Fantastic personnel, beautiful building, comfy rooms, very central location We celebrated a birthday in Milan and the staff made everything to make it a great day

Everything was great. The staff were very welcoming from the moment you enter the hotel, starting from the reception until you reach your room. The family room is actually bigger than it looks in the photos, specially the dressing room is PERFECT. What I liked the most is that they provide an exclusive charging station for different types of chargers, so guests won’t face any trouble finding or buying extra ones.

Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome, along with the delicious coffee and chocolate offered during check-in, set a wonderful tone for the entire stay. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a beautiful vibe with great service, making our mornings especially enjoyable. A special thank you to Kawtar and Michele for their outstanding assistance throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Amazing decoration - great rooms - super clean

Beautiful building inside and outside. Felt like stepping back in time. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Very welcoming staff all round. Nice and cosy bar and restaurant. Plentiful breakfast choice. Staff were very hospitable at breakfast and at the bar. The small and relaxing spa was a bonus. Great location for walking to the Duomo area. Metro a stone throw away.

The room was super clean, excellent location

The breakfast seating was limited with very limited choices to pick from. The noise from the street can be heard clearly.

Decent location but there isn’t that much to do in the immediate surroundings. Beautiful historical building with tall rooms.

Everyone had to wait one hour for breakfast- it wasn’t even lack of staff, they were just poorly organised.

Big window with a balcony. Lovely decor with bed in tge middle of the room. Very clean and welcoming. Coffee good and plenty of bottled water. Mini bar included in rate which was nice. Service was excellent. Drop our bags to tour and they were in our room when we returned..

The shower door seemed to leak so water on the floor. Not a problem but with everything so nice this was a small fix.

The rooms and service

The best value of Palazzo is the staff. Shout out to Enrico (thank you), Flavio and the reception crew. All very competent and friendly staff. Thanks for making my husband stay special.

How cozy the hotel was

Very friendly and helpful staff. Flavier and hos team at the front office were superb. Staff at Bertalleli were fantastic. Very nice room. Good location.

The curtain and some areas were dusty, we complained about this and it was solved. The bed was sweaty because of the plastic under cover. Which we took out and were sleeping well afterwards. I understand why they do this but that is not for us. The marriot hotel beds are much better. But overall it was good! Even late check out was not a problem! Thank you

Great Hotel , very good staff and very near to the Duomo

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fatima at the bar and restaurant always very kind and cheerful.Location perfect, easy access by foot to most attractions. Next time we are in Milan, we are definitely staying at this hotel again.

Amazing staff always helpful, smiling and attentive to our needs whether related to our stay or even regarding the attractions in the city. The hotel is well maintained with excellent rooms and facilities located within 10 minutes walk to the major attractions and shopping in the city. For the moment you enter, you get the 5 stars treatment. They offer valet parking at fee but considering it is my first time in the city it was really helpful. The breakfast there is excellent.

It's a little noisy from the trams

Great location, historic building but contemporary and well appointed room. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of offerings. The team were fantastic, dinner and gelato recommendations were right on point.

We had a nice cosy stay at the hotel 23d to 26th July 20025. Service and amenities were top-notch. Here is an example of the generous and friendly atmosphere. It happened that my daughter's birthday coincided with our stay. My daughter was provided with free breakfast, and the restaurant staff presented her with cake. I would like to express special appreciation to the following wonderful staff. The receptionists: Ketiana, Flavio, who looks like "Ronaldo" also Kawtar. The Concierge Enrico was great in facilitating restaurant reservations and following up. Did really a wonderful job. The Doormen Youssef & Andrea, fantastic team. The restaurant staff, Micheal, also Eliana I hope i wrote her name correctly, if my memory serves me well.
