The restaurant is usually cramped.

Historical building friendly atmosphere everything aspires for quality. Practical location so close to Duomo, pet friendly, parking with charging facilities was also provided. We were truly amazed a big thank you to all the staff particularly to Federica, Flavio and Yuvinka for their kindness and support.

I recently stayed at The Radisson collection hotel , and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The amenities, especially the spa, were perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. Overall, it was a delightful getaway, and I can't wait to return!

Simply the most amazing stay. Everyone was so thoughtful and lovely. Special treats given at breakfast. Really lovely people at reception. Asked for advice on shops and always came back with details. Son was given free fruits and milk.

The room that I have booked was a bit small

Everything specially the friendly staff in the front desk Mr. Enrico and Mrs. Giulia who were super helpful offering guidance in everything. Also Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Naji were around whenever we needed help. And the staff at the breakfast were so neat and fast serving and helping us. I don’t forget to mention how clean and comfy our room was on the third floor.

the checkin guy was sooo nice and helped me to get my room fast and before the checkin regular timing given my flight arrived too early in the morning and i was exhausted. He also upgraded me to a junior suite 🥹 which made my day. also, the bathroom had water hose and that was best thing because not normal in European hotels.

The hotel location is excellent and quiet, I got a free room upgrade, the staff were nice and dealt with guests professionally, if I come back to Milan again the hotel will be my first choice because of the good treatment of the staff

The air conditioner was hot at first and the room needed time to cool down I guess because the ceiling of the room was high but it wasn't a big problem

When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

Gorgeous hotel, close enough to the shops! Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Rooms are a decent size and bathrooms are modern. On site restaurant sits in lovely surroundings and food was decent enough. The gym and steam room/sauna were good. Especially enjoyed the massage after 3 cities in 7 days.

- i asked for connected Rooms even this is My 2nd Year with them ( Last Year i asked for connection room it wasn’t available ) and even this time wasn’t i booked the Two Rooms one month before and i mentioned that in my Booking ( How can i guarantee this ? And other clients they Took it ) - one day was another Guest was cooking and the food smell was Bad and i spoke to the receptionist she sort it out

Everything, the hospitality was great, staff very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, walking distance to the cathedral and the galleria. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable for a perfect night rest.

The building was beautiful with a lovely history. The staff was amazingly kind, both at the reception with Flavio being very kind and helpful but also the staff of the restaurant. Especially since I was confronted with other hotel guests who appeared to not respect the fact that staying at a hotel implicates having to respect general basic standards of silence in the middle of the night, the staff tried their best to find me a suitable solution so that I could actually sleep. Also when confronted with the need to make some changes to my stay they could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to the staff!

The staff were very friendly, they helped in arranging a delicious cake for my husband’s birthday. The room was good and very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was Top! The location was good and just outside the touristy area, making it easy to find a parking.

The gym facilities are very limited. No eleptical machine and only one treadmill.
