Radisson Collection Hotel Palazzo Touring Club, Milan

Very elegant hotel in historical building. Service and attitude of staff was excellent. There was an issue which was immediately attended and solved in a very nice way. Would return again to this hotel when in Milan.

Parking price was high

Staff were excellent, room was spacious, bathroom clean and shower was hot and hard, towels fluffy room quit. All in all a great experience

The location was good relatively close to the Duomo, staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out process. The hotel is well designed and maintained.

The hotel location is great close to everything yet its in a quite area. The hotel is very relaxing and great rooms and very helpful stuff.

This is my second stay at the Radission, enough to say the amazing and friendly staff, specially Fredrica. I would suggest to have more wide options in in-room dining.

I had the pleasure of staying at Radisson collection Palazzo Touring club ,and I must say, the service provided by Flavio and Yousef at the reception truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Flavio was professional and attentive, ensuring that all our check-in details were handled smoothly and efficiently. Yousef went above and beyond to offer help with our luggage and answered all our questions with a smile. Their wfriendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a big difference in our stay. Thanks to both of them, our time at the hotel was not only comfortable but memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff were brilliant and very kind ! We arrived very early in the morning and although our family room was not ready for occupation - the staff kindly offered us a room for us to shower and freshen up before our lunch appointment in the city. That was a real life-saver ! So kind of them and so thoughtful ! We truly appreciated the considerate and very kind actions of the reception.

The air-conditioner was spoilt and it was consistently at 24.6 degrees celcius but the staff was able to provide us a fan which help to cool the room well.

Lovely stay at Radisson! The building is beautiful, rooms were cozy and the staff were lovely very attentive and always helpful. They offered us gift cards as a treat for my mom’s birthday, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Historical building friendly atmosphere everything aspires for quality. Practical location so close to Duomo, pet friendly, parking with charging facilities was also provided. We were truly amazed a big thank you to all the staff particularly to Federica, Flavio and Yuvinka for their kindness and support.

I recently stayed at The Radisson collection hotel , and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The amenities, especially the spa, were perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. Overall, it was a delightful getaway, and I can't wait to return!

Simply the most amazing stay. Everyone was so thoughtful and lovely. Special treats given at breakfast. Really lovely people at reception. Asked for advice on shops and always came back with details. Son was given free fruits and milk.

Everything specially the friendly staff in the front desk Mr. Enrico and Mrs. Giulia who were super helpful offering guidance in everything. Also Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Naji were around whenever we needed help. And the staff at the breakfast were so neat and fast serving and helping us. I don’t forget to mention how clean and comfy our room was on the third floor.
