I expect a hotel who does not have a parking to have some agreement with a nearby parking

The breakfast was fantastic. The coffee is an espresso made to order.

The juices are not freshly squeezed.

The hotel is super charming. The breakfast was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and oh man, the water pressure was GREAT. We took advantage of the comfy bathrobes and slippers. And the staff couldn't have been friendlier. So much to like!

All the rooms open onto a courtyard, which created some noise and additional light at night. We also had some challenges regulating the heat overnight.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Navigli. The restaurant of the Hotel is good.

If you take the room on canal side the view is nice but it s a bit noisy

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The property is quaint and warm. The area is vibrant with tons of bars and dining. Perfect for our short stay in Milan!

Our canal view room was tight with no luggage racks and limited closed space. For our limited stay- it was fine.

Everything. This is a classy 4 star which delivers more than most 5 stars I’ve stayed in. Check the staff - especially Teresa (think I’ve got the name right; slim, glasses and will break many hearts if she hasn’t already) and the big, friendly Asian guy (sorry for not remembering his name) plus every other member of staff I came into contact with. Superb. Loads of history with the building, great position, classy food priced to market. I’ve stayed here 3 times and, seriously, I can’t fault it, all of which means: I’ll book a revisit without question. Many thanks to all concerned.

It’s a really lively area near the canal, and it was walkable to the train and major sites of interest. The hotel was perfect and a beautiful property.

The noise kept me awake until around 0200 the first night. It was all happy noise, and I already expected that due to the reviews. I wore noise cancelling headphones the second night, and it was fine. I’d stay there again regardless because it was great to people watch from the window, noise and all.

The location was terrific! Staff were very helpful and friendly. They carried our bags up to the room. The apartment was more spacious than expected & the bathroom was well stocked. Breakfast was plentiful & varied with lots of coffee choices. The night time restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, staff were super friendly & the decor very captivating. We will happily stay in Maison Borella again

Located in a very lovely area of Milan, right along the canal and easy walking distance to the centre. Only a short walk from metro. Easy to travel by metro & bus to Malpensa ( takes just over an hour). Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Lounge area of hotel was very elegant and relaxing. Restaurant was amazing. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and good bathrooms, nice breakfast. The bar area was really nice and comfortable, good wine! Great area close to some nice restaurants and bars. Very close to metro.

It was a bit noisy at times, late night and early morning banging when sounded like staff emptying bins etc. Stopped me getting to sleep and woke me up early.

The room was beautiful and cozy, it felt like I was in a home, not a hotel. The bed was comfortable. Slippers and robes were a nice touch. Room service was exceptional.

The bathroom could use better lighting, it was difficult to do my makeup. And the noise level from outside was very high. We were awoken several times each night during our stay. The cost of the mini fridge items was not well posted in the room. The tv had no access to Netflix, which would have been nice.

Great location on the main canal, but still quiet. A new and designed hotel. Excellent shower, comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a relatively good selection.

Hotel located in Navigli district which is easy to get to using public transport. The Duomo is a 30 minute walk but it’s flat and easy to get there. The area outside the hotel is busy with bars and has a real buzz about it. We ate in the restaurant which was the best meal we had on our travels and we ate well in Italy. The food was excellent, wine very reasonably priced, the service was attentive and the waiter was delightful. The lounge area was pleasant . The reception staff were helpful and all the staff were welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning efficient. the shower was large and powerful.

The breakfast was disappointing. More choice of prepared fruit would’ve been welcome. The room was smaller than expected given the price paid. There was only had one chair to sit on so one person had to lie on the bed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities . These had to be purchased separately in the bar.

The hotel was amazing. It was clean and super comfortable, and felt quite luxurious (at a very reasonable price). The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The fact that the windows face an inside patio means there's no noise from the street at night.

The interior Design and the location.

Charming little hotel on the canal. It’s lively at night time so you do not need to wander far. The outside noise was not disturbing. It was a decent sized room for my son and I. We had two single beds. The beds we quite firm and uncomfortable for us. Breakfast was nice. I sat outside the front of the hotel for dinner one night and enjoyed it. Was a little disappointed that being a guest did not get you any benefits when trying to get a table. The wait was worth it and I enjoyed my meal. We checked out on a Sunday and we able to meander through the markets. We caught the tram to the Duomo. Tram is approx 5-10 min walk. Can buy ticket from the tobacconist near the stop.

Shower temp was a tricky to get right. Beds too firm for our liking and I do like a firm mattress.

Property was clean, good location and breakfast was very good. Excellent restaurant downstairs, ate there twice and had a great meal both times.

It was noisy due to the lively location, but if you can’t beat them, join them.
