, and the noise from the trashcans downstairs was a big issue. Even with the windows closed, I was woken up every morning by the loud banging when someone opened and closed them. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience.

The property was exceptional! The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the city’s main attractions. Overall, the ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative about my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.

Perfect location near the Duomo. Very convenient for sightseeing and for eating out. We attended the Christmas Mass at the Duomo. Perfect for this as well. The staff are friendly, flexible, prompt and helpful. We stayed several days and the breakfast room team starting with Ruddy and Chiara were excellent. The breakfast itself was very good with wide choices.

The noise from dragging of the garbage bins early in the morning was a bit annoying, but it was the festive season so perhaps unavoidable.

The location is brilliant. Literally a min walk to the duomo and the main shopping area. Everything was about a 30 minute walking distance which was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and helped sort out a taxi ride to the airport at the end of our stay when uber wasn’t available. Great hotel would definitely stay there again the next time im in Milan

Had asked for early check in but the hotel couldn’t accommodate it. Which wasn’t ideal after taking a train into Milan and wanting the room before we explored the city.

Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the housekeepers were extremely honest and thorough. The location could not be better, and we will look forward to staying there again.

The standard and superior rooms are the same size just the location was different. But the cleanliness and quality are the same.

Great location right next to the Galleria. We had the twin beds they were big and comfortable. Big shower, lots of nice toiletries. Loved the decor and overall fun vibe of the hotel.

Room was a little tight

The location is perfect, nearby the center and just few steps away from the duomo and galleria. The bed is very comfortable, its perfect and the reason why we returned to this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Perfect hotel for a short stay with your family.

- the location is perfect however its super noisy if you’re a light sleeper you wont be able to sleep through the whole night. - the shower head was not working properly.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. We are return clients and it's our top choice for a short stay in Milan. Our room was even better this trip. It was larger than most hotel rooms in Milan, with a balcony and a cozy seating area. Super central location, professional and courteous staff, and great design. Plus the in-house breakfast is a plus and super delicious. A shout-out to team member Lilibeth, in the breakfast room, who was went over and beyond with her customer service.

It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Excellent location to the Galleria, Duomo, and a great starting point for all other walkable locations. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive.

Location is excellent. Able to visit many places on foot. The best breakfast hours serving from 7am to 12noon with very good spread.

Disappointed that the gym is closed during my stay.

The spa was being repaired whilst we were there.

The staff were amazing. Best customer service for long time. They arranged cocktail bars and booked restaurants for us. Room was spotless.

Our room was noisy between 1am and 4am on Friday and Saturday night. It sounded like there was a night club next door.
