Room Mate Giulia Hotel, Milan

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive and cheerful. The location was really great-a quiet side street but very close walk to Duomo and shopping and great restaurants. Room was very spacious and excellent large bathroom.

Location. I prefer boutique hotels and RM Giulia fit my requirements perfectly.. they met all requests made and staff were very friendly, helpful and housekeeping exceptional. Rooms are spotless and a comfortable size and they get all the things that are important to me right. Water in room every day, turnover service, delectable chocolates…..breakfast was good. Would stay again..

Great location and hotel suite was very good it’s and considered as a big room not really suite but we really like it, the hotel clean and the staff was amazing they were really nice and very friendly

Just a little detail, the toilet bowl was right behind the door ( potential for accident)although the bathroom was big enough to organize this differently , and yes, we knew about the parking fees beforehand, thats Milan in prime location.

The location was excellent and extremely convenient, the galleria is behind it, and the duomo is on its left. The hotel facilities and room were very clean, well designed and maintained. The room was spacious (superior twin room) with fast Wi-Fi. During our stay, the fitness centre was under maintenance, but the hotel management provided complimentary access to a nearby gym, which was really good. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Tip: Make sure you try the complimentary chocolate they provide upon check in.

Although the room was spacious, the wardrobe didn't seem enough for 2 people.

The location and sustainability. Jeffrey the staff member was definitely the highlight, he anticipated any need and was so incredibly helpful whether he was on shift or on his way home. He made us feel safe, welcome, and very cared for. He might be the hardest working hotel employee I’ve ever met. He is an absolute star.

Cleanliness, the room is very cozy and clean, I usually check the bed if it has hair with a flash😂 this hotel was very clean and dust free. Also the location is AMAZING!!! I chose room size 35 m^2 and it was really nice. Will come back FOR SURE

Only 1 x tiny shelf in bathroom for toiletries - I had to move a stool From the bedroom into the bathroom to put my toiletry bag on ! The concierge was helpful but recommended 2 X very expensive restaurants that weren’t great at all ! It seems they only have a small List of restaurants they recommend ?

Warm inviting environment The front desk staff was excellent in providing dining recommendations and how to get to places. The breakfast was excellent and Roddy took fantastic care of us. Yeasmin was super in taking care of us from really hot Caffe Lattes in the lounge with an assortment of cookies to room service and daily trips delivering whatever we needed with a smile and great attitude

I had a great stay at this hotel. I loved the design—it was modern and stylish. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to share a list of restaurant recommendations, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the gym was closed during my stay, but they provided us with a daily voucher for a nearby gym, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, my room had a terrible window with no view—it faced the indoor area of the buildings and overlooked dirty trashcans. The area outside was mostly dark, and the noise from the trashcans downstairs was a big issue. Even with the windows closed, I was woken up every morning by the loud banging when someone opened and closed them. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience.

The property was exceptional! The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the city’s main attractions. Overall, the ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing.

Perfect location near the Duomo. Very convenient for sightseeing and for eating out. We attended the Christmas Mass at the Duomo. Perfect for this as well. The staff are friendly, flexible, prompt and helpful. We stayed several days and the breakfast room team starting with Ruddy and Chiara were excellent. The breakfast itself was very good with wide choices.

The noise from dragging of the garbage bins early in the morning was a bit annoying, but it was the festive season so perhaps unavoidable.

The location is brilliant. Literally a min walk to the duomo and the main shopping area. Everything was about a 30 minute walking distance which was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and helped sort out a taxi ride to the airport at the end of our stay when uber wasn’t available. Great hotel would definitely stay there again the next time im in Milan

Had asked for early check in but the hotel couldn’t accommodate it. Which wasn’t ideal after taking a train into Milan and wanting the room before we explored the city.

Great location right next to the Galleria. We had the twin beds they were big and comfortable. Big shower, lots of nice toiletries. Loved the decor and overall fun vibe of the hotel.

Room was a little tight

The location is perfect, nearby the center and just few steps away from the duomo and galleria. The bed is very comfortable, its perfect and the reason why we returned to this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Perfect hotel for a short stay with your family.

- the location is perfect however its super noisy if you’re a light sleeper you wont be able to sleep through the whole night. - the shower head was not working properly.
