Location was super, hotel was clean and professional

Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the housekeepers were extremely honest and thorough. The location could not be better, and we will look forward to staying there again.

One person at the reception was not really friendly and nerves both times

Staff are very friendly and efficient. Check in and out was quick. Room was very clean and good size. Best of all the location.

The standard and superior rooms are the same size just the location was different. But the cleanliness and quality are the same.

Excellent location

Great location right next to the Galleria. We had the twin beds they were big and comfortable. Big shower, lots of nice toiletries. Loved the decor and overall fun vibe of the hotel.

Room was a little tight

The location is perfect, nearby the center and just few steps away from the duomo and galleria. The bed is very comfortable, its perfect and the reason why we returned to this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Perfect hotel for a short stay with your family.

- the location is perfect however its super noisy if you’re a light sleeper you wont be able to sleep through the whole night. - the shower head was not working properly.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. We are return clients and it's our top choice for a short stay in Milan. Our room was even better this trip. It was larger than most hotel rooms in Milan, with a balcony and a cozy seating area. Super central location, professional and courteous staff, and great design. Plus the in-house breakfast is a plus and super delicious. A shout-out to team member Lilibeth, in the breakfast room, who was went over and beyond with her customer service.

It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Excellent location to the Galleria, Duomo, and a great starting point for all other walkable locations. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive.

Location is excellent. Able to visit many places on foot. The best breakfast hours serving from 7am to 12noon with very good spread.

Disappointed that the gym is closed during my stay.

The spa was being repaired whilst we were there.

The staff were amazing. Best customer service for long time. They arranged cocktail bars and booked restaurants for us. Room was spotless.

Our room was noisy between 1am and 4am on Friday and Saturday night. It sounded like there was a night club next door.

The parking its in the corner of a street and u either take ur car where they will guide you to ( parking ) or they take it for valet , but the location in the domo is great

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Milan. I found the staff to be friendly and engaging and at all times helpful. The hotel is very clean and chic. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with attention to detail and more importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed my stay so much and it will be my choice of stays anytime I am in Milan.

Rooms facing the street can be very noisy and you hear the tracks and workers on the street for very early in the morning.

Location is excellent. It’s right at Gallerie Emmanuel by Piazza del Duomo. Staffs are very friendly esp Sara at Concierge who is very efficient and helpful. Have stayed there for 3 times and will return.

Price in certain season can be a bit high which you can expect given the fabulous location.

Very clean and stylish, wanted to take the pillow home with me… SO COMFORTABLE Nice finishing touches. Room was well soundproofed, we had a street facing room and no noise. Also well air conditioned.
